Good dune ride.

Driver Ijaz did a good job hammering the dunes for 20-30 minutes. That’s all that we wanted to experience.

A bit of a let down

Better on our first trip. This trip felt shorter than the first (especially during the bashing) and the guide wasn’t as good. There was also more of a hard sell along the way as well. Camel ride is a bit of a non event. Quad bikes were good.

Great Guide

Sheru was a great guide with so many great stories. The vehicle was very nice too! We did some fun dune bashing but felt very safe.

Best desert safari experience!

Our family had a wonderful trip with Funtours. The exclusive morning experience was a great choice. The site was not crowded and we had lots of time to enjoy each activity. Sandboarding was also more than a small hill - we were truly in the desert! Much better than my first Dubai desert safari with another company. Our guide Dilwar was very kind, funny and went the extra mile for us to have an excellent time (and great photos!). Will be recommending Dilwar and Funtours to friends.

It was the best trip I've ever taken. Our guide Anwar was very kind and helpful, he took a lot of pictures for us, the Dune Bashing was fun, and everything was perfect.

Superb Experience!

Superb experience! Few days before you'll be contacted on the arrangements which Im really happy about. 9AM, our guide Mr. Anwar, came to pick us up on time. On our case, we had to go to another collection point due to pur hotel distance, on our own expenses. After, we went to collect the others, a total of 6 per car. 45 mins journey from Downtown to the Desert Park, started with 30 mins Quad bikes and 10 mins camel ride. Before the quad bikes, they'll take a photo, which you can buy AED 50 at the end of the session. The dune bashing, 30 mins. A stop in between for photoshoot and sandboarding. Then a stop for cleaning up, before we headed back to our hotel. Overall, a really recommended tour guide and Mr. Anwar for taking care of us. Definitely a 5 star!

Great tour with local Asif

Perfect tour and a very good guide Asif. Recommend to everybuddy to book. Good controlled driving in the dunes and he is local known. Big Plus.

Private desert safari

Amazing experience in the desert. Communication and booking via WhatsApp went flawless. Our driver Munir was very very experienced, kind and patient! (bonus: he takes amazing pictures!!) Dunebashing is a unique experience, you should do it!!

Sand rollercoaster

The best attraction in Dubai! The drivers' skills are amazing. You feel like floating in the send. The big minus - obligatory visit to desert restaurant with "original" bally dance (Russian girls mostly do it) and "original" arab cuisine. Ridiculous!

Great Dune Bashing

Took this trip after searching through few ads online. Takes about 3.5 hours from pick up to drop off. Great tour if you just want to feel some dune bashing minus the buffet dinner / belly dance etc. Based on other people's review on sunset tours, I would prefer a morning desert tour as there is literally no crowd at all. View is excellent. Temperature was great in the early morning. Was worried in the beginning as i brought my parents along for this experience, but it turned out well !! Pros : 1. Driver was punctual, informative and very experienced. Though i felt he was a little too firm at times. Time spent standing/walking on desert could have been longer. Overall would still give two thumbs up ! He was careful and concern towards elderly passengers at all times. 2. Price was good. 3. The organizer replies emails swiftly. 4. Vehicle was in great condition. Cons : 1. Camel ride was a joke. You get on the camel (the guide helps you politely), camel stands up, guide brings the camel about 20-30 metres, guide superbly takes photos of you on the came from multiple angles, ride back 20-30 metres, get down from the camel. Merely 7-8 minutes i think. Expected a longer ride. I would still recommend this company to others. Reliable + Trustworthy.

<p>Great fun speeding up and down the dunes! A bit of a drive out of the city but well worth it. Stopped out on the dunes for photos and some children did some dune surfing. Easy pickup and drop off from our hotel. Would definitely recommend it.</p>

<p>On the website it states an 8-8.30 pickup, but as soon as you book this is changed to 7-7.30. So we had to sit in the hotel reception from 7am, we then got a phone call on my mobile at 7.30 am which cost me to answer to say he is running late. He finally turned up at 7.45 and then took us to a petrol station to fill up. When we finally got to the sand dunes we spent 15 minutes riding on them and then taken to another place where you can pay extra to ride buggies. We then drove home and was back in our room by 10.30 am. A lot of waiting around and driving to the dunes for 15 minutes on the sand dunes :</p>

Would only suggest the morning trip, not the full day as you could be stuck in the dessert until late night, waste of a day, would get borrowing with a lot of standing about, afternoon would just be too hot, so earlier the better. The dune bashing was about just over an hour, after which time I started to feel sea sick which I don't usually, and after the hour one dune is the same as the last one. Good friendly driver and staff we were looked after and safe, would go again-morning only. Enjoy.</p>

Perfekter Fahrer - mit unnötigen touristischem stopp

Der Fahrer war perfekt fuhr sicher nahm in jeder situation rücksicht auf uns - der stopp um die reifenluft abzulassen war unnötig lang in ungepflegter umgebung

Minus är den lite onödigt långa och sega väntetid vid ranchen där däcken luftades och pumpades. Trist också med all nedskräpning i öknen.
