Inside Burj Al Arab Guided Tour

The reception staff at the inside burj Al Arab ANOUSHKA AND ANTONY were absolutely amazing they were extremely polite friendly and helpful . Absolutely fantastic customer service.

Go for the guided tour with UMA drink ticket (this company doesn't pick up)

For the tour itself it is a 5-star and for me a must do. I don't see the logic in going to Dubai, seeing this iconic hotel and then not having a little look inside. And unless you can afford to stay here you are not going to see around it otherwise as security is tight. I thought you might just see a room and some corridors but this hotel only comprises duplex (2-storey) suites and you are taken round the original Royal Suite preserved as part of the museum for the tour. You also see the origins and history of the building and learn many fascinating facts. I also really loved the interactive dining table where the dish you selected got shown as a video on your segment of table. Amazing. Also great to see all the lobby area and fountain - although not allowed photos of this bit. A staff photographer will take pictures of you with an option to buy an expensive but wonderful memory.

Wonderfull tour. Also time to look around yourself and take pictures. You can sit outside and look over the sea and look over the Palm.

Geld verdient mit Unverschämtheit.

Ich möchte über GUTE davon erlebt, ist aber umgekehrt, habe ich nur billige Sache ( paare Tisch, Sofa, Stühle, ... von alte Modis von eines so "berühmte" Hotel gesehen mit zusätzliche ein billige Tee+ ein billige trockene Obst+ Fotos vor dem Hotel. Ich habe sehr lange mit vollständige negative Urteil von einem USA-Reporter gelesen, hat aber nicht ganz geglaubt. Nach der Besichtigung erlebt ich mit selbst Augen und stelle ich fest: das ist eine Unverschämtheit um Geld zu verdient vom Burj Al Arab und werde ich nie in diesem Hotel buchen.
