Worth to visit. Feel very Royal experience. End to end they made it very comfortable. Well organised. Managed to know more details about this through guide. I like burj al arab than Burj khalifa

Very enjoyable and highly recommended

This is a must if in Dubai - we had a thoroughly enjoyable couple of hours in this fantastic hotel. Staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable- we got to walk through the opulent reception area and see the Royal Rooms - views were fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Disappointing Interior

The exterior of this amazing hotel is much better than the interior! The over the top gold and overstuffed furniture, dark colours, low ceilings had me wondering why anyone would pay $3000 USD for the cheapest suite. It was an expensive tour NOT worth it.

I do not recommend this tour.

We found the tour was tacky and not worth the money. In hindsight would prefer to take a picture of the exterior and spend my time exploring Dubai.

The Royalty Lifestyle

You see almost everything in Gold! The Royal suite is jaw dropping! The Queen & The King rooms are phenomenal. This is one of the must see attractions in Dubai. I may not be able to stay in this hotel because the cost is $40K a night, I am glad I chose to visit it with my family.

Royal Suite's visit in Burj Al Arab

Having a golden cappuccino in Burj Al Arab was an amazing experience. Its a must do for everyone as royal suite's visit is unique in itself.

Breathtaking!

An amazing experience. What a beautiful architecturally designed hotel. The interior is breathtaking. But I was disappointed as they no longer do the guided tour with explanation of the Royal Suite. You are allowed to walk around on your own with no explanation. We spoke to the butler Hussain, (not sure of correct spelling) of our disappointment of this and he decided to take us and a few other guest on our own private tour, which I must say Hussain was wealth of information and also very funny. Thank you Hussain for making our time at the Burj al Arab extra special!

A taste of pure opulence

An great way to experience how the rich and famous spend their money in luxury living. Pure opulence. Great service and commentary by the staff although the tour can seem rushed due to the sheer number of tours being run.

Nice visit to a legendary place

Always a nice place to visit, but a bit disappointing that we can not have access to the top bar, that I accessed easily twenty years ago and which is an experience in itself. The rooms visited are nice, Drinks after the tour are also enjoyable, especially at the sunset.

Burg Al Arab

Worst, cheated us , did not serve us Gold Coffee for which we paid $800. Not happy with the package . Not advised .

Great experience

This hotel is hotel for a very rich people! Very rich!! But all staff of the hotel was also nice to us. Show as everything, inside of 2 most expansive apartmant and answer to all our questions.

Well worth the time to visit.

We have been to Dubai 4 times before and always fancied seeing inside but never taken the time and it is so worth it. It is not for everyone but the story and the decisions are all worth seeing. The tour itslef is so well run and so good, you are guided for part of it but also left to look around yourself and you really can do the second half at your own pace. Also all the guides are well informed, friendly and helpful and more than happy to take pictures for you.

very expensive, not worth it

This experience is very expensive, however it does not offer too much. After waiting in a random lobby, you could take them up to the hotel. It’s amazing to see in person, but I would have not rather see you. You could take him to the master suite, which is now a museum like setting. There is nothing very interactive, and you’re basically left alone to see the hotel on your own. Jordan brought back down, and that is the end of the trip, nothing special, just very expensive.

Untrustworthy Viator TripAdvisor Agents

I booked a tour of inside Burj Al Arab with Viator trip advisor, but this agent is a con artist. I Live in london and was on holiday over Christmas and booked the inside Burj on 25th Dec 2022 at a cost of ~£160. Got to Burj Al Arab and our tickets were not available. The staff at inside the Burj tried to call Viator several times for our tickets but were unable to locate anyone at Viator to speak to. I also sent emails on the day to the email address where I purchased the tickets but no luck My husband and I had to purchase new tickets to go on the tour. I have sent several emails for my refund and no reply. I tried calling the number from the site and someone answered once with wrong number. I’m very disappointed that Trip advisor allows such a disreputable company to sell tickets from their site. This requires to be investigated. The tour was lovely but Viator agents are a con I still want my money back Thank you Uche O London

Very organized and the people really nice and friendly. I recommend during a day to day to enjoy the view.

Very pricey for what you get. Meeting point not clearly identified. States Jumeirah beach hotel but not at the lobby. If I did not ask I would still be sitting there

An experience to round off your Dubai trip

A must do tour if you want a sneak peek inside this iconic building. It was so magical to be taken on the journey on the thinking behind how the hotel came to be, and to marvel at the architecture and interiors. Then to finish at UMA Outdoor Cafe to watch the sunset with drinks was well worth it too. The service and the enthusiasm from the staff such as Yvonne and Aya at UMA and the tour guides through the whole experience (I wish I took down all their names so I can mention and thank them all again) was top class. Just amazing! Highly recommend this experience.

Well organized tour

We had a great time in Burj Al Arab. It was a well organized tour from the beginning to the end. We had a chance to see all the luxury rooms, amenities and services that I can't afford. Very nice experience

We wait for too long time...

We wait for too long time before starting the tour. We missed sunset It doesn’t worth visiting the internal side of Burj Al Arab.

It is not worth it.

I was disappointed with the hotel itself because I had high expectations. After stepping into the hotel, I questioned its 7 stars rating. I stayed at the Waldorf Astoria at the Palm and it was much more beautiful than the Burj Al Arab. Please don't waste your money. It is not worth it.

