Dubai Marina Royal Dinner Dhow Cruise Including Transfers

Great trip!

Great trip! Boat tour was excellent- we were celebrating a birthday and they helped make it special with a cake and signing! Amir M was our driver and answered all of our questions and even gave us more information about UAE and Dubai. 10/10 would recommend!

Better than expected

We had a great time. The food was okay but the music was good. What I liked about it was it was outside the top of the boat.

An experience worth doing

Great experience, the cruise itself is amazing to take in all the views. Our driver Ahmed this was the second tour with the same driver was fantastic really enjoyed having Ahmed as our driver.

Very disappointed. Food and experience were way below expectations despite paying over US$ 100 per person.

Not worth for the money it was charged.

2 adults + 2 kids took the 8:30 pm slot on 26Dec2023. Our boat was "Tour Dubai". Pros: 1. The pick-up service was prompt and timely. Cons: 1. Chaos at the gate. Multiple boats starts at the same time. Causes the chaos. None to organize / regulate the queue. 2. We were asked to sit in a table where there were stale breads baskets. Had to ask to change it. Leftover side dish were yet to be cleaned. Served the coke w/o fizz. That means the bottles were kept open for longer durations. 3. Food quality and options are limited given the price points. 4. Staffs were in a hurry to finish the dinner part of the cruise asap. 5. The boat was circling at the same spot at least 3 times at the end of the journey to make it to 2 hours.

Disappointing night out

We booked this cruise through the Go City Dubai pass and don’t believe it is value for money. We boarded and were told straight away that we couldn’t be seated on the open top deck as it was booked out for a large group (not what we expected). They did tell us we could go up after dinner which we did but there was no where to sit and we ended up standing at the front off to one side. We asked for drinks and requested some Heineken’s and a bottle of red wine (2 were listed on the menu). We were informed after a few minutes that there was no Heineken’s or the requested red wine on board. We then asked for the other red wine and was told they had run out. All this was before we left the dock, very disappointing. The food was also luke warm and not hot. The cruise itself was enjoyable and we did enjoy seeing Dubai by night. When we went to pay for the drinks we were charged for an additional 5 beers and after a discussion this was removed, disappointed that this happened at all. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this cruise due to the above. Hopefully this is noted and fixed in the future.

Give it a miss or spend more for better

Staff were very pleasant. Music was much too loud, we literally had our hands over our ears as did another table next to a speaker. And we are used to noise with 3 kids…. It was quite odd really… food okay, boat half empty. Made to fill out a feedback from whilst the staff stood over your shoulder, an unusual expensive event we would not repeat…

Sailing In Dubai

The boat cruise was nice and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the skyline along the Marina and the buildings architectural designs. The crew were nice and they played current music. A very memorable experience for my friends and I while in Dubai.

Nice cruize

On a arrival the beverage offered was warm. I also had to request plate settings. The music seems to was catering to one set until close there was music for us all to enjoy. I even got up snd dance. The food was okay

This was a very thrilling and exciting experience which we will not soon forget. Beautiful setting and wonderful food. Rudy B. Was beyond charming (and works class handsome) and made the night even more special!

Good for seeing Dubai but service wasn't great

Went on cruise around dubai. Chaos at the harbour when trying to get in, eventually found our boat. We paid for 2 adults with house beverages and 1 just soft drinks for my partners 14yr old son. We were sat on the boat for over an hr before we got a drink- after asking 3 different members of staff! We paid £100 extra for the 2 adult tickets that included house beverages but then had to pay extra for gin and tonic!! When the food opened- buffet, we were allowed to go up 1 table at a time. We waited patiently for our turn but as we were further back on the boat the tables near the front were going up for seconds and even thirds before we had eaten anything. The food was very nice and the cruise itself was lovely just disappointed with the service for the price- AED 595 pp with house beverages and AED 395 pp with soft drinks

Food was disgusting.

Serve international food not only Indian. Overall was bad ( food) besides the atmosphere which was good.

GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH UNPROF STAFF

We spent a night with unprofessional staff and terrible service. Annoyed on how the servers flirt and gossips with fellow colleague. In front of the guests and children. Unbelievable! So disgusting and irritating what they have showed especially how they have been so touchy. Not well trained servers and smells very bad! How on earth these people are hired for a job that is no respect given. And happened during the month of Ramadan!

How NOT to treat a costumer

I had put 5 stars, I would have put 4 in reality because all in all it is a good experience with decent food ... Too bad that towards the end of the cruise a waiter approached who did not recommend writing the review, but demanded it. He was there in front of me for 5-6 minutes to check that I did the online review with top marks .... I was having trouble with the wi-fi and I felt pressured with this cheeky waiter half a meter from me for so long, looking at the screen of my mobile ... Well, I did the review but now I take my revenge ... i canceled it and now from 5 stars it goes down to only 1 given the treatment we received. You can't be so insistent, it's unacceptable. An evening ruined by an idiot.

Poor food

The trip, the service and the ambience was great, but the food was terrible. An unexited buffet with nothing warm. It was supponer to be warm, but it was not. They asked me to fill out a customer satisfaction survey which i did, and when I rated the food poorly, the waiter came back and asked what i meant, which i explained. Then the waiter came back with the chef and I had to explain myself again. That the chef wanted to know I can understand. The trip itself was great but food and Music bad. Donot play Music for an evening event like this. The Price was USD 110 including food and softdrinks, and we had a great evening but the food was worthless.

This is a great dinner...

This is a great dinner cruise! The food, views and music were all great! The staff were great! The cruise was very organized. We received a welcome beverage upon entering the boat. I definitely recommend this dinner cruise!

Disappointing evening

Chaotic, overbooked experience. Cruise was late departing, no guidance given from the staff as to where to sit or how the evening worked. The last 45 minutes was spent aimlessly circling around near the disembarking point, seemingly killing time. Staff ‘clapped’ us off the boat, very strange.

Pathetic trip, save your money for something else.

This was one of the most annoying experiences I've done. They describe their food on the cruise as "5-star meal"... Pathetic. The food had barely any spices and was cold, and they had only one vegetarian meal - cold overcooked pasta with tomato sauce. They had overbooked the cruise and we had to argue with the staff to even get a seat at the top deck. There were no arabic music playing either, there was only some old hits playng from a speaker. I really just wanted the trip to end. The only good thing was the view of Dubai, which you would only appreciate if you get a seat at the top deck. This was just very touristic and bad, nothing authentic about it. I wouldn't pay this much just for a view and I would't recommend this scam.

Not great.

Really not that great. Made couples sit downstairs when the photos really don't show that as an option. Food was like school canteen style. Def not 5* as they describe.

Beautiful sights

Great experience, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, seating a bit tight upstairs so get there early for preferred seats. Be prepared to share a table with strangers. Buffet had a good selection of food.

Tour Dubai amazing cruise

Tour Dubai marina cruise was an excellent experience. Amazing fireworks,great food and very great customers service. Our travel group enjoyed the great hospitality, excellent and cordial service.The tour was well stuffed and also great music. Dinner had variety and meat was good! The tour was well staffed and good music. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Dubai or even living here.
