Sky dive was a thrill!

Great experience with Rayna Tours, Abbas was particularly helpful. Did a bunch of activities with them, the highlight being the sky dive over the palm. The sky walk, ferarri world, atlantis water park are also worth visiting.

Rahat our driver was very professional and very knowledgeable He was very good with the kids. He knew about the areas around and was sharing the information with us very enthusiastically

Disappointed, average experience would not go again

Unfortunately, many of the rides were closed for maintenance and I did not realise you had to ring ahead to check what rides j were available. The fastest roller coaster in the world has been out of action for more than a month. When checking the website again I noticed they do say small print ring ahead, if you are concerned about what rides are operating Many people were like me at the park lining up for the 240 km an hour rollercoaster and we’re very disappointed to find it was under maintenance and had been for more than six weeks also other rides were out of action as well and rides, including the roof walk and the flying fox. Olle vez extra payment to enjoy them and it’s not included in your entry ticket. Food was also disappointing and highly priced and they do not allow you to bring any of your own food or drinks in staff was very helpful and polite. The park is only open from midday and closes early at seven. I was lucky that it was Ramadan and was not very busy.

Unfortunately for us we had to wait longer than 2 hours for the bus. We were told he would come between 8:30 and 9:00. We were finally picked up at 10:45 a.m. But Ferrari World is worth seeing, even if you only have 4 hours to do it.

Avoid this tour operator unless you want to waste your money

Do not use this tour operator. In the days leading up to the event, they will send you a PDF or two that includes a voucher which is not valid at the park. In addition when you click on the app for viewing your tickets or downloading your tickets, it still shows an invalid voucher. Finally in the moments before or after your attempted admission to the park they’ll send you the actual tickets. This is what happened to us and we ended up having to pay twice for this Park. The vouchers included and the barcode on the app is a total deception. They are invalid at the park. Customer service afterwards has been totally unfriendly and unreliable. I’m still working on getting a refund. Until then I highly recommend you avoid this tour operator and go straight to the Park website and purchase your tickets from them. It is absolutely more reliable to go straight to the Park website than put up with this level of frustration and disappointment.

Terrible experience

First of all, the experience was bad. There is a long queue to get in the place. There is a long wait at certain rides let’s say, 1hr 45mins. Secondly, when they took a photo and when we went to buy it. They did not mention, whether we want the photo in frame, mug or magnet. It was a surprise after the park you are given a photo in a frame. When asked, I want a refund. They could not, and said, “sorry I can’t give you a refund” but there were others said, “yes” you can get it. There are staff members do not know the policy. Which is you can’t refund a photo. So, please think before buying a photo. Some of the staff members were rude and don’t listen. The best part, was eating at the burger place. The food was delicious. That’s why I gave 1 star.

Not A Great Start to Our Day at Ferrari World........

We had downloaded our tickets for use offline, but when we arrived at Ferrari World we were rejected entry at the gates and told our tickets were not valid. We had to go to the ticket office and phone (had to switch on our overseas data roaming) Viator and have the correct tickets sent by WhatsApp before we got into the park. This nearly ruined our experience and didn't happen using another similar company for other Dubai located experiences. The park isn't big by USA theme park standards but it does have 5 high intensity rides including the fastest roller coaster in the world, and boy is it fast.

Amazing rides. Namely all the roller coasters!! Friendly staff. Nice food. The souvenirs at the Ferrari shops were a little expensive!!!

We really enjoying our time there. It was fun in the best part that we did it in our time... The driveway drop you off and then pick you up, so you we were not on any schedule. The driver were on time both ways.. I recommend..

Everything went smooth. Driver punctual and enough time in Ferrari World (5 hours) to enjoy the park.

