AVOID. Do not visit this park, when the floods happened, the situation was dealt with shockingly. We were not evacuated from the building and were not refunded ANY of our money for the tickets. Not only is this unjust due to the loss of money, this is highly DANGEROUS. My emails were ignored regarding this and the company only cares about your money, not your safety. I gave them a chance to fix this and they did nothing. Visit this park at your own risk.

IMG World - so so

This one was not for us. It was dark, repetitive and simply not worth the price. We only found the Lost World dinosaurs a worthwhile attraction. All the merchandise is repetitive. One isnt even tempted to make purchases.

Stau away

This indoor “park” is a joke. Big, empty, with few attractions and many “made in china” shops, selling the ugliest superheroes costumes I’ve seen. If you ever stepped on a real amusement/ adventure park, img will be the biggest disappointment ever. Most of attractions are conditioned by height, but the scales are “tricky”. Our kid is 1.23 plus 3cm shoes and there on their scale si was not touching 119 cm. Place looks deserted, sells the worst sweets ( a pale copy of european similar parcks). Our conclusion is simple and straightforward: avoid this img

Horrible

Extremely disappointed. We came all the way from qatar to enjoy the vacation.img was on top of our list .. today we went with our kids and after buying the expensive tickets we were told that few of the rides are not working due to weather conditions ... ok we understand the weather was really not good today but to our utmost disappointment when we went inside more than half were not working.. what is the use of an indoor themed park if the outside weather is affecting you that bad...After taking hardly 3 to 4 rides the roof of this beautifully made gigantic building started dripping from every angle every corner and we were asked to leave the premises as no rides are going to operate now...wowww seriously ,with kids crying , we came back..wasted the day wasted the money... As part of being nice hosts it is your duty to give her high paid ticket money back .thanks

Very Exciting Indoor theme parks

The place is very nice with very nice options for food and beverages. The games are exciting but fast track option during weekend and public holidays is recommended.

Average for Price

Going again after 4 years and still look same. Need to upgrade their rides. Not much to do for Adults and Teenagers. (Similar type of rides are available in Kids area in some of the Malls). More than that its look like a Food Court (Too much restaurant) with super expensive prices than theme park with Games.

Boring and not much to do for teenagers and adults

Bland. If you go with adults or with older kids, this place is dull. There are roughly 8 suitable rides for adults or teenagers. That's it. And on our visit one was broken down. More food and shops to help you part with your money than there are rides to help you enjoy yourself. There is much more for younger kids. If you're a family with older kids, wouldn't bother. Waste of (rather a lot of) money

Yummy yummy waffles and pancakes

Everything was okay but waffles were the best waffles I have ever tasted, I come like twice a year in IMG this is my 4th time there but I must say I love eating waffles by this girl

Great place for kids under 12

Park is completely indoors and has some good rides. Good place for young teenagers but not for older kids. Would recommend going at 12pm as it is less busy and get fast pass for busy days. Park operators can be a little slow on loading of rides.

The experience in IMG World ,Dubai (Review)

