Our Private Driver Service through Aviator was "ORIENT TOURS" and upon landing in Dubai our "ORIENT TOUR" Representative was in constant contact with our group leader via WHATSAPP & kept us advised of his exact location where we would find him up on exiting PASSPORT CONTROL & after retrieving our traveling parties luggage. Also would like to point out that PRIOR to departing the USA they had reached out to us to CONFIRM the size of our traveling party and the amount and size of our luggage too. It was reassuring that they would have the proper sized vehicle to comfortably take our group from the Dubai Airport to our Hotel in Dubai. Our driver was very good too, during the 30 minutes trip from the airport to our hotel he answered many of our questions and was helpful pointing out landmarks and helping us with other questions that we had!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE WAS PROVIDED AT A REASONABLE COST.....GREAT VALUE!!!!

It was an excellent experience. The representative from Orient Tours Munawar was all the time cooperative and replied for all messages. You know exactly who will meet you with the sign of the leading family member name. Everything was explained in details what will be next. The car was very comfortable with A/C. Transfers

Booked transfer from Dubai airport to JBR. Got WhatsApp messages straight after booking and then again on the day of travelling to confirm the information. When we landed we got a message of driver and that they’d be waiting at arrivals. Great service

This company is good and reliable. We arrived in Dubai early morning, The staff communicated with me as soon as the plane landed and gave me clear instructions on what to do and where to meet after baggage collection . We came out late due to long line in immigration but the driver waited for us. The staff who met us at the airport as well as the driver is very polite and pleasant and helped us with our luggage. This company is highly recommended.

Get me to Abu Dhabi!

Quiet and uneventful drive from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. There was a bit of confusion meeting at the airport due to controlled access to the airport by authorities but once that was resolved all went smoothly.

The representative was waiting for us when we left the baggage claim. He promptly took us to the car where the driver was waiting for us. It is always such a relief to see your ride especially when it is late at night in a foreign country. Very pleased with Viator's service.

Easy Hotel Transfer

Easy and Convenient. Communication came through WhatsApp, and reached out the day before to confirm. On arrival, advised where to Meet and was easy to locate. Took us to our driver who was great and drove us to the Hotel with no issue.

Dubai arrival

I was contacted and communicated with from our landing and picking up our luggage to the meeting spot where my name was being held up by Manuwar He offered to roll some of our bags to the vehicle. My party of six comfortably was taken to our hotel. I would use this company again

Best airport transfer

This was a great experience; seamless. My plane was late leaving the US by an hour and it was not a problem. As soon as we were given the new arrival time, I notified the operator via app. They were very gracious and told me t have safe flight; they would adjust and be there when we arrived. A gentleman with our names was waiting as soon as we passed customs, provided us with a Welcome kit and schlept our bags to the waiting driver/van. The van driver was pleasant and professional; easy peasy. I will definitely use them again when I return

Excellent service the man was waiting at airport with my name, took us straight to our vehicle, the driver was very helpful. Only thing I didn't realise you tip the drivers & didn't do this as I had no currency on me, so felt bit guilty as he drove off. Sorry driver 😪

Will recommend to others

The person meeting us informed me that they were at the airport and where to meet him. I was able to keep him apprised of where I was as I navigated they customs and getting my luggage. He took us to the car and left us with the driver who actually took us to the hotel. The driver knew how to navigate out of the parking structure as many other drivers didn't know how to pay. And, he made excellent time to the hotel while answering any questions we had.

Was ok...but after being meet...had to wait another 15 minutes for driver....a taxi would have been much less expensive

Very confusing and I felt Ripped Off!

I paid $67.00 for one way transportation to my hotel. This was very confusing to me because I thought I was booking round trip transportation. When I got to the end of my reservation, there was no way to enter my departing information. When it was time for me to depart, I called the company and request hotel pickup back to the airport. That is when I was told that I needed to pay and book my departure trip to the airport. I ended up taking a taxi back to the airport and it only cost $15.00. I can't not believe that I spent $67.00 for one way. That is FOUR time what a taxi cost. I was very disappointed, and I felt that I had been ripped off. You live and you learn. I give this experience a ZERO rating!

Take a cab!

I felt deceived by this booking! Because the way it reads,I thought I was booking round trip transportation from the airport to my hotel and then from my hotel back to the airport, but it was only one way! I paid $62.00 for one way transport to my hotel. When I was ready to depart, I contacted this company about my transportation back to the airport. They informed me that I needed to pay again to book it. I ended up taking a cab to the airport, and it was only $15.00. I will NEVER book transportation with this company again! They get a ZERO rating from me!