Disaster

They will pick you up at 9am just to wait in the car for 2 hours because next pick up is at 10am and one more is at 11am. They will be late for the park opening because transfer was planned at 10:30, but you remember that one of pickups is at 11, right? They will not explain the disasterous planning and compensate for being late, they call it "shared transfer" not "awful service"

Team full of scamsters -Worst customer Management specially the Indian branch & Instagram team

Booking Ref No.: Ending with 1038 Don't know where to begin with, i wish there was a no star rating too. We purchased tickets during their Diwali sale to different attraction's for the month of January 2022 and after paying the money months in advance we were never communicated about the do's & don't of the tickets purchased. All tickets were purchased for a group of 3 ppl. We paid for 5 attractions from those 5, 2 were closed on the days we went. Neither the team or the agent from whom we booked told us that somedays of the week the attractions is closed. When asked the tickets are open we were told yes so it was on us to interchange the package as per our convenience. But to our suprise the attraction's were closed on the days we went and it was time for us to leave back to India with a loss of almost 1001 AED plus we spent almost 700 AED in traveling to these attraction's we have asked for a refund, as it's of no use for 2 months the agent Mr Anant told us wait 1 week, and on each week he would give us false hopes of processing the refunds after 2 months but the agents stop answering our calls and don't reply to our msgs. Plus make false stories to other group members that the issue is getting resolved at the managements level to create rift amongst is us

Disappointed!

Not what we expected. The main rollercoaster was closed. The tickets which had been downloaded were not accepted so had to mess about contacting you. All in all would not recommend this trip

Excellent trip

We had a very comfortable and fulfilling tour. Rayna tours has a very professional and client focussed setup. They take impeccable care of their clients and have a very well informed and responsible team. Special mention for Ali Asad who gave detailed insight of UAE history, its economic growth, places of tourist interest. Need more such people around the world to provide memorable experiences to the travelling fraternity. Anyways thanks again to every one at team Rayna for making it memorable for me and my wife.

Hello sorry this Review is year late! We visited the Ferrari world with Rayna tours and travels in December 2018 and we would like to commend Adil . He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the tour , He was friendly, made jokes all the way .The trip was never boring for a single minute. He was so caring and took care of all passengers professionally and he was so organised and had was always calm even when dealing with so many tourists. Full day tour of Abu Dhabi with Ali Asad.

Was a great time travelling with Ali. He is very knowledgeable and puts the effort to answer all queries of the travellers. A courteous and patient guy. Would highly recommend services from Ramya Agency.

Worst Experience With RAYNA TOURS

I had travelled from India to Dubai with my family for a vacation and have booked Rayna Tours. I was left with my family in Abu Dhabi (as we went their for a day trip) all alone at night due to some confusion between the driver and cooperator. The cooperator mentioned us on watsaap that the driver was standing near the lobby and we should head downstairs. As we went outside our appartment premises our phone got disconnected from the wifi. When we went down their was a driver standing. After asking him that is he the person for Abu dhabi tour we sat in the car with him. But he was some other companies driver and not the one we had booked because the booked driver was not there as he was late to pick us up and the cooperator just said that the driver has arrived. When we got to know that he was the wrong driver we had already reached Abu Dhabi and that driver left us there and refused to take us back to Dubai because his company refused for it. Now Rayna Tours is blaming us for everything and don’t count them accountable for anything that happened with us. After asking Rayna for a refund for that particular day as I had to pay extra to some other driver who helped us in every manner also for all the inconvenience caused, Rayna Tours refuses to pay me back as they have their own explanation about what happened. So Rayna Tours is a big NO for me in coming future. They don’t deliver what they actually promise. After complaining several times over call and mails, these people say that it was a no show so theres no refund. But it was a no show because of the confusion and these people know this thing very well as they tracked us in Abu Dhabi late at night when there was a complain made from India that we need help to get back to Dubai. So..... “NO TO RAYNA TOURS” BEWARE OF RAYNA TOURS

Abu Dhabi Tour + Ferrari World w/ Adnan

We just had an amazing time with Abu Dhabi Tour and Ferrari World. Our whole family loved this activity. We had so much fun, thanks to our tour guide Adnan Sabir who made it extra memorable. He was a great company and very engaging. Two thumbs up for our friend Adnan! We surely won't forget this experience.

