I made the reservation 6 months in advance and with free cancellation. Unfortunately my plans changed and I had to cancel more than 3 months in advance. But the company did not cancel and did not refund the amount paid. I lost 800 AED. I tried to contact the company for over 4 months. There was always an excuse, until they stopped responding. Run away from this company! Fiz a reserva com 6 meses de antecedência e cancelamento gratuito. Infelizmente meus planos mudaram e precisei cancelar com mais de 3 meses de antecedência. Mas a empresa não efetuou o cancelamento e não fez o reembolso do valor pago. Perdi 800 AED. Eu tentei contato com a empresa por mais de 4 meses. Sempre havia uma desculpa, até que pararam de responder. Fujam dessa empresa!

Worst excursion ever!!!!!!

First the driver pulled up in what looked like a personal vehicle. We were unsure of whether or not it was safe. Then we noticed that the back passenger door was glued together with hot glue. The door lock was missing and the seat was broken. As we proceed to pick up other travelers we nearly lost our lives by the drivers reckless driving. When I asked to get out I was questioned as to whether or not I was serious. The other travelers assured me this was normal so we continued on. As we continue on we still endured the drivers reckless driving as he appeared to be on only two wheels at every round about we came to. Then we stopped at a market of some sort for nothing, then a gas station for gas. You are pressured into buying things and participating in things even if you don't want to. You are offered supposed enhanced services for an additional fee however nothing is different from what the other travelers received. The show was mediocre and there is no BBQ!! Also continue to be harassed to purchase items. The trip home was no better as we had to stop for gas again and the truck didn't want to start. Finally started and it was sputtering down the highway. Finally made it to the first traveler drop off and we exited the vehicle and told the driver we would get a cab and he did not have to take us to our destination. Travelers beware!!! If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

It was nice and amazing. We had a good time. Beside the driver was 2 hours late with no warning, the service was excellent. The operator tour phone was not function because I was unable to reach. They need to work on better communication

Very bad experience, the organizer is not professional at all in communication with the customer even though the food is not acceptable and the price included very short circle of camal ride and there was no enough sliding board on the sand

The pick up time was not...

The pick up time was not at the time they said, the guy came to pick us up 1 hour later of the time we agreed, the experience is nice in the desert but they are rushing you all the time, when we finally could meet the camels the sunset was already over.

Amazing time.

Had an amazing time from pick up, Muhammad was our tour guide, very friendly and attentive. Money is so worth this, I definitely will come back and forward the information to my friends,. Dunes ride, camel ride, sunset, sand, desert, food, shows and a safe ride back. Plus I met new friends , you cant go wrong!

It was really awesome Experience, as i was visiting Dubai first time. I was really inspired by the cooperation by the Management.

Scary

First we went to a out of control 3/4 wheel ATV park not on the schedule that was 1:30 time wasted at least and deplorable condition, Would not recommend .

We really enjoyed it had a great time . Kids loved the dessert safari and live show . It was an amazing trip.

You will get only what you paid for..

We were picked up around 2.30 pm, all of us were resting in the car while the driver stopped at the quad bike place. We don’t know if this place in particular is a part of the tour but found this deviation unnecessary. The driver was neither friendly nor rude. As regards the shows, it was only mediocre, we din enjoy the food as well, but like my title says this was the cheapest tour we found so probably this is what you will get for that price, having said that this was quite enough to experience the safari and also there were many tour companies affliated with the same safari so I believe, unless you had paid extorbitantly with other tour agents this is what you may experience!!

Experience was good first Half with the driver but when u reach camp although there was only 7 shows... They only done 5.food was cold even though u pay for VIP... Shows are on while u r eating so can't enjoy two things.. Everything was given in one go and cold. Campus could have been better.

Kids LOVED it and want to come back again!

