Fully worth the price and more ..

Excellent communication from Abul from before the trip. Collected from my hotel promptly. The guidance was also very good. Plenty of photo opportunities as well. Will recommend it to anyone who want a quick snapshot tour of the city.

Amazing

Wow it was a great experience. I went with friends we enjay a lot specially staff, guide are kind polite and very helpful. Top of frame amazing scarry glass it's wass nice experience hope if I get chance I will visit again

Poor organisation, bad communication. Do not recommend

Unfortunately for us this was not a great experience. Poor communication from the organisation Baisan tours nothing to do with language. We booked this tour 24hrs in advance. After contacting them the night before to confirm pick up we were told to stay at our hotel and they will arrive to pick us up between 9.30-10am. 10.15 I contacted them and was told to get a taxi to the Marina 5 minutes away! Our taxi ride was 30 minutes and extra cost for us. Of course we missed seeing the Marina and was squashed in 2 small seats with little leg room. The tour highlight was the frame of Dubai with tickets included. This we did not get to go to ( just photo) because of lack of time! Extremely poor organisation, shonky tour guide ( wasted time taking us to a hard sell handmade tapestry place) Definitely would not recommend this tour!

Worth every penny.

Our guide was very good at explaining the history of Dubai. Great personality and well explained. His driving skills were exceptional great and his knowledge of Dubai and the different venues was outstanding

FANTASTIC DUBAI CITY TOUR

I booked the city tour with the Dubai frame included. The tour was really great and a good insight into the city and some wonderful photo stops including the Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah beach and I would highly recommend this trip. I have to give great praise to the tour guide Mr Abdul Rehman who was so informative and he has great knowledge of Dubai in the past and the present and was happy to give advice of the city and he is a real gem and it was a real pleasure to be with him on the tour a true gentleman and a great asset to the company keep up the great work.

Disappointed

The tour guide Abdul was excellent. He was very nice and informative. However, I did not like the tour itself. We stopped at 3-4 beaches, which seemed like a waste of time. It was not what I expected at all. I feel like the tour missed the mark on what a sightseeing tour should be. I also thought Trip Advisor did a horrible job with communication. I had to reach out to them to find out the tour details. I feel like when you book something and pay your money someone should contact you to provide details such as pickup, etc. The best part of this tour was the Frame. Unfortunately, I had an issue with that as well. I was sent 2 barcodes via WhatsApp, but there were 3 people in my party. I asked the tour guide and he assured me I would be able to get in with what I had. But once again, that was not the case. We got there only to be told I needed 3 barcodes. I didn’t have Wi-Fi so I couldn’t contact anyone. I had to beg the guard at the Frame to let me in so I could get Wi-Fi so I could contact the guy to send me another barcode. After several minutes I was able to reach the guy who then sent me another barcode, no apology given for my inconvenience. I do not think this tour is worth the time or money.

1/2 day tour

The tour with Abdul Rahman -1/2 day exceeded our expectations as we met some interesting people on the tour and the places visited were varied and well explained. The ticket for Dubai frame almost included for free in the price. I would highly recommend Baisan Tours as a tour company.

Touring all of Dubai

Me and my boyfriend went to Dubai and we decided to do a tour of the whole city, old town and new town. Jameel was our tour guide and I can honestly say we were delighted with the tour. Jameel explained a lot about Dubai and it’s places, we stopped at the main locations and he took wonderful pictures of us, he was very attentive and looked out for our needs. We also felt very safe as we travelled during the Covid, we got provided masks and water, the vehicle was also very clean. I would definitely recommend this tour for people that would like to see the main parts of Dubai.

Seeing the best of Dubai

This was an excellent trip. I was picked up and dropped off at my hotel. The guide was very knowledgeable. Highlights were the palace walk, Pointe and of course the amazing frame. It’s was mite than half a day and we’ll worth it.

