Riding the ATVs in the desert was so much fun!! Also being next to the driver during the sand dune driving was awesome! The best view lol I enjoyed it

Navid was an exceptional and amazing tour guide! He really engaged us throughout our journey. On the way to the desert, he told us some amazing facts about Dubai that surprised us and made us WOW. He was calm and supported us in the desert, from explaining the itinerary and guiding us through the activities and what to expect. The desert activities was the most amazing experience ever and would definitely recommend those travelling to Dubai to book with this company!

Great guide, great tour

Wow! Great tour with our driver / guide Wajahat. He picked us up from our Palm hotel right at the agreed time. Drove for about an hour out to the desert, with Wajahat showing us points of interest along the way. We started with a short camel ride, then did some exciting sand bashing, sand boarded and took a photo with the falcon. I had hurt my ankle and he showed real concern for me. He provided ice and brought the 4x4 to pick me up from the air conditioned waiting area. We were very happy with the tour, the service and the price. Thank you for a great morning.

Our driver was named Sham great guy full of local knowledge it was the trip that just kept on giving nothing was a problem for him quad biking was excellent refreshments were plentiful would highly recommend this excursion and book with this company

I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback on our recent safari tour with Ocean Air Travels. Our guide, Yasin, was exceptional. He was incredibly helpful and considerate throughout the entire tour. Yasin went out of his way to cater to our needs, ensuring that everyone in our group had a memorable and enjoyable experience. Great guide

We picked the 8am slot which was far too hot for us. I got a mild sunstroke but Shan, our tour guide was amazing in how he took care of me and made sure I had medical assistance. I felt really safe knowing he was there to ensure I got the right care. Very professional. Unfortunately we didnt get to complete the activity, but I will certainly try again and go at a time when it's not too hot, and will be contacting Shan to be my guide.

Memorable trip

Excellent trip. Our guide Imaan was awesome, he was informative and very helpful. We really enjoyed the Quad bikes, camel ride and Dune bashing.

Best experience in Dubai

I thoroughly enjoyed the camel ride, thrilling sand dune 4wd ride and slide. Azhar was funny, friendly, full of interesting information about Dubai, made sure I had fun, was safe and not dehydrated. I was picked up on time and brought back with an amazing experience by lunch time. I can't believe it was done privately. I highly recommend it.

Highly recommend

Highly recommend this trip. We done it as a group of friends and it was excellent value for money. Our tour guide Sarwar was brilliant. Communication was brilliant and the company were very helpful. We were collected from our hotel and taken to the desert where we were provided with water and soft drinks. We completed the quad biking, there was no need to buy one of the scarfs available to buy for this. Very relaxed environment. Great photo opportunities, no pressure to do anything from staff. Air conditioned and comfy 4x4’s. Well worth the cost.

Nice experience but careful with the timing.

While our guide, Fayyaz, was excellent and the tour itself was great, we encountered some issues with the timing. We had reserved the tour for 8:00 am, but the pick-up did not occur until 8:45 am. After the pick-up, we realized that other guests reserved for 9:00 am and 10:00 am. So, we were all grouped together for the morning tour, regardless of their reservation times. This meant that the reservation time did not matter, and everyone was grouped into a single morning tour. If you have a tight schedule, it's important to be aware of this inconvenience.

Timing belt snapping and...

Timing belt snapping and having to swap dune buggies. Also the guide was very cool and friendly. Took a lot of cool photos for us. Knew every angle lol.

Had a layover on my flight causing me to miss my reservation. I called and was told I was going to be rescheduled for another one, free of charge and that never happened.

My tour guide Aijaz from OceanAir is the best hands down. He texted the day before to confirm the time and was on time. The activities was soo fun. The dune bashing ooohhh mine🥰🥰🥰🥰 he is that driver we all need for this activity. It was soo fun. Aijaz is the best and has time for everyone.

Best safari tour in Dubai!

Went on this tour with our family and had 10 adults and 2 children. They catered to us and our needs very respectfully. Ensuring we had ac for the little ones at all times. We had the best experience and really enjoyed all the activities. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone going to Dubai.

Great Fun

We opted for the half day tour and were delighted with our decision. Really enjoyed the quads and camel ride. The sand bashing can rattle your stomach so be careful what & when you eat before doing this. Really glad we did this activity.

Awesome experience!

My experience with Oceans Air Travel was excellent. From the ATV to the camel ride to the sand boarding. It was a fun trip. Shams, our tour operator, arrived on time and took care of us, especially when my family member was sick. Highly recommend this tour and appreciate their efforts to making us feel comfortable and aware the entire time.

Shan the man

Shan was amazing and the tour was so fun! Shan allowed us time to enjoy all parts of the trip and took some great photos of the group! He was knowledgeable and informative about everything on the trip. If I was to ever book again I would recommend going with Shan. He has character and really understood the group. Remembering all of our names and making it a very personal experience.

