Premium Desert Safari 4X4 Pickup & Drop with Dinner & Live Shows

Misleading advertisement on desert safari

So we booked this on another website with "Premium" option which was DOUBLE the price and wrote on the booking to sit near the front. This was ignored. When the Toyota landcruiser turned up there was already two really fat people at the front row, and two tiny seats at the back. I am 6ft 4 inch and my wife is also tall. They said they can not guarantee which seats. I would like to know what is premium about this. I had requested on the booking front seats and they should have replied and advised me that they could not do this. I went with another VIP service who allowed us without sharing anything. The attitude was not helpful and they refused a refund. KArma will get these people back for making a misleading advertisement. NExt time be clear and warn people you will be cramped 7 people into a landcruiser, if I knew it I would not have booked.

Bad one

Fraud company. They just take the money and don’t send the tickets on time. I will suggest everyone not to book from this company. Biggest frauds I have came across.DONT BOOK FROM THIS COMPANY.

Best experience travelling alone as a woman!

As a woman travelling alone, I’ve had the BEST experience with Sheikh! He is super professional and I felt very safe the whole day! First he picked me up at the hotel at the time we agreed, then we drove to the desert, he made a small stop at a store to buy some souvenirs, buy it there! Cheapest place to buy your stuff compared to the malls and souks! He arranged the quad for me to drive and waited for me to come back after half hour there. This was not included in the price as I already knew. Because they have different options.. quad, buggies, but I liked the quad best! I asked people in the group to take pictures and they turned out great, did not need to buy them. Then we went dune bashing! That was a fun experience! Also with this he is very experienced and did not ever put me in any danger! We then left to go to the fire show and belly dancing. We arrived before it got dark, so we were able to pick the best spots! I didn’t do the camel ride because it was too long of a que, and we wouldn’t have had the good spots if I would have waited to sit. I went to the vip section as the seats were a little more comfortable and the food was already there, in the regular area I would have had to wait for another 1,5 hour to get food. So my advice, go to the VIP part for 50dirh pp extra. Worth it! He waited till the crowd left at the end so we would be waiting around. And dropped me at the hotel in the evening. I would advice this to anyone going to Dubai! If you can, do it on a cloudy day! Wear good shoes! And the appropriate clothes! Thank you for the amazing experience! And I hope to see you again!

Top notch desert experience with Farrukh

Farrukh was organised, informative and definitely was a skilled driver in the desert ;-) . Loved the dinner experience with belly dance and fire spitting. Highly recommend this experience. Thanks again!

Farrukh was a great tour guide, arrived on time and was very informative. Gave us the best options for the quad biking and then took us on a thrilling 4X4 safari which was great fun. Desert duning and BBQ fun

We asked our Hotel concierge for a reference for a fun desert duning night and he set us up with Farrukh and the Desert Safari experience. We were picked up from our hotel, driven to the dunes, able to rent quad bikes, photos with falcons, time for desert photos then back to another area for a BBQ dinner and show. We enjoyed a full evening of fun. Even had free camel ride! We met nice folks and had a great time. Our driver also drove us back to our Hotel. A full day indeed!

Amazing service, but watch for the time of pick up

I really liked the hole programation and the place are beautiful. The only problem was the time of the pick up, it was a lot of traffic so we ware delay, didn’t had time to sand board and to do many pics on the desert. The driver was amazing, really tothfull and respectfull. He made everything better and easier. But we could had more time in the desert if the pick up ware earlier.

Best Safari ever

There is nothing you would be disappointed from on this Safari. Everything was great from the moment we got picked from the Hotel to the moment we were brought back in it. It was all great. The Driver was really careful with all of us and he was watching over us like an eagle all of the time. It is just hard to describe how much you get for that price. It is just amazing. Thank you for the great experience.

It was a great experience to book safari with Royal smart tourism , Starting from our pickup driver was disciplined, professional through the tour he guided us and what excellent dune bashing he did on deserts we were actually amazed , Camp was very good with many options in food and Took all safety measures in view on COVID19 , We hihghly recommend there service for our friends and family.

Great fun, and great local culture

This was a very good experience. Loved all what we did. First of all we got picked up from our hotel, which made things very easy. Our driver who’s name was Riyas was really friendly and very welcoming. He looked after us all day. Riyas drove us to the first activity of the day. This was driving around in the desert in Quad bikes, and 4x4 buggies. This was really fun. You had loads of room to drive fast and do what you wanted. They were people on hand if you got into any trouble. After that Riyas took us in this big 4x4 truck and we went sand bashing over sand dunes. This was amazing, like being on a rollercoaster a bit 😂 Riyas was a really good driver. We then stopped for photos in the desert. The sun was just about to go down, so got some amazing photos. After Riyas took us to this local festival. We paid a little bit more, so we could sit on sofas, and have a higher view. We got fed really well here. The food was really nice. We could also buy beer, which we really liked. They had a fire show, belly dancing, and a local dance, which were all very good. Everyone there had a great time. After it was all done Riyas took us back to our hotel. Riyas was great all day. I would highly recommend this. It was good fun, and had local culture which I loved.

Would recommend

My husband and I booked this desert safari via Groupon. The price was rather good for what we got. Our driver and Guide RIAZ was very helpful from the start. He managed to get us on booked on trip the next day after we spoke on the phone. We were picked up and dropped off back at our hotel. The ride and overall experience was very pleasant. Where we would have liked more clarity is on what exactly is included in the package. Alcohol was available but chargeable. The camel ride was a mere 5 minutes in a circle. A slightly longer ride of 15-20 minutes was chargeable. Same for other activities such the the henna for ladies. Just make sure you bring some cash with you if you want to enhance your experience on the day. The seating area to watch the very enjoyable shows is PAYABLE if you chose to sit in the VIP seats. I would recommend this as you are served drinks and food rather than queue for them. Just spend the extra 50EAD per person. It's worth it. we wish they'd had told us this BEFORE. We had no cash but again out VERY VERY NICE GUIDE RIAZ paid lent us some money and took us to an ATM before dropping us so that we could withdraw some cash. Over all OUR RECOMMEND this tour company!!!!

Amazing!

Our Driver (Rias) and our tour guide (Sharfan) were extremely professional, efficient, respectful and above of it all, very patient with all of us. Very friendly agent. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Dubai and the activities. We did a city tour, dubai aquarium and others. Reasonably priced. Definitely recomend Sharfan for tour agent services in Dubai. He made our stay memorable
