Full-Day Dubai Sightseeing Tour with Lunch from Dubai

Good value

The points of interest visited were good however the audio is way outdated and would be good if the tour guide would speak instead so we were getting better interaction and information at the right time of passing locations. Also stopping at locations for specific selling points I didn’t like. Lunch was great. Overall ok value for money.

Poor experience. Not worth the try.

Not all the activities mentioned in the tour description were given. The Dubai Museum and Al Fahidi Fort were not visited. The tour was mostly boring and not punctual. In addition, it was mentioned in the description that round trip transportation will be provided, but in fact they will drop you in the last mall in the visit (Mall of the Emirates or at Deira City Center) but they will not drop you off back to the hotel. As for the lunch it was at Siraj Restaurant in Dubai mall which was good. Overall experience was poor and not worth the try.

Dubai Trip

Going to the old Dubai in the museum and checking out the handmade carpets and24 Gold leaf paintings and designs. The whole tour is well worth it, pick Suhail as your tour guide he is well worth the price. We definitely had fun and got to spend time together at the Burj Khaifa and the mall of Dubai. Also watched the water show it was great

All Day Dubai Toyr

This was our first time in Dubai. We choose the all day Dubai tour with lunch at the Dubai mall. From our experience, it would have been to receive follow up from the company confirming our pickup time from the hotel. I sent an email to confirm and that's how we found out the pick up time and who our driver would be. Bilal, pick-up driver, arrived promptly at 8 am. We picked up another couple and we arrived and the tour bus pick up location at approximately 8:30am. The tour was scheduled to start at 9:00 am. I did reach out to the company to find out about the delay and was advised it would be a few minutes before they arrived. However, our tour bus and guide didn't arrive until 9:30 am. Our guide, Prakash, made up for the late start. He was kind, friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the rest of the day viewing the beautiful sights that Dubai has to offer. The only thing I wish could be done differently is if, you are offering the pickup from the hotel offer. It should be the same to drop you off back at your hotel. However, we had to decide to either be dropped off at the Dubai mall or the Marina. We chose the Marina and to get an Uber back to the hotel. Great Day in Dubai!

I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this tour. I saw just enough to know where I want to go and spend more time the next time I travel to Dubai. Well organized, comfortable, luxury bus tour with great opportunities for photos. The authentic cuisine at lunch was fantastic, so much so that I heard the music at the fountains but did not move to view the show. I definitely recommend this to anyone who only has one day to see the sites.

Brilliant tour to do for a 1 day layover in Dubai!

Thank you so much to our tour guide and bus driver for an informative and well guided tour today. We were on a 19 hour layover via Emirates and the tour ticked all the boxes for sights to see and the lunch at the Siraj Restaurant was more than enough food for the hungry traveller. Avoid booking on a Friday as there is no access then to the mosque and the Dubai museum however otherwise the tour was fantastic! The bus was extra clean and the driver drove really well :) Thank you Gray Line!

A nice experience

This was the only guided tour of Dubai that was worth taking, They arrived on time to pick us up, they took us to the most important places at a leisurely pace, with a nice and knowledgeable guide (thank you Malik).

The worst we’ve had

We booked a full day tour in Dubai with lunch included. In the morning we visited some places like Dubai museum, the gold and spice souks and crossed Dubai Creek on the typical boats. Later, at the moment we arrived at Dubai Mall, it was agreed to lunch at Siraj restaurant and then meet at 3:15 pm in a specific spot. Although we were at the spot at the agreed time, our tour guide (Kamal, from India) did not appear to pick us up, which made us have to pay a taxi to go back to the hotel and lose half of the planned tour! It had never happened to us, it was the worst tour of our lives! I do not recommend.

