Great venue for less sunny days

Excellent venue for the less sunny days. Was surprised at the number of rides. Kids had fun. Staff were friendly and attentive. Frustrating that they close and open rides randomly. I am putting it down to the rain the previous day. A little costly for what it is. Marvel and the lost terrotories were only areas for my kids....as others were for younger kids. Worth a trip if spare time is available.

Not so great experience....

Not so great experience. Tickets are cheaper but shared transport is a disaster. It took more than 90 minutes for two pickups to IMG. Either the ordering was wrong or this is how the service provider normally operates. Better to choose your own transport.

Family trip to IMG

It certainly was not our first time to IMG. We have done atleast 15 times in the past. The kids love being there. What made the experience with Rayna Tours special was that, from understanding the offer to booking online to visiting IMG where the online coupons got converted to tickets across the counter, etc. had an unexplainable sense of ease, comfort and time effective. The entire process was not at all cumbersome unlike some other services. I am regularly checking for offers on such trips in Groupon, Cobone, Booking.com. I am happy to add Rayna Tours to this list. Best travel experience with Rayna tours

We were a big group and our plans were not getting finalised so easily, but the person with whom I was in constant words for our trip with rayna tours was so so cooperative he made sure that we enjoy no matter what and adjusted with all our late scheduling. Not do they provide best services along with that they provide you best prices also. All the staff with whom we met on our trip as well was fully trained in respecting their clients. Excellent, kids liked it

Good discount service. Liked the park, a lot of things to do for kids. Taxi from Center (Dubai Mall) is around 75 dhs.

Cheap, Fun & Reliable!

The website was a bit sketchy and I was afraid that I may not have gotten official tickets. But I did get official tickets at a cheaper and discounted price, which was great, thanks to Raynatours. IMG Worlds itself was one of the best visits of my life to a theme park, it's lovable and super adventurous, and exciting with friends and family.

Beautiful experience

The whole experience at IMG world is adventurous and it’s for the brave hearted. Kids from 10 years and above get to have many rides as they would have most likely qualified for the height criteria. My driver Kamran was great too. He gave me some history about Dubai and he had a way of reading my mind and helping me make some tough decisions. Kudos to you Kamran. This makes things easy for some of us travellers

Ok Themepark

Not very many people and low waiting times. Not so many rides and very dark. Feels like night time. Nice rollercoasters. Food terrible.

From the hotel pick up in a mini bus to drop off all went smoothly. The kids had so much fun as IMG caters for all.

We were a family of 6 - from booking tickets to hiring the mini bus was all made easy. Upon arrival we had to queue to get our e-tickets printed which was unexpected. There is something for every child so all were happy! Spiderman Rollercoaster ride was so much fun. If going at busy time get fast track tickets.

Faced problem on redemption point and ticketing counter

The booking was not attached with actual tickets and so ticket counter at IMG made us wait, contacted the tour person, we got our tickets on whatsapp and then we were given actual tickets and entry.

IMG World was awesome. It is a must go place if you are in Dubai. Importantly, one should ensure to book tickets in advance to get the best deals, and take an early entry to enjoy every bit of the place.

Notre expérience a été un peu gâchée dès le départ car Viator ne nous a pas envoyé le sms de confirmation, nous pensions que le mail suffirait mais NON, donc 20 mn à batailler à l'accueil pour obtenir nos billets d'entrée déjà payés car Viator ne répond pas au téléphone...bref nous avons réussi à entrer grâce aux efforts de l'agent d'accueil qui nous a reçu. Le parc couvert est impressionnant, les manèges à sensation sont exceptionnels mais peu nombreux, par contre pas facile de savoir à l'entrée de quel manège il s'agit, mais pas de foule donc pas d'attente. Bien sans plus, je ne recommande pas spécialement, sauvé par le pop corn goût pizza :)

シャトルバスがホテルからは出でいませんでした。 ドバイモールから乗りました。 ドバイモールからは遠くシャトルバスがなければ不便だと思いました。 IMGに着いて子供のアトラクションだと思って乗りましたがとても迫力がありどのアトラクションも凄くスリルがありビックリしまさた。 さほどならばず乗る事が出来ました。 楽しかったです。
