It was a good , dinner in reasonable price. The yacht was neat and clean .. I love its décor . The cuisines were so delicious . i would say there entire menu was awesome. One thing more i would like to is the service provided by staff was topnotch . overall i will recommend this dinner to you guys .

It was a warm welcome in yacht. It felt like the cruise was saying, "hey, get ready for something amazing!" And amazing it was . The entire evening unfolded like a symphony of taste and lights . It's not just cruise it's an overture to a night that became a melody in my heart . Overall I am totally satisfied with the services of Royal Smart tourism.

seamless good experience from dock to deck

Okay , can we talk about how they spoil you right from the beginning ? I felt like royalty before even stepping on the yacht . and when i did , oh boy ! the service was top ntch , the views were breathtaking , and the whole experience was just smooth sailing ..literally .

my wife planned a dinner for me , and she surprised me with this iconic cruise . all the international and traditional cuisine were so delicious we both enjoy our meal while we were floating on water.

SCAM- Horrible- DO NOT book with them, read what has happened to me first.

DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FROM USA. Per Wells Fargo, Trip Advisor is just a middle man that books the trips and all they do is get your money and give it to them. Here is what happened: 1. I reserved the ticket on 09/29 for 09/30 starting at 19:00. I paid for the most expensive package including the transfer, dinner, assigned seats, music, and show. Also because it had different prices, $70, $94, and $114, I got the most expensive one so I and my husband could have a good seat and good food. 2. The pick-up time was supposed to be at 19:00, however, we didn't get picked up until 19:30. 3. Upon our arrival at the marina at 19:45 we approached the person who had sticky notes in his hand and a printed list of guests. there was no line and everyone would jump in front of each other. we approached the guy and I asked him where our seat was, he gave me a sticky note with the L2 on it and he said it was our seat. 4. between our arrival to the time they let us to the yacht, we waited 1 hour outside with no water at 104 F degrees with high humidity. I was with heels and soaking wet because of the heat and humidity not knowing I had to wait like this outside. 5. around 20:45 the guy who gave us the sticky note came and told everyone to line up and everyone ( at least 50 people) aggressively approached the gate. I was shocked. 6. We got inside finally and we saw everyone just picked their own seat and the guy inside had a lot of sticky notes in his hand wondering around who should sit where. finally, he gave us the last table in the corner on the left side where there was no Air conditioning system and I could not even see the outside. 7. All of the bottles of water were so warm and they smelled like plastic so I had to ask them multiple times to bring me cold water. 8. at the time of serving dinner, the main guy told every table to approach the buffet table and get dinner. We were the last table to get food. There were no utensils, salads were gone. all the hot food was cold. And also we didn't know the name of the foods they were serving so we were not sure if there were any nuts in them for allergy purposes. 9. The cold bad food, and the hot spot that we had almost made me nauseous and I asked him to fix the situation. he ignored me at first but gave me a spot which later on the people who used to sit there returned and we had to move back to our horrible spot. 10. I used the restroom and there was no tissue to clean myself or anything to dry my wet hands. The restroom was flooded and nasty. 11. I couldn't believe I paid $114 for this bad experience. Most of the guests were indian as well as the crew so they got everything special for them. 12. The Yacht stopped at the marina at 22:00 and around 22:15 our driver found us and we waited 30 minutes waiting in the car until he started driving and taking us back to our hotel. we arrived at around 23:00 at our hotel. 13. The cruising time was supposed to be 5 hours, however, from the time we were picked up till we got dropped off, it was 3.5 hours. 14. When I returned from Dubai to Atlanta, USA, I contacted TripAdvisor first to complain and get a refund. They told me if I had called them they would never offer this merchant to me because their reviews are so bad and they have lots of complaints. I said then if this is the case why they are still on your website and you let them scam people.

Nice dinner outing

Found an ad for an inexpensive dinner cruise in Dubai on the Oberoi. Price was less than half the cost of the others. But very nice. A little over crowded but decent size. Beautiful night for cruising and sitting outside. Entertainment was good. Food was excellent. Service was outstanding. Booked with Mr. Hamza. +971521384526

A great evening

The dance the food the people the music everything. The driver was nice and everything was great. The evening was great the dancing was nice and everything was great and we had a great time.

Ok for the price, excellent food. Make sure the public learns how to remain in lines instead of pushing their way in.

