Driver did not show up

I booked you departure service and the driver did not show up to pick us up. I am requesting a refund.

Poor communication

The only issue I had was that the transportation company did not communicate with me the time they were picking me up from my hotel to the airport. A message was sent through Viator asking a time for pickup & there was no response. The hotel I was staying at (JW Marriott) was able to find the my car outside of the hotel. Thank goodness they arrived 3 hours prior to my flight time, which is what I assumed, but that just wasn’t communicated to me. Other than that, the driver was nice & polite.

Reliable

They were very prompt and called to verify that I had arrived and to let me know that they were there outside waiting for me when I came out.

We was helped at the airport and shown where to exchange our money. Driver very respectful and ask us of we needed water.

They were there on time and reliable with luxury vehicles for a reasonble price I will definitely refer as a Travel agent and book for myself again.

Airport pickup

Communication from arrival to pickup was great. Plane was late getting in and driver waited for us. Comfortable ride and great driver.

We were accommodated despite delays in Immigration and Baggage Claim. Driver monitored our timings. Highly recommended.