My experience at IMG World, Dubai was OMG. We had a field trip to IMG last Friday at school. This was my first time at IMG. As I reached IMG I was welcomed by the thrill of the velociraptor. I was seated in the first row, the seat on the right. The ride began and we were on the tracks when we entered a a Jurassic atmosphere with tropical trees and a miniature of a brachiosaurus dinosaur, and smoke all over from the fog machines created a kind of mist that surrounded, displaying an impression of a world with dinosaurs dating back to the Jurassic era—a screen projecting a cearadacytus being chased by the approaching footsteps of a velociraptor dinosaur. The ride begins when the velociraptor on the screen roars, its mighty roar seemingly aligned with my scream as I am pushed into the ride. This was my first time on a rollercoaster with a 360-degree loop, a drop, and twists and turns. I thoroughly enjoyed the rollercoaster with me screaming a weeee throughout the ride. However, I did not throw my hands in the air since I was too nervous. The ride ended after around 2 mins. I loved the ride so much that I went again. I left Lost Valley with my backpack swinging over my shoulder and my eyes a bit glazed with excitement. I made my way to the Marvel Zone, to take a glimpse of Thor’s Thunder Spin. Thor’s Thunder Spin is based on the Marvel superhero, Thor. Honestly, the ride was crazily wonderful, and couldn’t resist trying it out the ride. I entered the ride from the front gate. The ride started as soon as I had kept my backpack inside the black box reserved for belongings. We were lifted in the air and beside the metal floor below revealed a few water fountains. The Thor Thunder Spin is a high-speed ride that takes you on a dizzying spin while you sit in a circular carriage. The ride starts by lifting you off the ground and spinning you around. As you reach top speed, the ride also tilts and rotates in many directions, giving you the feeling that you're flying through the air, there were a few seconds during the ride when I was facing down to the fountains from above. OMG, I still remember how I was hanging on for dear life, it was like I was going to fall off from my seat anytime. I am still getting goosebumps even thinking about it. Overall the ride was amazing I went to Thor’s ride 4 times. If you are a person like me who loves roller coasters then you should not miss Thor’s thunder spin, when visiting IMG. I was told by my friend that I should not miss Predator in Lost Valley. I entered Lost Valley again. At first, the ride takes you up very slowly to a 97- degree drop and then into a loop just after the drop with many twists and turns. I would suggest this ride to anyone looking for a mildly extreme ride. Spider-Man Doc’s Revenge is another extreme ride that I went on. The ride enters into a dark corridor illuminated by LED lights. Spiderman Docs Revenge is a very fast ride that allows 4 people seated in one circular carriage, and two people facing opposite to each other. The ride spins the carriage while moving fast in narrow spaces creating an effect where you feel miniature buildings are going to hit you. The rollercoaster is so fast and thrilling that the fluid inside your eyes comes out leaving your eyes glazed and making your heart race. We entered into the Cartoon Network zone. Powerpuff Girls’ ride was situated in the center of the CN zone. Powerpuff Girls’ ride keeps on spinning you in full 360. There are 6 cabins attached to a center which moves horizontally. It is like you move horizontally while you spin vertically as well. The mild breeze while spinning, was just delightful. While spinning the ride hoists you up in the air for a few seconds before it comes down. And here is a small tip please don’t go on these extreme rollercoasters/rides after eating food. Ensure there is an hour gap before going on these rides. I had my lunch at IMG, Spice Valley, the food was just great. I was served Apple juice, French fries, and a mega-size burger. The food was hot, fresh, and delish as well. IMG World, Dubai was amazing and I had an exciting experience at IMG. I also thank my school Our Own English High School, Sharjah (Girls) for arranging this field trip for the students of grades 6,7, and 8.

Overpriced and queueing

We happened to go on a day when there must have been 20 school buses on the same day, it was carnage so noisy it was unbearable especially with an autistic child! The queues were insane, the lines do not seem to move at all, we could barely get on any rides as the queues were awful. Disappointing and a lot of money for a baby average day 😞

Amazing Indoor Theme Park

This place is a hidden gem, I really don’t understand the negative reviews, let me summarise below: Pros: Amazing rides to suit all tastes, similar to Disneyland Paris A great day out if too hot outside, the place is well ventilated and air conditioned There are some big rides and would prioritise Predator, Spider-Man, Hulk, Thor and Velociraptor Good range of places to eat Plenty of staff everywhere Open until 10pm The tickets cost £66 pp which I thought was reasonable for the worlds biggest indoor theme park and Dubai prices. Cons: Food is expensive, X3 what you’d pay elsewhere, service is poor in some places You can’t bring your own food, just drinks You need to be at least 1.20m-1.40m for the big rides and under 2.08m Tips: As with any theme park in Dubai go on a weekday (Sun-Thurs) Mondays are the quietest, we arrived at lunch and was quiet with no queues for rides, max 10 mins (October) To make the most of the park allow at least 6 hours if quiet or 10 hours if busier

Perfect and overwhelming loving it there

When I walked in I was astonished by the overwhelming coasters and the yummy sweets it was very fun mostly for teens .