Terrible

This was worst experience I had Dubai, The cruise was over crowded with people, food was bad, interior was bad. Such a bad arrangement. This cruise specially had a problem. All other cruises were great. Do not book this one.

The experience was very disappointing and degrading.

To start off, I was texted on the day that they would not be picking us up even though my hotel is just a 19-minute taxi ride to the Marina. My daughter and I had to pay our way by taxi to and fro, even though the package included pickup and drop-off! Then we got to the boat but it appeared that it was rented for the night by a wedding party, and we looked like party crashers. We could not seat where we wanted as all tables in a good spot were “reserved” We were put in a corner and looked out of place. The other passengers were a group of a wedding party who occupied both the lower and upper decks of the boat. The buffet was short of international standards as promised. The drinks were mostly distributed to the “wedding party” and we were completely ignored. It was a degrading experience!

It was fun out. The food was look warm, not hot as expected. The entertainment wasn’t great but the idea of being out in a different place was great. It filled up the evening

“Luxury” catamaran

The boat trip was delayed and it said luxury catamaran but felt more like we was sitting in a school canteen. You only got 2 drinks and a very small bottle of water. Even though it says unlimited drinks. Food was ok if it’s to your taste. Overly loud music. A Positive is that the views were beautiful. Overall rather disappointing

Poor

We were booked for a dinner cruise. Before securing the cruise for a large party, we informed the company of are specific time requirements. They stated it would not be a problem, and we were given a time and told the cruise would only last two hours. On the day of the cruise, we did not get a time confirmed until two hours before we were supposed to leave. The time had changed to an hour later, and then we were informed that the cruise was for four hours. We asked for a refund, and we were told No because all of the information had been provided to us at the time of booking. This was false. We were offered a $25 gift certificate after we spent $700. Then they sent erroneous text messages stating they tried to accommodate us, again not valid. I do not recommend this company.

Honestly I was not happy...

Honestly I was not happy with the service I feel that there should be an employee near the food I thank God that my table was call first as I sat down to eat and watch other people serve themselves they were picking the food with their hands and when they will come back for seconds with the fork that they had in their mouth they were picking on the watermelon and basically eating it from the display it was pretty disgusting overall it was OK I just feel that they should have an employee monitoring or even serving people

Not Worth It!

Staff was not friendly, we were instructed to stay seated until your table was called but several people went to obtain their food before being instructed to do so and by the time our table was called the food was cold and picked over. There was a performer during the tour which was very nice. I really don’t recommend doing this dinner cruise.

Cruise gone Wrong

The entire experience was disappointing, the pickup was 430p we bearly made the boat @830p due traffic, the food was cold and mediocre would not recommend this to anyone

Organisation was terrible.having rushed around to be there for 7.30 the boat didn’t leave till 9 o’clock

Not bad experience but would recommend the pricier more private dinner cruise. I want too happy about how the buffet is set up. All hands go into the pita bread which isn't sanitary at all.

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE WITH ROYAL SMART TOURISM

This is the WORST experience that we have in our trip to Dubai. 1. ROYAL SMART TOURISM, changes our reservation from a glass boat cruise to a dhow cruise after everything is paid and forcing me to decide URGENTLY to take it for the reason of unavailability. But, when we reached the area, it’s not fully booked- a lot of empty tables. I realized that there’s no glass boat cruise that they are promoting, instead, just used it to attract costumers and as soon as being paid changed it to a dhow cruise without considering that you have an invited guests. 2. Secondly, I called up ROYAL SMART TOURISM, to increase our reservation from 5-8 persons and send me the link for payment. They said that we can do it on the boat. I was asking how to pay for I have additional guests, friends, and someone asked directly for payments, without any receipts / invoice for 500 dirhams and when it was $39 online. So I asked to give me an invoice. The ROYAL SMART TOURISM, send me a nasty message to pay urgently and said that i am making a messed with the crew. I don’t even have an idea of what’s going on. I asked if they can just send a link for payment. I a tourist coming from USA and invited family and friends for a get together and instead insulting us. I DON’T recommend using the ROYAL SMART TOURISM using this TripAdvisor.com. My recommendation for TripAdvisor is to check the authenticity and the costumer service provided by the agency/ counterparts that they used.

The experience was good....

