Dont ever use viator for booking anything

My booking was cancelled at the last time without informing me. When i called Viator for inquiry they didnt gave any valid reason.

Great experience

It was great it would just be perfect if there was dessert but in general everything was good the food was good, the entertainment was super friendly

Night out in Dubai

Food was good and entertainment was enjoyable! We sat on the top deck so we experienced the cool night breeze. We had a great time!

Relaxing Dinner Buffet

Was alone was nice to relax and see the river at night and some sights food was traditional and nice for a buffet. Staff friendly could have been a bit more entertaining as belly dancers or but was nice what they had.

Tourism trap

Music was over 87db couldn't have a conversation at the table. Air conditioning unit was next to seat therefore hot air was blowing whilst eating. The only enjoyable moment was the driver (Zen) which was so kind.

Enjoyed the cruise

The boat was late leaving due to late comers. Food was average . Small glass of wine was extremely expensive. The entertainment was great.

Excellent

Had a very pleasant experience at Dhow Dinner Cruise Dubai. Wonderful sitting on the top, cruising, eating and fantastic views at night. The food was good and had variety of options. It was a brilliant experience and worth the money. The staff was great, very courteous, helpful and looked after the guests very well.

WORST excuse for a boat ride ever

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever booked. I would like to give it a zero score. The pick up time was at 7:45pm and I arrived at the boat at 8:00 but didn’t depart until almost 9:20 pm. I was waiting around for a really long time. Only 13 people total were on this boat. Once on the boat everything looked really low quality. The table covers and seat covers were extremely dirty. The The food was mediocre and the meat was really really burnt. The food was almost inedible. The utensils/silverware was all disposable plastic. The performer danced only one cultural song and one in a silly/funny costume. The total performance was only about 8-10 minutes. After the food the boat went around the creek but no one narrated any information about the surrounding or buildings. This activity was extremely overpriced at $68 USD. I was extremely disappointed with this activity as it was my last night in Dubai and hoped for a good experience. Do not recommend at all.

Fun evening on the Creek

Attentive crew. Lots of fun and interaction. Food good and plenty of it. Dramatic entertainment from Egyptian dancer.

Good time had by the group

The Dhow cruise was exactly as advertised. Our pick up driver was very communicative prior to pick up. He drove very safely to get us to the marina. Once at the marina, we took individual and group photos purchased later. Pics were of professional quality. Dinner was decent. But the butter chicken was amazing! The menu was typical of the food I was offered in Dubai as the area has a strong Indian influence.

Magical

We had a fantastic time. Dinner was delicious and the views of Dubai at night spectacular. The driver collected us at the hotel and brought back to the hotel after the trip. We had an amazinvg evening

Food was not for different cultures. Mostly Indian cuisine. Thought it would be different varieties of choices

The foods were so delicious, the personnel were so polite, the pick up,s driver was punctual and kind

Dissapointing

we booked the Dhow Dinner cruise for 15th of December , on 14th of December tour operator DAYTUR DUBAI sent me the message on whats app, that they can provide us different tour (Marina dinner cruise) of highest quality ,but we have to pay extra 80 USD. I found this tour on Viator site and the cost was the same that we already paid. DAYTUR answered that they will provide different better tour. When we got aboard the ship we found out that this was the same tour that we mentioned to them!! Food was so so, we had to pay extra for wine and also were waiting for hotel pick up for 45 minutes! I sent the request to DAYTUR with question why we had to pay 80 USD EXTRA? The answer was - TRANSPORTATION. I doubt that the transportation by bus, that pick up tourists from all the hotels cost so much. even the taxi there is cheaper! so DAYTUR was cheating trying to get more people on the same tour. I always use VIATOR for all my trips and this experience was dissappointing..

Excellent

Highly recommended. It’s an experience that will always be remembered. From the moment of picked up from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel. The staff and service is excellent in Dhow cruise and the food is great. Our guide Mohammed is very informative. This is very worthy of your time and expense.

Not a memorable cruise

Not a good value. The wait between arrival and boarding (waiting for all to show up) too long, the walk from waiting area to boar too long; tfood choices limited and felt rushed. The ethnic Arabian dance was good but no longer a novelty as saw an almost similar dance the day before at the desert safari, The leisurely cruise without any commentary about the various high rises along the way was no comparison (except in cost) to the famous ArchitecturL Boat tour along the Chicago river.

Excellent service

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to others. The crew were polite and hospitable, food was great, music and whole cruise above average.

<p>The trip was not really spectacular in that there was NO commentary on the places that we passed by. It would have been great to have been able to identify some of the landmarks. Overall it was OK !<br/> One suggestion is to stop advertising that alcohol was available on the cruise ! Apparently, NONE of the tours sold any alcohol, NOT that one must have alcohol to enjoy any trip BUT being able to enjoy a glass of wine or beer during dinner and after a hot and humid day would have been great.</p>

A river cruise to do something different.

There are many and almost all of them start from the same place, it is a buffet dinner, alcoholic drinks are paid separately, the lunch/dinner is correct, without further pretensions, the treatment of the crew is correct and very attentive, you navigate towards the interior of the estuary. The one I saw in Shanghai is more impressive, here there are still many holes to build.

A fuir...

La réalité ne correspond en rien à la description sur le site. Excepté la prise en charge A/R à l'hôtel qui s'est très bien passée (le chauffeur était vraiment professionnel , très à l'heure), la croisière est une arnaque : partis avec 40mn de retard sans aucune explications, le bateau à fait demi-tour avant d'être allé au nord de la crique nous privant de la vue sur les souk. le buffet décrit comme "émirati et international" se résume à 3 plats indiens quelconques et à une salade de fruits en boîte en dessert.

Schöner Abend

Abholung erfolgte realtiv pünktlich. Der Service auf den Boot war sehr gut. Die Auswahl der Gerichte war relativ gut, jedoch war das Essen lauwarm ,aufgrund der Örtlichkeit. Dies ist keine Kritik, sondern nur eine Festellung.