Nice, but not for child less than 1.20 m

Amazing, definitely recommend for hot summer days

Absolutely amazing theme park. I went in summer so it helps that this entire park is indoors and air conditioned. Rides were amazing and well kept, an overall fun experience for myself and the family. Ps, the power puff girls ride is not as cute of a ride as it seems, it’s terrifying! Lol

Family visit to a them park

The park is way over rated and has restaurants more than they have rides. Be prepared for long waits for your ride and some Ride you have to pay additional fees Restaurant are expensive and the quality of food is poor( tried the chines place ) Overall it’s a good gateway from the hot weather in Dubai.

What an experience 😍 Was perfect that I didn’t see where I was going so I enjoyed the most scary rollercoasters and so proud of myself 😃I like all the adventures, the stile, the food and can’t wait to come back!

Do Not Go If You Are Pregnant

We just left now after we complained to a woman they got us at the customer service desk as we asked for a manager and My husband complained that we were not told anything when we arrived and we paid for the tickets which is expensive by the way 1400 aed) almost we paid for me and my husband and our 6 yo daughter. I am very much obviously pregnant and it shows on me very much. Everyone saw us and letting us pay and get inside , then i am not allowed to do absolutely NOTHING!!!!! I felt something wrong with me, they allowed disabled people on rides but not pregnant women i was even kicked out from the kids playing area where they climb small houses and take small slides, I couldn’t cross the barrier to be with my daughter and husband while they playing or take pictures for them. This people putting signs 🪧 on every single thing inside this place including the Magic show ( Pregnant not allowed 🚫) For God Sake Why they didn’t say anything when we arrived!!?? That i wont be allowed to enjoy anything at all!!!! And i will be setting outside everything and get the kicked out and followed by stuff like i am criminal or something is really wrong with me. I am just Pregnancy woman. I would understand i cant do rides, but what was wrong with magic show ?! Or watch my kid playing!!! They should refunded my ticket but the woman did nothing she didn’t even apologize to me at all !! Even my husband told her. She wasn’t even aware that inside pregnant women not allowed to do anything she was calling asking stuff and getting us riders supervisors god knows why?!! She wasnt good if she was the manager. You must refund my ticket and must inform pregnant women they u gonna make them pay 550 aed almost for ticket to get in and feel bad and sad about themselves and make us cry. You shouldnt allow us in at all then if its safety as they were repeatedly say and had nothing else in their mouth to say. In case of evacuation then right or wrong?!!

A must-see - there is nothing like it!

IMG World's of Adventure is an amazing place - a very well executed concept which is ideal to visit especially in the hot summer months of Dubai when you can't be outdoors. It's unbelievable how they've built this at this scale, containing the size and type of attractions normally only seen outdoors. We spent an entire day here and didn't feel tired or exhausted at all. Granted it was July "off season" and a weekday but the whole park was very clean, nice and cool, lots of places to eat and drinks spread around the park and not difficult to navigate around. There were some rides we had to queue about 20-30 minutes for so in the peak months I can imagine you may need a fast-pass to avoid very long queue times but overall this was one of the family's holiday highlights. Our youngest who is less than 0.9 metres was obviously a little limited in terms of what he could go on although there were still several rides for him. But if your kids are all above at least 1.2 or 1.3 metres, then that will be ideal so you can make the most of your time and money.