The experience was good. Certainly with doing once. But the food was bad. Misled totally about live music. There was no live music. Also the start time was misled by the organizers.

We went with family, it was great experience boat was good with good food. Night view of Marina Canal and Skyline was excellent.

NICE BUT CAN DO BETTER

1) Nice experience, but staffs weren’t professional and caring. I wanted to sit in a spot they were telling me it’s VIP meanwhile there was no such thing they were just trying to make extra money. 2) The transfer was insane it took me 2 hours and minutes 30 sitting in the bus. He was picking up people all over the place and people weren’t even ready. Imagine sitting in a bus for nearly 3 hours with a kid and was so crowded, It wasn’t professional at all. 3) The YATCH is nice, but there’s no AC in the balcony it was crazy hot.

I got them from my hotel and they were just amazing whatever was on the packages was what I got.The guy was so amazing in also advising me on the amazing adventures to take.I will always recommend them for the adventures in dubai

False advertising, would not recommend!

Overall had poor experience and would not recommend purchasing from this specific tour operator. They advertised tanoura show as part of the cruise; please see picture of inclusions I attached as proof of their false advertising. However, there was no show. I was told during the cruise that the show will not be back until August. Advertised as fully air conditioned, not true. They have wall mounted air conditioners on two sides of the boat. There is no central air conditioning, so the lower deck is mostly hot, stuffy and smelled, unless you’re sitting near the wall mounted air conditioners. Also, filthy, the table cloths at our table were gross, please see pictures attached; made it difficult for us to eat our food.

Will Do Again

We booked with transfer for the Glass Boat. We reached there near 8 pm. Overall experience was cool, food was good with couple of live performances, music was good. View in night was great specially Marina skyline. will do again.

Nightmare!

Could been better if it was managed well! It was a mass to go there and to the bote and it was Not safe to do with Covid! People are so close to each others dancing No Mask on etc. We been trying out best to stay a way and be safe! I only fealt that when we are off the boat I will never do it again!

Pure Enttäuschung

Wir waren mit meiner Freundin am 12.08.21 zum Dinner. Ehrlich gesagt ein unterdurschnittliches Buffet und ein sehr mäßiger Ausflug. Beim Betreten des Bootes wurde im unteren Bereich bereits gegessen. Oben wurde man platziert und hat eine sehr lange Zeit auf etwas zu trinken gewartet. Bei den Temperaturen in Dubai ein absolutes No-Go! Egal wo, der Service war immer gut und die Bedienungen sehr zuvorkommend. Dort wurde ein einziger, armer Kellner (er konnte einem wirklich leid tun) für diverse Gäste „abgestellt“. Das Buffet wurde dann nach ca. 45 Minuten doch endlich eröffnet und das Essen war unterer Durchschnitt, Massenabfertigung eben. Aufgrund von Corona wurden wir angehalten, beim Buffet Handschuh zum Auftun des Essens zu tragen (Maske sowieso) - gar kein Problem. Warum kommen dann aber Gäste vom unteren Abteil nach oben und fassen dort alles an, was und wie es ihnen beliebt? Am Abend durch die Marina von Dubai zu fahren hat definitiv was. Typischer Dubai Flair, schöne Gebäude, die imposant beleuchtet sind, ein sauberes Stadtbild, höchster Infiniti-Pool der Welt, das größte Riesenrad der Welt etc.. Jetzt kommt der Harken: Während die Gäste aus dem unteren Abteil fertig waren mit Essen, haben wir unser „Menü“ gerade erst eingenommen. Aber natürlich möchte auch jeder Fotos von den Sehenswürdigkeiten machen; von sich selbst, mit Partner, mit Kindern, mit Familie… kurzum: Das Dinner nimmt man schlussendlich zu sich, umgeben von vielen Hobbyfotografen. Gerne stehen die Leute dann auch so nah hinter jemanden am Stuhl, dass man Schweißaustausch betreiben könnte. Entspanntes Dinner? Nein. Der ganze Rahmen wurde noch durch sehr laute Musik, die nicht wirklich stimmig war, abgerundet. Laut Leistungsumfang war auch Live-Programm für den Tag vorgesehen. Allerdings hat nichts stattgefunden. Man kann nur hoffen, dass nicht der „DJ“ im Unterdeck als Live-Act gemeint war.. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.