A fantastic excursion. We were messaged beforehand the pickup times. Kashif came ontime and took us to the quad biking location. We had lots of time on the bikes never felt rushed at all. We then headed over to the camel ride which was fun, but less exhilarating! Then Kashif took us in the 4x4 dune bashing and what an experience. Zooming up the and around, great fun. Final part was the sand boarding, which me & my son were brilliant at! We then returned back to the Quad biking location for a quick wash before heading back to the hotel. The day was the best day of our families trip to Dubai and Kashif made it. There was plenty of water and no pressure sales etc. Just great fun had. Thank you

Amazing time!

This was such an affordable experience for us and so fun! We arrived and started with the bike riding then we moved on to the camel riding and much more. They had unlimited drinks which was really nice :) Ramzan was amazing!!! He was so kind and understanding , please take care of such good employees like that, he made our experience so memorable.

My kids loved the quad...

My kids loved the quad bike and wanted to remain longer than the allocated time. Our guide was super helpful and assisted my kids to the different activities.

Great fun-filled day

Our tour guide made our experience so much fun! He made sure that each part of the tour was enjoyable. We loved the additional 10 minutes we got on the quad bike especially because it was our first time.

Dunes sand tour

Yasir was the best!! 5 Star treatment!! Very attentive and made us very comfortable and ensured we had fun. If you are in Dubai you have to do this tour and ask for Yasir. We’ll be back!!!

Varied Desert Excurison

Pick up was easy and on time. Ahmed was a great guide. I did the buggy ride which was more fun than I thought it would be, loved getting close to the camels which was very memorable. Dune bashing was great and we ended with surfing down the dunes. It’s harder than it looks and I fell off, but it was still very fun. So glad I did this experience. I was solo but got lucky my group was two other friendly solo travelers and it was great meeting them too.

The desert was absolutely beautiful. We chose the day trip to be able to get great pictures. I would suggest framamine for those who may get motion sick 😉

Great Day in the desert !!

This was definitely a fun packed couple of hours and worth it !! We went dune bashing with our own razor and then then in the SUV. We rode camels , held falcons and the pics and the pics were great !!

My tour guide Jojo did an amazing job of making sure I had a pleasurable experience. Very nice tour beware of people trying to sell you things once at the location but besides that 10/10 experience would do it again.

Fun and fantastically run tour - 100% recommend!

This was our 3rd time in Dubai but 1st time doing a desert excursion, so expectations were high and it didn’t disappoint! We went as 3 adults and 2 children (6 and 15), and it was great for them as well (was initially worried they’d have to sit out some activities but wasn’t the case). We took the 8am tour and we’re back home by 12.30pm to enjoy the rest of the day! The activities were run by OceanView and our guide Yasir was fantastic - courteous, professional, vey knowledgeable en route and great fun! He was clear with communication - with messaging via WhatsApp the previous day to coordinate on the schedule for the day and keep our pick-up to keep us on track - we were the second of the tour cars to arrive which meant we had time to get a breakfast snack and relax before ATV rides as it can get quite busy. This meant there was little idle time between activities without rushing, which can be a gripe for group tours as children get quickly bored/irritable if waiting around! To accommodate children better, we upgraded from quad bikes to a dune buggy which allowed 4 of us to go together to make it more comfortable/safe/enjoyable for the kids. Yasir then ended the day with sand boarding and an amazing experience dune bashing in his 4x4, he was a top driver and this was the highlight of the day for the group. He helped us get some great photos to cherish memories too. Would 100% recommend this tour and Yasir to anyone thinking about doing this and perhaps on the fence, an absolute must for a Dubai visit!

A worthy adventure

We booked online a half-day morning Desert Safari, Camel Ride tour with Quad Bike as option, organized by OceanAir Travels. We were greeted at the hotel for pickup by Zahid Hussain, the tour guide in his 4x4 vehicle. Fortunately for us on that day, it was just our family to the whole vehicle. Zahid, the tour guide, was excellent, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable throughout the tour, encouraging us to explore all available options. He was good at photography, and we were lucky to get the best of our photos on sand dunes, clicked by him. Thoroughly enjoyed the dune bashing and sandboarding, as well was able to experience Quad Biking. Equally loved the camel ride, and the guide who took us on that ride was very considerate, allowing us to click pics along the way. Soft drinks, dates, and Arabic coffee were served. We also had the chance to hold the Falcon on our hand, a perfect opportunity for a photo. The tour was punctual and the experience was worth all along, thanks to the guide.

Awful customer service...

Awful customer service and communication! They cancelled the trip or gave an alternative of incurring another US$100 due to miscommunication of the pick up location when that should have been included.