Impressive park

Very impressive attraction. We went in July on a Monday so was quiet. As the place was not busy we got to try alot of the rides (some of them twice!) without really any long queues. The facilities are generally ok and good choice of places to eat. I would recommend it

Good but expensive

It was an amazing amazing experience. We had so much fun but it was very expensive. Everything was so much fun. I would like to go there every year

Avoid

Waste of money. Park really dirty with litter lying around the floor and graffiti all over the walls, some of it not suitable for younger audiences. Rides were ok but the narative to some of them was lost due to poor quality of sound coming through the speakers. Staff were clueless, digital boards advertising a "character parade at 7pm" but when we asked the staff where it took place nobody seemed to know anything about it, one member of staff even told us we missed it, at 2 minutes past 7. Queues for rides shambolic with no queue management and folk just skipping the line. Loading of rides took forever with some rides being started with empty seats while people were still stood in the queue waiting. We visited in July and chose this park because it was in doors but if i was you i'd consider spending a little bit extra and going to Warner Bros in Abu Dhabi (indoors also). The place was half empty so some of the food outlets were closed. Felt like mamagement and staff knew it was a slow business day so didnt bother putting in any effort. Seems like its on its knees to be honest and compared to the standards of other attractions in Dubai, this was really poor. Entrance to park is down a bogus dirt track, Positive note - security bag checking staff were super friendly with my little girl and so was the host just inside the doors. The little train driver was friendly as well, the rest of the staff left you waiting in line between rides while they finished conversations before reluctantly opening gates to let you on. I had to give this 1 star, reluctantly.

Worst customer service evwr

IMG has the worst customer service ever. My family of 5 have been purchasing annual memberships for the past 2 years. The day i decided to enter I forgot my physical card at home. Even though i had a photo of my member and my Emirates Id The management refused to allow us to enter without paying a fee of 53 dhs!!!! The Filipino lady and the Arab man at the entrance were so rude and have no customer service qualities and said they don’t care whether we re new our membership again next year and that we have to stick to the rules. I have been traveling around the world and visited most parks like Disneyland, Astrix Park, sea world and I have never experienced such rude behavior. I will definitely not renew my membership again or will advice anyone to go to IMG. Dubai parks and Warner bros have amazing customer service

Avoid if you have young children

Horrible experience from start to finish: - Hugely overpriced entry fee, and then get ripped off with additional fees inside - Clueless staff - Terrible parking (in the summer) - Huge waits for rides (despite seemingly being empty) - In the middle of nowhere (the decrepit area around the park is a clue to its quality) - Limited availability of rides for younger kids (mine are between 2-6). Maybe it’s better for teens, but i’ll never know as we won’t be going back (so many better options in dubai)

Great IMG Dubai very very good, rubbish haunted house

Most of the rides are very very good, especially the rollercoasters, Thor was amazing along with predator and Vraptor, it was not busy so if u go Monday no need for a fast pass. Food was ok a little pricey but remember u r in Dubai and a theme park so not that bad. Not busy at all so limited to no queuing. My only negative feedback is the haunted house which total pants, rubbish do not pay the extra to go in as u would be wasting ur time. 2 adults and went on all the rides no problems. Taxi to and from easy and as it’s Dubai cheap about £20 each way

Fun place for family

Good fun!! Awesome for family time! We enjoyed the best! My daughter loved every minute there! She had absolute fun!

All season adventure spot

Fun knows no season and so is IMG world of adventures. This under roof adventures spot is ideal all year round with loads of activities to do that fits all ages. Thor thunder is my best

Good Experience @Imgworld

Clean theme park, Staff is ok ( need to smile more) all rides were working, the best areas are: marvel , lost valley ( except for the forbidden territory ride which is a cheap imitation of Dino ride in WDW). The Cartoon Network area is pretty weak need to change to more up to date characters for example SpongeBob, TMNT.

10/10 Theme Park !

Amazing!!! One of my favorite places to visit. It’s got such fun rides and shows, yummy food and it’s always such a nice experience. The Thor ride, Spider-Man and Jurassic world are some of the best!! It’s a great place to visit with family and friends. Always check holidays and traffic before going. Weather is not an issue because it is indoors. Kid friendly activities are available too.