Bait and Switch

I knew I would have a day in Dubai during a recent business trip and wanted to go to Ferrari world to ride Formula Rossa. Found this and thought great. I read carefully the inclusions and exclusions. From their add: What's Included Access to all rides and attractions Professional guide Hotel pickup and drop-off Entry/Admission - Ferrari World Abu Dhabi I selected this tour because of the hotel pickup and drop-off and the described "Access to all rides and attractions & Entry/Admission - Ferrari World Abu Dhabi." The driver was good about contacting me to arrange my hotel pickup and a safe driver on the road. But when we arrived at Ferrari World, I asked about admission and he just laughed and dropped my off across from the entrance and showed me where to go purchase the Entrance. If I had been with a group, I would not have been prepared for the surprise of paying for the entrance for multiple people. I was disappointed that they would advertise one thing and then fail top provide what one pays for. I would not use this tour until they clarfy if admission is included or not.

Poor Management of Timing and Convenience

We booked 5 day tours of Dubai (city tour, Burj Khalifa, Desert Safari, Aqua Chamber, Ski Dubai) and Ferrari world Abu Dhabi with Rayna Tours and Travels and I can say they have not prioritised their day plans at all. We were very excited to visit Ferrari world and wanted as much time as possible there but our tour guide Mr Adil had his other preferences. From the time the trip started there was a communication gap between our car pick up and the bus which was supposed to take us to Abu Dhabi from Dubai. He confused our car driver, which had 6 guests and we waited for a few minutes because Mr. Adil was confused about the location. Then, on the way, he made us stop at a so called museum or shop which sells Gold carpet and fancy stuffs which could be avoided as we went to the similar shop on Dubai city tour. On top of that, it was a full 75 minutes stop. No where did he mention to any of the guests about the timings and ask to hurry up so that we could reach Ferrari on time. We reached the abu Dhabi mosque around 12.30 and then and there, some of us requested if he could take us to Ferrari World around 2.30 or so. To which he said, there are many buses which go directly to Ferarri world, if we'd like we can skip the mosque and go. Anyway, that didn't happen and after the mosque we went for lunch after a little sight seeing and reached Ferrari world by 4pm. Imagine. One pays hefty amount for this experience and gets only 3.5 hours inside because we had to come back by 7.30. Everybody was rushing from one ride to another, missing some rides and experience and just because there was no time management from the beginning. Everything was a hassle and rushed just because we didn't have enough time on our hands. It could've been wonderful but it wasn't. On the contrary, today, for our Dubai city tour, Mr. Kunal was a brilliant guide. Telling us defined itinerary, time limits and explaining everything. We finished the tour in time which he had already promised at the beginning of the tour. I wish we had someone like him on our abu dhabi tour. Rayna needs to inform its customers about the timings of activities as they do about morning pick up which they take very very seriously. Maybe they just plan till pick up and not the whole itinerary.

We were never picked up and they still haven't refunded my credit card

We booked a trip on the Rayna tours website 2 months in advance. The day before the tour we were contacted via Wassup to let us know the pick up time and driver's name. We waited the next day for almost 3 hours and when we called the driver, he would say that he was almost there but never showed up. I was leaving Dubai the very next day, so that automatically ruined my trip because if you travel to Dubai, You must go to Abu Dahbi. Well When I contacted Rayna Tours thier answer was that we had been picked up. I filed a complain, they forward me to a manager I guess and this manager apologized and offered to re-schedule my tour but that was not an option for me because I was leaving the very next day. They told me they were going to investigate, I demanded a FULL refund. They ignored me and then got back to me 8 days later to tell me that my tickets to the Ferrari World had been used so that they couldn't reimburse my money. What a disappointment. They are not serious people. Please read the reviews, do not use Rayna Tours. I have since then disputed the charge with my bank and they are taking care of this whole ordeal.

