Full Day Abu Dhabi City Tour With Grand Mosque, BAPS Mandir

Overall not a good experience

Extremely unhappy. First the pick up was 30 minutes late. They had pick up from various hotels so started almost 1 hour late. And only gave 40 minutes to visit BAPs temple where it takes nearly 20 minutes to enter the temple . I think the Driver and guide were racist and not at all happy for temple visit. They were rude and demanding and threatened to leave with the bus if anyone is late by even one minute. They had no problem to waste times at so many shopping place. GUIDE was exaggerating too much very loudly about the palace and king family and was far from the truth. They also demanded review immediately from everyone at the end of trip.

A great way to see Abu Dhabi

I had a fantastic day on the City tour! Our guide Zahid was super friendly and helpful all day. We got to visit some amazing sites on the tour and take some beautiful photos. The bus was air-conditioned and comfy. I would highly recommend.

Tour to abi dhabi on 9 April 2024

Complain about our tour We took a bus tour asked the hotel desk tour agent Rayna in Dubai . The font desk office was very helpful - Debasish but the agent name Zahid was so manipulative. Our first stop should be BAPS Abu Dhabi temple but he claimed it was traffic . Then I said why never updated us , he said Insallah we will go later then I said can we take taxi then you come and pick us up . He said can , but I had doubts as he said he may not come to the point to pick us . Now he came to the last 5 km point because I was pressing him to follow the itenery and he diverted said road was closed . Actually it was not closed I was on google map . He keep saying I am following itenery . He didn’t follow the itenery because BAPS mandir was the 2nd stop in our itenery and that was not followed . He didn’t realise it until I asked him why didn’t go to BAPS when will you go . That’s the time he started to say ‘ I can take taxi ‘ and so on . When I said I can’t to do that , he said will go as last stop but then mentioned road closed we will directly head to Dubai …. I was on google map road is not closed … we were 5 km away from BAPS . He gave us false promises . This is very disappointed for us . It shows specifically BAPS TEMPLE

Just One day in Abu Dhabi

Tauheed Ahmad was our driver for the full day City tour. He was very polite, competent and helpful. Bravo! Our tour was interesting overall in the culture district. Beautiful the Louvre Museum and the Abrahamic family house (finally something has been concretely done for tolerance between religions). The Al Zayed Mosque was marvelous, but too crowded of tourists impolite and pushee. The Presidential Palace, nice, but my feeling was that no one really lived there.

Good Abu Dhabi day tour

The Abu Dhabi day tour was fantastic. Great sites. Our tour guide Taj was friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent service.

I went to Abu Dhabi and in 7 hours my driver guided me through the Louvres, the Qasr Al Watan, the date market, the Ferrari House, Sheikh Zayed Mosque. Dipak Gvalani arranged a perfect ride with a perfect driver Saleem.

Overall good experience with few suggestions

Zahid guide and driver waqas Khan Today was the Abu Dhabi tour. The best part of today s tour was the inclusion of BAPS temple at runtime. Maybe someone who wanted Ferrari world photo stop missed it as it was excluded. All islands were covered from the bus , One suggestion is that if any one spot can be given a specific time stop would be great. The two museums covered were not very attractive instead we could have given more time for dates market , instead of 10 min say something like 30 min. Mosque also was a beautiful experience, but time was 1 hour. As the main attraction of Abu Dhabi is the mosque that could have been given more time. Rest all was good. We had unexpected rains today but all was managed welll by Zahid and Waqas Khan. Waqas also gave his valuable suggestions of where we should take WC for senior citizen etc. Zahid also has good memory and knowledge. He was calm jovila and approachable. Overall good experience

A brilliant tour!

The tour was absolutely fantastic, would absolutely recommend to anyone considering - really gives you an insight into the emirates’ rich culture and heritage. Adeel and Waqas were our guide and driver for the day - did a fantastic job at ensuring the day ran smoothly and made us feel welcomed and at ease during and between tour destination. The knowledge imparted was valuable in itself. Wonderful experience overall.

Rude driver who dropped us off

Thw tour guide is experienced and detailed. He explained everything with useful information with full of spirit. But only the driver who picked us up at the hotel was different from the driver who dropped us off. The driver who takes us back to the hotel is not responsible because he does not know the customer's details. he just hopes the customer will remember the name of the hotel. he was very rude and asked one of my friends to take by taxi because he took the hotel name info wrong. The driver need to be same or else pass the customer info to the next driver. He should be responsible for knowing which hotel he takes and returns to for each of his customers. sometimes customers mispronounce the name of the hotel or forget the name of the hotel because we tourists are not familiar with the area. during registration we also filled in the hotel information. he should have been alert with the information instead of asking the name of the hotel in a state of chaos when we returned without knowing the details of each customer. He’s very rude and scolded to his customer. This is his faults. At the first point, we are at the same ban when we are picked up but when going back everything’s is changed without acknowledging us. I hope you can improve your service. Thanks

Rayna tour organisers are fantastic, I booked them for Dubai tour n Abu dhabi it was well organised in time any they were helpful too I forgot my purse in hotel the tour guide paid on my behalf all my personal expenses and they i paid back when they dropped me in my hotel. The cars were spacious and clean. All the drivers were so from help-full and friendly. The tour guide Kamran bhaijan & Jaddaf were too good.The whole experience was superb with me, husband and my 1 year old baby.

Kamran - extremely knowledgeable guide and Parvez took us to Abu Dhabi. Overall the day went well. Too many things and places to cover. Time at some places needs to be optimised better. We were give 20 mins at each site which is very minimal and doesn't even give proper time to see the site. Suggestion is to reduce the number of sights, focus on key 2-3 attractions only with more allocated time.

Kamran and parvez were very good with explaining things about various places in Abu Dhabi and United Arab Emirates. We enjoyed a lot.
