Kidzania- Dubai Mall - Admission ticket

Not suitable for toddlers

I would give 0 stars to this place if I could. Spent 270 AED for 10 minutes visit for 2 adults and a toddler. Place is NOT SUITABLE for kids under 6 yrs! Waiting times on all the activities were 20-30min and then you constantly have those “VIPs” skipping the line… Our kid didn’t get to try anything there and customer service is just horrible- didn’t get any compensation even when left 10minutes after the entry (they took our phone numbers and then never reached out regarding compensation). There are so many great places for kids in Dubai. Avoid this one.

Bad visit

30 min que to everything and even longer without fasttrack. No one to assist for english speaking inside unless u ask the right people. asked for a refund after 20 min of nothing - they of course have a No refund policy - took 4 “managers” to tell me the same thing without any progress. Dont go with kids under 5 years.

interactive city

there many professions , my kids enjoy and learn many thing ... this place is a bit crowded in the weekends but its okay for kids to enjoy it combines inspiration, fun and learning through realistic role-play. soon will be visiting again

totally good place for kids where they can play enjoy, and learn alot of things . there are several professions that kids can try . .. overall it was a great place . i would like to thank Royal Smart Tourism that they provided top notch services .

Our visi to the magical indoor destination at dubai mall was a hit ! pre booking ensured a smooth entry , and the kids enjoyed playing as firefighters, chefs , and DJs . A it was delightful day for our kids .

Our family trip to the bustling indoor center in Dubai mall surpassed expectations . The seamless entry process , coupled with diverse professions for kids aged 4 to 16 , made kidZania an enjoyable educational experience.

Our recent visit to the indoor wonderland in Dubai mall , it was a stress free place . kids enjoy a lot here . Skipping lines with pee booked tickets allowed us to dive into over 40 professions . kidzania offers a perfect blend of fun and education for kids . All credit goes to Royal smart tourism.

Great day at Kidzania

Great place, this is the second time we visit Kidzania in Dubai. Kids has a lot activities to do and so much fun. Due to covid19 restrictions (they could not use firefigther, police or lab uniforms). something that Kidzania should advice before customer's purchase tickets.

its great place for Kids. Reserve minimum 5-6 hours to have the chance to visit all key places. its ideal place for kids, its a cute interactive little city. I think its good place to learn specially for future planning too.