Not overly impressed

Our pick up was earlier then scheduled, we then drove around for 1.5hrs, upon asking questions to the driver as to where we were going with no response. We then found the transfer bus down a back street. We then drove around Dubai for again for another 1.5hrs. Finally leaving & getting on the highway we then stopped at some random service station. The bus was old, worn out with broken chairs, handles & very noisy! We left our hotel at 8.15am & arrived at Ferrari World at 12.45pm. This is only a 1hr 30 min trip, so upon getting to Ferrari World we felt very rushed. When we left the bus we had no idea of the pick up location or time. I then had to pay to get a taxi home, very disappointing experience

Highly unprofessional

We were picked up 45 min late in morning - with no information/calls from anyone at any time. Vague directions were given to everyone for evening pickup - as expected , evening pick up was delayed by over 2 hours. Terrible service and coordination - I had to make over 25 phone calls as they hangup on you most times. Please avoid, if possible

No queues and friendly, fun staff

We had an amazing day at F World! The coach from Dubai to Abu Dhabi was 45min late to collect us which was a bit stressful but we still got their on time for 11am open time. We were there until 4pm and felt very lucky because there were so few people there. No queues so we could go on multiple rides multiple times. The rides are top class, staff are friendly and very helpful and the Christmas Winterfest decor is beautiful. We bought the flash disc option to have all our photos on a flash disc and this was well worth it!

Extreme rides. Extremely good

Not sure which company we went with. booked through our hotel. We should have visited a mosque and market before getting to Ferrari world but as we were running a little late we decided to get dropped off at FW first. This is a great theme park. Not really that Ferrari focused daft as that sounds. the roller coasters had Ferrari front ends and the bi plane rollercoaster had a biplane front end. (Emzo flew in the 1st world war) The Ferraris around the place were models which was a bit disappointing but then again as some of the originals are millions of pounds you cant blame them. The rides themselves are probably the fastest I've been on. The F1 rollercoaster is 0-149mph in 4 seconds!!! The simulators were good and the gocarts on slippy surface were a laugh. I loved it and surprisingly enough my wife did too!

What a great day out! Ferrari world is brilliant, but Kamran our tour guide was a delight! Very informative, and just a hive of knowledge! Made the trip fun and interesting!! Thank you!

excellent experience for adults and kids above 4 years of age.safe playgrounds. impressive set up. clean areas. good food choices. we had tried on a real ferrari racing car to exchange wheel !! after we were shown how to do it.

Fantastic service by Rayna

We visited Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We chose Rayna tour for all our activities and their service is mindblowing... economic as well. Fantastic. Their guides are knowledgeable and made the tour even more enjoyable. We visited the museum, spice and gold souks, crossed the river by boat, drove out to the beach and saw a large part of the city ending the tour at the fountain show.

Ferrari World... What a fun it was. The rides are awesome. A place for the whole family to enjoy. The collection of Ferrari Cars is nice. A complete day fun.

Worst experience: No show of shared vehicle despite full payment & confirmation voucher

Despite payment and voucher pickup location, car doesn't show up. From 845am to 10am agent says car is on the way. From 10am agent refuses to talk. By 11am we have to make our own arrangements. All this due to technical glitches at their end. It cost me 3 times more than what they are willing to refund to arrange taxi from Dubai to Abu Dhabi site seeing and Ferrari World. They only want profit and don't care about customer service. Be careful before you make booking through Rayna Tours. We've had a terrible experience.

Pathetic

I had booked for Ferrari world and paid the entire amount. I reached the place and was informed that my tickets had not been booked by these people. They dubed us of our money. Made us wait for the tickets for 2 hours at the counter and then denied the tickets. Promised of a refund for their mistake which has yet not been initiated and it's been 5 days already since this incident. Have been following up for my money and yet no confirmation on it.

