Old and Modern Dubai City Tour with Blue Mosque Visit

Great tour

The Dubai Frame was definitely the highlight of our day. Even though the lines were long and it was hot, it was worth it .

Very Informative and Enlightening

It's a very nice tour, especially if you haven't already seen some of the sites. The information and history lessons from the tour guide were very insightful and informative.

Old and the new just as described fabulous tour

The trip was really varied from traveling to see a part of the palms to having a wonderful experience inside a mosque which was so peaceful then to travel up inside the Dubai Frame and then to walk across on a glass floor looking down wow then to finally finish after 4 hours on a local creek river boat across the river the district was very interesting all the lovely fabrics gold spices our guide was amazing very knowledgeable and friendly thanks again

Superb, knowledgeable guide with tonnes of information

Super Knowledgeable guide, very helpful. Plenty of water available, we all kept very cool and comfortable (essential in 45+ degrees!). We even had wifi in the car. Our guide was brilliant, had loads of information to share and was able to answer all our questions. Accommodated all our requirements (very young to much older guests). Superb driving, as a nervous traveller didn't feel anxious at any point!

Good, but spoiled experience

Our driver and quide was very polite and knowledge, however, we did not do the boat ride accross the creek because our driver put us off saying, it would be so long a wait to get on it so not worth it as it's just an ordinary boat with a hour wait for just a two minute ride that we would have to pay for. We did not go round the souks just stayed in the car. The visit to the mosque was good and enlightening. The frame was good but at first he did not realise we had paid for it then we had to pay to get out of the car park, only AED10 but it felt wrong

Mosque, Dubai Frame were very interesting and there were no time constraints. Driver was so flexible and took us to Deira area where he waited for us

Excellent tour and tour guide!

I had the best experience ever on this tour! I actually had a private tour for this event, and it was wonderful! My tour guide, Shaaks was an excellent tour guide. Shaak was very friendly and exhibited a very welcoming demeanor. That is very important to me because I feel comfortable when I pick up good vibes from a person. Shaaks took me around and allowed me as much time as I needed. He was very accomodating and took pictures of me at my request. The tour seemed simple, but it was magnificent!

Transport Service

Great Transport, but little else! Driver very efficiently, got us around town. He dropped us off at the venues, and was very prompt about picking us up... He would drive us to the area of the sites, and say meet him back at the same spot. That was the extent of the “tour”. There was little interaction, no guidance and if you’re looking for any information about what you’re seeing or in-depth knowledge, this is not the tour for you. If you’re just looking for someone to drive you around town, this what you will get with this “tour”. The Driver’s English was poor and he would just yell the words louder, which does not work! He only got out of the car one time and walked ahead of us, again no interaction. On the positive side, he certainly didn’t try to steer us into any shops and high pressure sales.

Great introduction

This was a great tour to get a better understanding of Dubai. We were collected from hotel and then explored Dubai for around 5 hours. We saw the main highlights stated but needed longer at the spice and gold souls. People were wanting to buy but we were rushed and only briefly saw the gold.

Shakeeb was my tour guide and pickup was efficient. He is very knowledgeable and kind, even helping me with pictures. Great driving skills and very time-efficient. A must-do!

Tour was great. But somehow we never got to visit the blue mosque. After the Frame the driver took us back to the hotel

A VIP tour of Dubai!

There are a lot of companies to choose from when booking a tour of Dubai but I am very happy I chose this one and got very lucky to have Shaks as my tour guide because he was extremely friendly and knowledgable, not to mention an AMAZING photographer! I was a single traveler and got lucky to only have 2 more people on my tour so we were picked up in a nice Toyota SUV with a/c and phone chargers. We visited all the important landmarks in Dubai with a half day tour which was more than enough although I would've gladly done a whole day as it was so much fun and informative! Needless to say, I highly recommend this tour and if you're able to book Shaks as your guide, you are guaranteed to have an amazing experience!

What could we say? We couldn't be more pleased! Well beyond expectations. Professionalism, cordiality, informed, punctuality, accommodating.... not enough words. In an ocean of tours, we're glad we picked the best one. It felt more like a private tour that a touristic trip. Shakeeb made sure we got the best experience, took the best photos, and went literally out of his way to make it happen. The tour is super interesting, Shakeeb is very prepared, it never felt rushed, and some of the attractions were unexpected. The frame was especially great, and apparently ignored by many tours. We're happy were did it. 110% recommended!

VIP tour without the VIP price tag!

Out of ALL the tours you on this site, I’m SO happy I chose this one. As a single traveler, I was concerned about taking a tour and getting lost in the masses of big groups. When my tour guide, Shaks, came to pick me up in an SUV with only 2 more passengers, I was thrilled. It was like being on a VIP tour without having to pay the VIP tour prices. We went to all the important landmarks in Dubai and Shaks, who completely enhanced the tour experience, took the best pictures ever! He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and was a true gentleman. I highly recommend this tour and if you’re able to book Shaks as your guide, you are guaranteed to have the best experience!

City Tour

Had a 15 hrs transit in Dubai and this tour suited our needs. The operator was very responsive and the guide was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Not courteous not accommodating

Like the driver Siddique, helpful accommodating and provided bundle of information. Not happy with reservation and people collecting. I paid for adults and children and Viator stating i selected children. All my reservations were children, why would I select children. Reservations with Ginish not understanding and not accommodating, had to pay for additional tickets and did not offer anything or compensation

2022 Dubai

Was looking for more of a boat tour … not riding around in a vehicle… couldn’t really understand the driver. …… it was okay… But I made a bad choice…

It was an amazing experience. We saw so much of old dubai and new. Our tour guide really made the trip a memorable one. So chatty and knowledgeable. We were engrossed from start to finish. If you do come to Dubai, this excursion is a MUST! Again, had an amazing time!

Very good tour

It was an amazing tour. We get the overview of the City in just a few hours. Our tour guide was very experient and gave us a lot of information about the City. We really liked and we really recomend it if you're just passing through Dubai for a short period of time.

We absolutely loved the tour, our guide Aashiq was very knowledgeable, had a good sense of humor and made the tour a lasting memory! We saw a lot of different aspects of modern and old Dubai, he knew the best photo stops. The Dubai Frame was also a highlight, the view is spectacular and the glass floor was frightening but awesome!
