Fantastic!!

Great trip! Knowledgeable driver about the mosque and the landscape as we drove to Abu Dhabi, as well as safe and clean car. A great option if you’re only looking to visit the mosque for a half day from Dubai, Esther than a full-day excursion. Would also highly recommend the free guided tour provided by the mosque once an hour! You learn a lot more about the history of the mosque, as well as visit parts of the mosque not accessible to the general public (no crowds of people to get in your pictures!!!!).

Awesome Trip!

It was my first time to visit a mosque and it is very beautiful. The interior design is very nice and elegant. Our tour guide, Rehman gave a history about the mosque. He was also very patient and gave us enough time to visit the whole area and take some photos. The whole trip to the mosque was awesome despite the super hot weather. Rehman gave us water and made sure we are comfortable inside the car.

What a beautiful sight to see

We had a great time and our tour guide Imran was amazing. The mosque was so beautiful and I'm glad we experienced it.

Unorganized company

The gentleman that picked us up from the hotel was nice. However he couldn’t understand us and we couldn’t understand him. Also… this is JUST a ride to the Mosque! The driver didn’t know what time they opened he didn’t know where we walk in at. He had ZERO knowledge on any information that we needed. The day of pickup he said he’d arrive at 9am and I advised I booked for 8am. He also said I had a full day tour and I advised him I only booked for a half day tour. This company is EXTREMELY unorganized!!!! Once we found out where to enter we gave ourselves a tour. When I contacted the driver to let him know we were finished he advised that we had to wait 30 minutes on a new driver. I said absolutely NOT! So he proceeded to drive us and he goes to the gas station. We were so confused.. He took us to another driver. A family got out and we got in. Very unprofessional company! Go with Vioator Tours. They were much more organized and spoke English. Horrible experience.

Day sight seeing

Very informative and interesting sight seeing. Great to see the less touristy side of Abu Dhabi, with a great guide ALI.

Exactly what we wanted.

We picked this tour because the Grand Mosque was all we really wanted to see in Abu Dhabi. Most other tours seemed to require visits to other sites and take the full day. We also wanted to avoid a long drive in a cramped mini van. This tour was exactly what we wanted it to be. Safeer picked us up early in the day, made sure we had everything we needed and was very flexible on the timing. The mosque itself is stunningly beautiful. Given the volume of visitors they get, they have a much more structured experience these days, but it is well worth the trip. You probably only need an hour or so at the site itself.

Save your money and time

Not great. Very uncoordinated company. They did not pick us up. They did not confirm our tour because it’s not a real tour. They hire a bunch of drivers to pick you up and drop you off to locations, no actual tour. I am requesting a refund.

We had a fantastic visit to the mosque by Aleem. Friendly and available to show us new sites off the beaten track. an experience to repeat!

Half-Day Grand Mosque Tour

Great Tour

My cousin and I had a great time. Our drive communicated pick up time clearly the night before. We had ample time at each photo stop. Food recommendations were great. Our guide was super informative and very kind.

Grand Mosque tour with Zahir

Today we were picked up by Zahir to visit the Grand Mosque and service was exceptional from beginning to end. He was already waiting for us in our hotel lobby and took us Abu Dhabi quickly, he was extremely patient and informative about the area ! We left our sunglasses in the vehicle and he came all the way back to our hotel to deliver them ! He made us laugh, and we enjoyed ! I would recommend booking this for anyone ! Zahir was great and sweet ! 5 star service all around !
