We paid for the gold package($750) provided bottle of champagne and top front seats and max attention from the excellent staff. Food was average.cruise was beautiful but don’t recommend the upgrade.

Celebrated my birthday and had an awesome experience on the boat. Service was attentive to detail. Performances and views were everything! Thank you for making my day memorable.

Transfer to the ship didnt arrive and had to get a taxi or we would have been late and missed it. Buffet and entertainment was mostly indian dominated which we were not aware of when booking. Not value for money and would not recommend.

From start to finish the experience was amazing. The food and entertainment was fantastic.we would defiantly recommend this to anyone.

Smaller yacht a must!!!

The only thing good about this was the boatride itself. We were expecting a more dressy attire but evan in VIP were getting water bottles thrown at us by little kids, very unprofessional crew, lots of drama going on. nobody told us there was evan a buffet downstairs till almost over, good entertainment, bad food.

Fantastic cruise and great dinner

We enjoyed a very quality time. The cruise was fantastic and the view of marina sky line from the cruise was breath taking, cuisine was really delicious and enjoyed live cooking. We booked our vip section that was separate and service was great. Highly recommend cruise dinner.

Not 5 Star it’s a Party boat

The driver who picked us up took 45 mins, to do a 7 minute journey, it’s a party boat not 5 star at all, cheap plastic seat, no menu available, not for couples

Excellent service and good value for money. Nice experience for a group of people who wants to enjoy sea cruise.

Most certainly not luxury and poorly managed transfers ... shocking

The evening got off too a bad start with our driver arriving late, full of apologies got held up in traffic, when we arrived at the Marina area it became extremely aparent that our driver had absolutely no idea where he should be going, where we should be meeting the ship etc, at one point we were left standing in the lower basement of the multi storey car park with the driver scratching his head, fortunately with the assistance of some (several) passers by we were able to make our way to Pier 7 which was the apparent meeting point .. this was news to our driver ... let us be clear this was not the divers fault , he had not been given any instructions and was always extremely polite although starting to panic that we would miss the departure .... So please don't book the chauffeur transfer package, when we finally boarded the ship for our VIP 5 star experience we were surprised to see that the VIP area at addittional cost encompasses a rope dividing off an area at the front of the ship, we were sitting at what best can be described as garden tables on garden chairs, certainly not a 5 star nor VIP experience ... once again I would like to be clear that all members of staff were very friendly, helpful and polite, the dancers were very good if you could get to see them ... the product description was totally misleading ... Dubai Marina Luxury Cruise w/5 star buffet Dinner & Transfer .... should read Dubai Marina extremely crowded cruise w / very average overcrowded buffet Dinner & disastrous transfer arrangements ... book with extreme caution and eyes wide open

Déçu

Les gens ce sont jeté sur les buffets, bousculade et aucun respect. Certain personnel très désagréable, très mal expliqué et pas d informations sur le déroulement des événements. Seul deux ou trois du personnel très agréable . Déçu au vue de l accueil Generale sûr Dubai.