<p>I booked this tour in March. A disappointment is an understatement. <br/> I received no confirmation that we were booked in despite my card being charged. I e - mailed and no reply. Our Dubai hotel told that our tour was confirmed and that we would be picked up at 8.15</p> <p>1. we were 45 minutes late being picked up just before 9am by an unkempt, unfriendly and rude driver. We were the only passengers. Not once did he tell us what was happening. We eventually picked up a family whose spoke Arabic. They were also annoyed as they were late being picked up. </p> <p>2. After more driving around, the driver told us in Arabic I don't speak the language that we would have to get out of the mini bus and wait for the main bus to arrive. The family and the driver had a heated discussion in Arabic about this while we sat fearful between it all. Only the other passenger told my friend and I that the driver wanted to kick us out, we wouldn't know what was going on. The family and I refused to leave the mini bus in the middle of an unknown city! Awful, appalling start to our first visit to Dubai. </p> <p>3. Main tour bus arrived and the guide and driver was friendly most of time. Around 2 in the afternoon, I asked when we would be having lunch and was shocked we could even think about food. He was mocking me and started rubbing my stomach and my friends telling us we eat so much already. How rude! we are size 10 girls. Gave us no time for shopping. Very strict and rigid. <br/> 4. Stopped for photos. Stopped at a gallery. Just a shop where we felt watched all the time and couldn't relax. Very forceful people working there. </p> <p>5. We did not have lunch at the Musical Fountains. We had lunch in a restaurants where we told what we were having to eat. No choice whatsoever but the food was good. The tour group was starving by this stage. </p> <p>6. We did not visit the Mosque. <br/> 7. The tour is advertised as being 8 hours - A lie.</p>

Not worth the expensive price that you charge for the tour. We had good experienced with Viator before but I probably won't Use it again for our future travel.</p>

<p>Despite having a fully pre-paid and confirmed booking for this tour, no pick-up time was noted and I arrived in Dubai well past office hours. When the hotel checked with you on my behalf, there was no record of my reservation. Only after I insisted did you agree to send a guide with another couple from Abu Ddhabi. Luckily the guide was a nice guy but his heavy accent made him difficult to understand. We did not have lunch at the Musical Fountains and the Emirates Mall with ski station was missed. We asked him to go back to the spice souk later after prayers, which he did, but there was also no Dubai creek crossing, eexcept on the bridge. </p> <p>Overall,, it was a pleasant day and most things advertised were seen but the lack of communication, the lateness of the pickup, and the uncertainty of my reservation certainly took the shine off. I don't know if I would recommend you again..</p>

Completo pero bastante mejorable

La excursión comenzó mal, esperando una hora a que nos recogieran; las vistas del Burj Al Arab se me quedaron cortas con un primer acercamiento trasero desde la puerta del complejo y después desde la playa Jumeira que con las nuevas edificaciones en obras se tapa y se afea mucho; después te llevan a la típica tienda obligada que no venía en la descripción de la actividad, en este caso era de alfombras con oro y piedras preciosas, y después en los zocos también te dirigen a una tienda de especias concreta, donde supongo que el guía o la empresa tienen un acuerdo. Lo último malo fue el tremendo hedor a cloaca que tenía el bus permanentemente y que creo que salía con el aire acondicionado. Menos mal que a partir de ahí mejoró el día, con una buena comida (3 o 4 platos que te dan ya elegidos) en un restaurante muy chulo delante de la fuente del Burj Khalifa; la rápida visita a un pequeño centro comercial más tradicional en Deira con buenas vistas del Burj Al Arab; el recorrido por The Palm en monorrail hasta el hotel Atlantis; y la última parada en la Marina.

Gostei da pontualidade e do serviço a bordo, a excursão abrangeu os melhores locais de Dubai. O guia era bastante prestativo e atencioso. Recomendo!

Visite de Dubaï un incontournable à faire !

Excellente visite très complète très intéressante nous avons appris beaucoup de choses sur l’histoire de Dubaï ... pour moi cette visite est un incontournable pour des personnes voyageant à Dubaï ... le repas libanais très copieux et excellent devant la fontaine au top ... Nous souhaitons remercier infiniment le guide du tour KUMAR qui a été exceptionnel de gentillesse, de bienveillance dans le souk nous avertissant des prix excessif c’est une personne honnête et de confiance qui connaît Dubaï par cœur je vous conseille vivement de lui demander des infos concernant les endroits à visiter à Dubaï c’est le meilleur et il vous donnera d’excellents conseils ...

Inoubliable "DUBAÏ full day with lunch".

Ponctualité du chauffeur qui nous a pris en charge à l'hôtel pour rejoindre le groupe. Excellente et instructive journée malgré la chaleur. Super visite de la ville avec 1 guide très professionnel (merci à MALIK et son équipe) qui vous fait découvrir et apprécier Dubaï ; le vieux et le moderne. Choix très judicieux du restaurant "SIRAJ" pour 1 déjeuner découverte de la cuisine locale. Seul "bémol" après cette super journée : déposés parmi les bus au parking du Dubaï mall et rentrer à l'hôtel par le métro (fatigués et accablés par la chaleur).