We were picked up from our apartment by Sana, who was our guide. He made sure we were well taken care of from the start to the finish from asking his contacts to negotiate good prices and rentals for the quad bike, to explaining to the kids how they had to inflate and deflate the tyres to be able to drive through the desert. The highlight of the trip was no doubt the Dune bashing segment. The whole family (especially the kids) loved it and found it thoroughly exhilarating! Sana kindly acceded to their requests and made the ride as exciting (twisting/turning) as possible with some really skillful driving. Stopping in the desert to play with the endless sand and watch the beautiful sunset over the horizon was breathtaking.

Desert Safari

Booked through Clifton Tours, £71 for 4 people. Expected a taster of each activity but nothing special because all the other sites were charging closer to £200 for 4 people. Not at all, every traveller, irrespective of booking operator met at the same desert location and got the equivalent time on each activity and the same food and drinks package. The food and drinks were plentiful and to a great standard. It was still very hot in the desert of a night so dress accordingly. Entertainment was great and dune bashing was amazing.

The best experience that you can have in Dubai

This was by far the best experience we had in Dubai. The ride was awesome awesome and the driver, Abdullah, was the best driver in the world in our opinion!! Skills and fun and music ... I do not have words to describe how joyful we are that we had the chance to be in the companionship of Abdullah. Thank you very much for this memorable experience!!!

Perfect Package to Experience the Desert

Mohammed was our driver and guide. He communicated directly with us through our hotel to ensure the proper details for pickup. He was courteous and a safe driver explaining what to expect at each stage of the tour. The live show was nice, but food was okay. However, we booked for the experience not food. Great value for the money.

It was perfect, i rate this experience 5/5. Everyone needs to book this. We were picked up on time by our guide and he helped us from the start to the end. Pick up at hotel and drop off at our hotel.

And Believe me, my experience was just outstanding! The 4x4 Landcruiser Ride to the Desert Safari was something so Exceptional that it can't be explained in words. The way the driver drove, the soulful Arabic tunes he played, the way he performed dune bashing on smooth dunes gave us a perfect adrenaline-rush. The tour package was itself very much affordable, and to my surprise the company offered us all the awesome perks in the short price tag ... I mean, from sandboarding to camel safari to Arabian BBQ to Arabian night entertainment shows ... every Incredible Highlight was included in the package! There was not one single thing negative about this company and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience Dubai Desert Safari like a ROYAL... Thanks CliftonTours ... Todo… ver el atardecer en el desierto fue mágico, el tour con el coche fue muy divertido y la cena con los bailes muy interesante de la cultura

Nicht ganz zufrieden

Leider gab es nur 4von 7shows und schon mussten wir gehen. Die versuchen dir alles zu verkaufen, bis zum WLAN … das essen war nicht gut, mein fleish war kalt und blutig. Und viel auswahl gibt es nicht. Die fahrt in die Düne war lustig und. Der Reiseführer war auch freundlich aber ehrlich gesagt würde ich es nicht wieder machen wollen.

Unbedingt machen

Nicht unbedingt bei den großen buchen. Unser Guide war eigenständig und beim Dune Bashing nicht im Konvoi sondern eigenständig gefahren. Passende musik aufgedreht u vollgas drauf los. Abendessen im Camp auch voll in Ordnung Abwicklung mit den Tickets hat auch super geklappt. Über whatsapp kontakt mit dem fahrer Super

God service og fed oplevelse

Dune bashing med dakke dak på 3 og 4 (arabisk style) var en fed oplevelse. Mine tre drenge på 8,9 og 10 år. Var helt vilde. BBQ og ildshow om aftenen var også et hit for drengene. Jeg fik sms fra Amar og aftale afhentning mellem 15.30 og 16.00. Kl. 15.35 stod han klar med sin hvide Landcruiser (som han forinden havde skrevet en SMS om, hvilken bil og nummerplade) Fed service. Venlig mand som tog sig tid til at forklare mange ting ved Dubai. Derudover tog han sig af os, da vi havde pitstop undervejs, hvor man kunne f.eks. prøve ATV. Mange ting er inkluderet i pakken, men sælgere ved pitstop vil forsøge at sælge yderlige ting, som Amar hjalp os med. Kan varmt anbefales.
