Very Smooth Transfer

Very smooth transfer. Driver arrived on time. He was even patient as we forgot our iPad in the hotel. Helpful with getting our bags off the car and directing us on where to go in the airport. Even had a car seat for my little one. Very nice. Orient tours has really been great to us this entire trip so I totally recommend.

BEWARE! You could be stuck without a ride back to the airport despite prepaying.

I purchased the round trip airport transfers months before my trip. My pickup was seamless. I was scheduled to depart --November 27 at 2:00 a.m. I requested that they come and get me to take me to the airport at 10:30 p.m. on November 26th. The shuttle arrived, instead on November 25th at 10:30. The driver tried to tell me that my flight was on the 26th. The arguing went on for 20 minutes---about my return flight. He then told me that I would need to pay a cancellation fee and pay to reschedule for the next night--despite the fact that I had a receipt indicating my scheduled pickup would be on the 26th. I HAD A RECEIPT. They made a mistake and REFUSED to correct it or admit their error. You have to be careful with a company that refuses to acknowledge errors and instead tries to rewrite reality. When I paid for a taxi to return to the airport, I learned that taxis are cheaper anyway and VERY safe. They do not overcharge because they are run by the king and he wants tourists to be happy there. So my question is, why would you use this tranfer service and aggravate yourself?????

<p>The driver showed up 30 minutes early. He was mad at us for not being already downstairs. We checked or as fast as we could after he called us. He drove like a maniac because he had lost his temper because he had to wait. I had a printed paper and an email confirming the correct time, so he certainly was early. No need for this attitude.</p>

Beware if your plane departs just...

<p>Beware if your plane departs just after midnight because they will try to pick you up a day ahead of time. ExampleIf you plane actually takes off at 12:30 AM on Monday 5 October, tell them your travel date is on Sunday 4 October at 11:59 PM that way they will pick you up three hours ahead of that time at 9:59 PM on 4 October. This will avoid confusion to prevent them from picking you up after midnight on the 5th in which you will miss your flight. Most flights out of Dubai take off after midnight going back to the states.</p>

<p>We have used this option many times and this one time we had a small issue. There were 4 travelers in total. They sent us a lexus sedan. Of course, the luggage wasn't going to fit. The driver advised me I could call. After educating him that HE will call all was fixed within 10 minutes and an appropriately sized car was sent to take us to the airport.</p>
