Hatta City Tour with Visit to Dam

Mixed experience

The drive to the Dam was scenic. Saw some Camels on farms, beautiful mountains and deserts on the way to the Dam. The Dam was stunning with great views of the shimmering water nestled between the jagged mountain range.

Avoid it

Booked this excursion through Viator and none came at the hotel to take us for the tour. No answers through tchat with the tour operator, no answer to Phone call and not any apologies later. Day lost... avoid it not trustworhty at all

Probably a good tour, and I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately the provider cancelled at the last minute -- without informing me...

Not trustworthy

I received a confirmation email with ticket, but no one from Baisan tour company showed up. I called after waiting 20+ minutes past the pickup time and they said they could offer me a different tour or a different day. They agreed to text me details within 5 minutes. One hour later, still no text. I don't think you can trust this company. You might have a great experience, but you might also waste a day of time and have to haggle to get your money back. If you book well in advance you might have better luck. I had a great experience with the Platinum Heritage tour company.

Our driver Jameel was fantastic and really gentle! We loved the tour to Hatta, it was so interesting and funny!

Hatta tour from Dubai

Had a good day to hatta from Dubai. Our driver Rizwal was nice and good at telling us about the history of Hatta etc. and I’d definitely recommend this trip to people who visit Dubai and want to see som other parts of the UAE.

Fun and great views

The driver, Jamil was really patient and fun. He picked me up on time, great tour guide and was willing to stop and ensured we got great pictures. I should also add he is a great photographer. Every stop was great. I loved the kayating the most.

Jameel was brilliant

Awesome tour of the traditional UAE town of Hatta. A must see and also provided a detour of Shahjar mosque and the desert. Very enjoyable, he was particularly knowledable and fun. We even played cricket!! 😊🏏

Veel variaties, toppunt maar met waterfietsen en eindigen met zip lijn. Jammer dat winkeltjes dicht waren in hatta heritage center

magnifique ville

Mr Jameel a été extrêmement gentil, malgré notre petit vocabulaire anglais il a parlé doucement pour que nous comprenons, il nous a pris en photo. Je recommande fortement ce chauffeur. L'excursion était très bien mais malheureusement le lac était fermé pour cause de travaux, nous étions déçu. Hatta est magnifique je recommande.