Very nice

To see the Royal suite was amazing. The only thing what the boy in the restaurant can do beter is that we had a reservation for 2 golden cappuccino, but I don’t drink milk and asked for a cafe americano instead of cappuccino. The golden cappuccino came on a golden plate, with a glass of water and a chocolade and the cafe americano in a different cup without water or chocolade and not on a golden plate. He just had to change cappuccino for cafe americano…. That was all.

Really great experience

The tour of the Burj Al Arab is a really great experience. Well organised and gives you a great glimpse into this wonderful 7 star hotel. Would definitely recommend this.

Highly Negative Recommendation for Viator.

You guys (Viator) are a cheat. The same experience was available at much lower prices. And then you have a complete 'no-no' to a cancellation / refund. This shows that you guys know that you are fleecing customers and if the customer realises that he is being fleeced, you are not going to entertain that. Inside Burj Al Arab was a great experience but the idea that one has been fleeced, left such a bitter taste that I wouldn't ever recommend bookings through Viator.... not even to my large group of family and friends living in US/ UK/ AUstralia. I would rather put in a highly negative word regarding Viator. Hope you guys relaise that you don't gain customer loyalty by fleecing them to make a quick buck.

At least it solved the mystery on what a 7 star hotel and a $25k per night royal suite looks like. Truly extravagant!

The way to the building. Than come inside a complete new world. Full of power. Of worldwide experience. Upstairs we enjoyed the comfortability for the royals and most famous on earth.

A súper experience. Everything well organized. The visit to the hotel is impressing. A must in Dubai. We stayed after the tour for drinks in the terrace.

Nice around the hotel Burj Al Arab. Insinde only nice way to show an appartment.

We only have seen the entrance of the hotel and an appartment on floor 24. Nice elefator. Nice appartment. That's all. And the included drink after the excursion on the garden was a coctail of frutes. Along the creek you pay 30 dh and here € 50,00 p.consumption. For this price of the tour we expected and wanted to see the reception, the bar, the restaurant and other accomodations / rooms in this hotel. So very unhappy for this expensive tour

Must do tour, well worth money

The tour was amazing, very well planned and the tour guides were very knowledgeable and pleasant. The views were beautiful, you are allowed to take pictures, and at the end you could buy souvenirs, the Arabic coffee and dates were nice.

Amazing Tour Burj Al Arab, it is a must to do on your visit to Dubai or you will regret it, worth the money

This is must do tour, it was amazing from start to finish. The Burj has the wow oh my god vibe. All the tour guides were excellent and friendly had so much knowledge. We must have been there over 90 mins. The King and Queen bedrooms were amazing, all the rooms toured were beautiful the decor the art work the stories about each room were knowledgeable. The views from the rooms were exceptional. They didn’t rush you had time to browse and take pics or videos. You had Arabian coffee and dates end of tour and pictures taken professionally which you could purchase at the end. Had chance to buy souvenir at end of tour, I brought a mug and 1 photo. This tour has only been open last 7 months. Also the are building new developments more hotels with Marina looks amazing. If you want to experience affordable luxury please do the tour

Interesting: plush and gold

Everybody was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel’s architecture is impressive, hotel’s interior is probably not evybody‘s taste … swanky, especially the Royal Suite overloaded with gold and plush where we spent most of the time if our tour. We enjoyed the tour, but it is a bit overpriced.

A Great Experience

When visiting Dubai, the iconic Burj al Arab is a must see. Initially, we wanted to reserve a table in one of the restaurants, but they were fully booked. This tour however turned out to be a great substitute. You actually see more than you see when going to a restaurant, since they also show you the Royal Suite and other places you can't see as a restaurant guest or even as a hotel guest. Absolutely recommended!

Unexpected journey into the world of Burj al Arab

We have booked the experience with my wife with the expectation to get a small insight of into Burj al Arab. What we did not know is that this experience just started 1 week before our visit. It was only the two of us on our tour and we were practically overwhelmed with the number of employees who have “served” us throughout this little journey. The tour: - very much worth the money if you have ever wondered what it is like to be in Burj al Arab - High tech experience - Very detailed and well thought through with a good marketing strategy - Got the feeling to really be a VIP guest and treated alike Included: - welcome - visit the lobby - get to the 25th floor - visit the Royal Suite - Burj al Arab digital experience - shop - chill bar - photo points The employees: - very friendly and helpful - was cute to see how most of them have been strictly told what phrases to learn and to tell to the visitors (sometimes maybe a bit too much) - I was not able to count how many employees we have met, but starting from the buggy driver to several butlers, we had everything ☺️ Some remarks: - there will be some points where they will make photos of you which you can buy at the end of the tour - the price is not exaggerated, but we were not convinced by the quality. For the quality of the tour, the photos could be better (some room for improvement) All in all, it was a special experience 👍

Para entrar tienes que pagar un tour de casi 2 hrs (te llevan a ver los cuartos, etc. No se puede entrar sin el tour ($45.00).

Imperdible conocer Burj Al Arab

Llegamos un poco tarde al punto de reunión y sin ningún problema nos respetaron la reserva, el personal que nos atendió extremadamente amable, nos dieron un tour por todo el hotel y las habitaciones principales, un lujo que no te puedes perder. Al final culminó tomando una bebida deliciosa en el open bar del hotel. Una velada increíble.