It was amazing. The kids had a great adventure, there is activity for the whole family which is worth the price and time.

Not worth the money

Expensive, feels like more shops trying to sell merchandise and food than rides, everything g seems to take forever despite being empty. Complete anti-climax. Better things to do in Dubai

Good place to visit

No food and drink allowed except water. If you take any with you even by mistake then you will have to donate it as they won't even keep it for you at the gate until you come out.

Wonderful place to visit

This place is wonderful. I love it it is good for family friends children. It fun zone and it’s have a lot of play ground for everybody for children and for the adult. I really enjoy that day with my friends and their ticket is a little high, but it is worththing and it’s also having some restaurantrestaurant here. Food price quite average need to open more restaurant I hope to visit again thank you

Decent visit

Overall visit was fun. I don't know how we spent 4 hours at the park. Pros World class rides Really enjoyed all the 3d+ rides Marvel park was amazing Cons Food was too pricy How can you charge for Arcade games? In basic ticket they should include some number of arcade games.

IMG misses OMG

If we compare this theme parks with the big bosses like Warner bros and Disney land then img stands a mere pebble in front of these rocks In itself the park is good. The best thing about this park is indeed its rides and roller coasters The concepts of rides is unique and I have never experienced anything so thrilling before Must take rides are Thor thunder spin, velociraptor and power puff girls Overall the themes used in the park are not organised nicely The parade and performances were quiet drab and boring Also the food is quiet unfairly priced Character meet-ups were also not the exciting and the marvel fan in me was disappointed The background music in the park was annoyingly loud Visit recommend only for the rides and nothing else A note that if you want to visit the haunted hotel then do carry your 18+ id

Poore experience

Everything looks like it is made of paper. Shops are very poor and selling the same things. Rides are very short. If you have visited Disneyland. You will be very disappointed with this one.

It’s fun but expensive

It’s fun but i think the price is so much. We are 4 and we paid 1300AED. It’s more expensive than the other parks. But still good for children who under 11 years old.

Bad experience in the attraction Haunted Hotel

We visited IMG Worlds of Adventure for first time on Jan 23, 2023. Everything were good, however on last attraction The Haunted Hotel that we went, my son with 14 years old was stopped because this attraction is allowed only for 15 or more. So, it is rule and we agreed even not convinced that would have big issues, once I and my wife were together. However, in the same group that I was together my daughter with 19, one boy clearly younger than my son was passed to attend this attraction together his family.Nobody asked for ID. Unbelievable once my daughter with 19 years old was asked her age. After exit from my session of this attraction, I asked the person in charge why my son was not authorize to enter, once one younger boy was. The answer was totally unacceptable: the lady say “they are our customer”. In other words, with this answer I understood that we are not customer. It is totally stupid thing. We paid to visit IMG!! It became our experience so bad in this park, imaging how is training to attend customers. I hope that it is totally wrong behavior of only this person. Unfortunately I do not have name of person. The our experience of this incident was Jan 23, 2023 around 5:30PM.

Fantabulous

Booking was hassle free. Some of the rides were closed but it was still worth it. The whole family enjoyed. There lot to do for each age group.

The atmosphere was amazing, very clean and no line ups Marvel great and their store. Location not too far from downtown Dubai

Not recommended for families with toddlers

The place is great only for families that have a kids above 6 years, for families that have toddlers it’s a waste of time, money, and effort. We expected with an expensive entry you can enjoy all the facilities but unfortunately we should pay more inside for our toddler to enjoy a regular playing area. Also, it’s so noisy for the toddlers and there is no variety of games for the little ones. The parking outside not accessible for the stroller, the Chinese restaurant was fine, and the magic show was basic. Staff in customer service were great and helpful, but couple of staff was not familiar with the system of the fast track.
