    • Bronze tier (183 seats) for general seating located on the far left and right of the main stage
    • Silver tier (501 seats) for general seating located on the last section in front of the stage
    • Gold tier (496 seats) for preferential seating located both to the front and side of the stage
    • Platinum tier (54 seats) for premium seating. It includes valet parking, a VIP lounge, complimentary appetizers and priority access to all entertainment venues Al Habtoor
    • Shows are scheduled twice per day at 7:30 pm and 9:00 pm from Tuesday to Friday
    • For Saturday, shows are scheduled at 4:00 pm and 7:30 pm
    • It’s advisable to arrive at the venue 1 hour before the show
    • Bring a valid photo identification while picking your tickets
    • The dress code is smart casual
    • The venue is wheelchair accessible with ramps and elevators
    • Children below 2 years are not allowed in the theatre
    • Children are expected to purchase tickets at the full rate
    • Children below 18 must be in the company of an adult
    • Flash photography or laser pointers are not permitted
    • Food and beverages from outside are not allowed in the theatre
    • For safety purposes, late guests are admitted in the venue in appropriate intervals
    • Guests will accept all risks associated with the event at any time
    • The theatre is not liable for any inherent losses or damages including event cancellation
    • The ticket holder voluntarily accepts the risks or dangers involved at any time including death, personal injury or liability
