Not exactly what we were expecting.

We expected a private car to take us from the Dubai Airport to the hotel. We were service by group van, although there was only us in the van.

Fraudsters

I paid for a return transfer, I arrived in Dubai as single female and waited 2 hours to be picked up and nobody arrived, couldn’t contact anyone for help. Couldn’t speak the language and nobody could understand me, had to pay for a taxi to my hotel and my return to the airport . Have attempted to contact Viator for a refund and explanation and had no response. I believe Viator to be a fraudulent company!!!!

Highly Recomended.

I would highly recommend Flash Horizon for transportation. Communication was easy and they answered all of my questions. Fetty picked us up from the airport he was very professional and friendly. He also provided us with insight on what to do while in Dubai.

Travel in and around Dubai. The driver is a good friendly driver and was on time. Its cheaper then Uber.

Our flight were landed late and we were confuse where to meet with taxis. He phone but our phone were not on roaming. We have mist each other, but he did try to make up.

Think twice

I booked this as I was arriving in Dubai at 1am as a solo older female traveller. At 2am I had to wait 15 minutes for my driver to arrive after I found my name on a sign board. Then I had a better idea of where we were going than my driver. What should have been a 15 minute trip (google maps) was 30 minutes of dodgy back streets and several u-turns. For over 3 times the price of a taxi it wasn't worth it.

Don’t use this service

Called number at pick up time. Was told that driver was at hotel. A blatant lie. Concierge called and was told driver was less than 1 mile away. Another lie. 25 minutes went by. Concierge spoke with driver again. Still 1 mile away. We took a Dubai cab and sat in traffic for 2 hours. For all we know, the viator driver is still 1 mile away. Angry and disappointed. I understand traffic congestion but not the lies.

Overall a decent service for a decent price.

We were collected in a KIA, which wasn’t in the least bit premium. However, both the host that met us at the airport and the driver were great. And the price isn’t too bad compared to queuing for a local taxi in the heat.

Host was waiting for us in arrivals. Super efficient, good price, lovely clean car, really can’t fault it.

Car Service

This car service is phenomenal. My original flight got cancelled and they switched our reservation to be picked up the next day. The driver was there waiting for us with a sign with name on it. The driver got us to our hotel quickly and safely. We also book a couple of tours through them which was also great.

The help other drivers gave when my driver forgot to display my name. The driver finally arrived and I was taken to my hotel.

We were delayed upon arrival and in customs but we made contact with the driver effortlessly. Traffic was heavy and it was very late but our driver was patient and took the time to show us a different sights Along the way and gave us helpful advice as this was our first time to Dubai. I will use again and I enthusiastically recommend!!!

Noor was on top of our arrival and finally transfer to Fethi Flash. We had a nice ride to our hotels after a long flight. Will use again.

Outstanding and Curtious

The driver kept me fully informed of his expected arrival for my pick up and was exactly on the time he specified. The vehicle was extremely clean, he and his assistant were extremely curtious. They drove us to Dubai Airport with care as the Dubai traffic can be rather chaotic and off loaded our lugged. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and their service

Communication was outstanding. Easy to locate. Great, comfortable ride. We chose the 8 passenger van for 6 passengers to ensure there was enough room for luggage.

Long trip

I was concerned transportation would not arrive since my initial flight was canceled. It was a group of us 13 to be exact. With majority coming out of Chicago, and the remainder coming out of Newark where the flight left for Dubai. Our flight out of Chicago to Newark was canceled so we missed our connecting flight to Dubai. We had to take another airline to get to Fubsi. Luckly we arrived at the same time as our flight out of Newark. Our transportation was there. They had the correct flight Information. One less thing to worry about. Since we had been flying for 13 hours and was tired and jet lagged. Thank you for being on time, profession and customer ftiendly.

Our driver was great! He was explaining things along the way to the hotel without us even asking. He was very professional.

Late without notice

We requested to be picked up from our hotel at 9pm and the shuttle picked us up 40 minutes late! The reservation was confirmed 10 days before the actual pickup date. Their reason was “miscommunication” and “your flight was within the 3 hour period”. We almost missed our flight and was not happy whatsoever!!!

Terrible Customer Service

My compromising of with the customer service part of Viator. After a mixup of the transportation pickup time on the part of your company. A request for a refund was denied. The reservation was made with the customer service representative on the phone and was put into the system incorrectly. After calling to complain only option given was to put in a request for a refund via email. Email receive with no explanation but denying refund. Had to scramble at the last minute to arrange alternate transportation. Ironic that this company odd owned by TripAdvisor … that is a Joke! Will not use this company again

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Booked in paid for airport transfers days prior to our trip. After we landed there was NO REPRESENTATIVE from Flash Horizon Tourism. We loomed for a while and made alternate arrangements. Upon reaching the hotel, I was able to access my email to find they CANCELED on us while in the air. NOT COOL!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! ESPECIALLY WHEN TRAVELING WITH KIDS!!!

Excellent. Our driver texted us to let us know he was there. He was standing with a card holding our name on it making it really easy to find him. Once my plane landed I immediately got a text from Fetty stating that he was there waiting for me. Once we left baggage claim he was there waiting for me. Fetty also gave me some great recommendation of where to go in Dubai. I will be using this company on my way back to the Airport. A great experience.