Great introduction

We arrived early in the morning and wanted to get a good feel / orientation of Dubai. This tour served us very well. The bus had seen better days but was adequate and our guide was very informative without getting boring! Good selection of stop off points and the Frame was a great way to end the tour

The most amazing travel guide!

I had bought this private city tour for my family who were visiting from England. Bilal the travel guide was absolutely phenomenal. Dubai city tour and Dubai Frame

Great experience with Baisan travel and the Dubai city tour together with the Dubai frame. Our driver as well tour guide Ehtisham was very professional throughout the whole tour. He was on time, had very good knowledge about Dubai, was explaining in an interesting manner and was clear while saying facts about Dubai. Ehtisham had very positive approach to all the visitors and was very happy to answer any of the questions.Would reccomend the tour. It was easy to follow and to learn about the history and modern time of Dubai. Thank you

Our experience with baisan travel was fabulous. Our driver was kind and very patient with us. very good trip and experience with family.

Good value

Would recommend doing the tour during your first day in Dubai so you get an idea of the areas to visit. We booked the tour via group on and had to cancel last minute as my young son was ill. They allowed us to rebook a different date at a cost of 50aed which is reasonable enough. The guide was great, full of facts and happy to take photos for others. We didn’t however realise just how long the tour was going to be, perhaps this information should be given online. It’s a very long day, the stop at the art gallery wasn’t needed, very pushy men who locked the doors so people couldn’t leave until they had finished pushing their creations. I asked to leave several times so I could go wait on the bus with my son, in the end I unlocked the door myself and left a few others soon followed. We did however enjoy seeing the palm, the Dubai museum ( however the allocated time was far too long) and the frame was amazing to see.

Frame was the highlight

This was a good way to get orientated in Dubai for a first timer to this desert metropolis. As our tour was on a Friday and during the holy month of Ramadan, there were some omissions such as the mosque, markets and museum. Nonetheless, it was a good overview of the city with brief photo stops at various landmarks. The beaches don't impress Aussies but there are impressive skyscrapers and hotels. One stop at a hard sell art centre was a little awkward for non-shoppers. As the Frame was unexpectedly opening late (3pm) on the day of our tour, we were dropped off at a Mall to fill in an hour. The Frame was very crowded and you get herded through the mini exhibition area and up into the lifts in large groups. You then cross the top of the Frame (glass bridge allows you to look straight down) and enjoy panoramic views of old Dubai to one side and new Dubai city centre (BK etc) on the other. The gold design on the windows somewhat obstructs photos, but overall it's definitely a worthwhile experience. You then get the lift down. An hour is sufficient even with the queues. Our entire tour ended up virtually all day. There was some miscommunication with the pick up points/arrangements/time so I would recommend calling or texting the company ahead to re-confirm and get your guide's mobile number. Our tour had 6 people and we were taken around in a comfortable vehicle with the air-con doing a good job in the Dubai heat. Our guide/driver Jameel was cheerful, capable and happy to take photos. He was a good balance of being flexible, resourceful and decisive as the circumstances required. A great value tour.

Amazing Dubai City Tour

I enjoyed my tour. The Driver, Hassaan was patient and great. i normally asked him to take pictures of me most of the time with my camera since I was a solo tourist. In summary, I loved the trip.

Recommended for those who want to experience a first impression of Dubai.

The pick-up location was not clear to us. The guide came to pick us up after we called him. He showed us Dubai well and safely and dropped us off at the Frame where we received the entrance tickets from him as agreed. In short, highly recommended for those who want to experience a first impression of Dubai.

Zeer goede tour

Zeer fijne tour gehad! De gids (Bilal) was zeer aangenaam, maakte veel grapjes. Als ik een tour kan aanraden, dan raad ik deze aan.

Perdida del dia. Recomiendo ver el Frame con taxi. Solo te llevan a tiendas concertadas. Hemos acabado 3 horas mas tarde esperando en el coche a las compras sin ver nada interesante