PATHETIC Service, Shameless Tour Guide

This was the most pathetic experience ever, please NEVER book from Rayna tours. We booked the Abu Dhabi City Tour + Ferrari world from Headout. All my other Headout bookings were bang on. But this particular one had a lot of issues.. Firstly the tour guide: ADNAN SAMIR - he should be fired from his job.. he has no manners to talk to his guests, what so ever...We started the tour with entering an art gallery where no one had any interest.. purely a waste of time. then we went to Sheikh Zayad Mosque which was beautiful..the tour guide gave us only 50 minutes in the mosque which is just not enough to cover the magnificent mosque. Me and my mom entered the wrong side of the mosque where we wasted 15 mins to exit and meet with our family again.. hence we reached 20 mins late at the meeting point. The tour guide just decided to leave without us. Infact, he realised after 5 mins of the bus being driven when some fellow passengers noticed that our family of 5 is missing. WTF!!! Forget that, when we called him, he said they have left and gone to dates market.. post which directly will be going to Ferrari World. I insisted a lot to reach the dates market as all our bags were in the bus. But he refused and spoke extremely rudely to us. He mentioned he had no time to speak to me and that we should come to Ferrari world only. In the booking, Corniche and other tourist points were promised, which were not shown.. Another issue was that my mother is diabetic and dad is a heart patient.. all their medicines were in the bus and the tour guide just did not care about any issue that we may encounter with the senior citizens...When we were reconnected post ferrari world, the co-passengers were furious because they did not get the points covered which were promised. We thought we will speak to him in the bus, but he vanished.. post dropping everyone to Ferrari world and just ran away to Dubai..!!!! Additionally, I called the tour guide and asked for his manager's number..he mentioned that I can do whatever I want, and complain to whomever, it does not matter because he has spoken to his manager already. He was literally laughing when I said, you could have just called us before leaving once??!!! in a new city where we had all our hotels booked in Dubai, we were just so lost.. it was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I recommend to not book anything from Rayna.. Not sure if the team is reading this, but please ensure you do not hire such horrible staff like ADNAN SAMIR.. he was a total jerk and should be really punished for the terrible behaviour.

PATHETIC Service from Rayna tours

The tour operator Rayna tours never coordinated on the pick up transfer and told me that the driver will call in the morning which he never did, when I called the driver to check with him, he told to come to a particular location and dint pick us from our residence (though it says pick up from residence), and when we reached this point he had left and then he has called us to a different location. Even the sales support in Rayna Tours is not cooperative, I would say pathetic service by them. please avoid to book this tour.

The trip was supposed to begin at 8:30, it started at 11:30 am.<br/> 2. Lack of coordination from the operations team of Rayna Tours. The customer care had hardly any idea of the whereabouts of the trip pickup. <br/> 3. Trip is usually outsourced to local travel companies by Rayna Tours and hence nobody is willing to support you in case there are any delays that happen on the course.</p>

Terrible company and service

I booked a trip to Ferrari (entry ticket + transfer from Dubai). The bus driver were looking for 4 people in my family when it was actually 3, The bus left in delay and when we got there, no tickets were given to us. I had to buy all the tickets again, sent an email to the company but nobody answered. The. I wrote to Rent a Guide company, that hired Ryana and they are still trying to fix the problem. All in all, I have paid almost double for the tour and still lost time in line when I got there. Terrible service.

Rayna tours best for dubai!!

Very expensive for the amount of...

<p>Very expensive for the amount of rides at the park however it was good fun. The driver taking us to the park needs a few driving lessons, he had already had a crash on his way to picking us up and then getting to and from the theme park we nearly was involved in 7 more crashes. I think the trip to and from the park can easily be said to be much more scary than the actual rollercoaster rides</p>

"Diwali Vacation - Dubai Holiday Trip of Lifetime". Right from the very beginning it was a delightful experience. I was very fortunate to have a true mentor Mr Praveen Kumar who stood all throughout my anxious planning phase.I got a perfect input and followed all the inputs which were very helpful during my Travel. May Trip was packaged very well economically i did not feel the pinch at any stage , it was a Total "PAISA VASOOL" trip. RAYNA Tours has an excellent team of people and assets in terms of vehicles, cruise & desert sand resort.In my opinion Dubai Trip is value for money and specially in winter months it shall be a paradise on earth.
