Romantic and Special

The driver was so professional and was careful considering that my wife is pregnant. Thanks to him and appreciate his kindness. It was my first time experience in a dhow cruise. Well presented and well prepared. I did not see the inclusions properly and so the Tanura Dance was surprising. The food was delicious, specially the deserts. It was a nice to cruise admiring at the Marina view and having food on table while enjoying the Tanura Dance

The view

Overall the ride wad nice. I didn't like having a slumped table. The intertainment wasn't great, but not the best. The food wasn't hot as it should have been.

Worst experience Mohit from Ramada Hotel JBR

The travel agent name Mohit he is now working in Ramada Hotel JBR is a scammer. He is trying to loot all the guests. He was rude and the service he offers is always delayed. Not cooperative at all. Had to go after him 8-9 days to book a tour for show cruise which too had been a disaster. He was not ready to assist with price and even package details. It felt like we are begging to get it as if it was free. He took 270USD for 4 pax which was way too expensive after we explored the options. Cut to when we were there at the destination he is not picking up the call there were no agent to interact and give information about which cruise to board. After wait of half an hour and innumerable phone calls someone came and informed us to go on the cruise. The food was bland, cold with no varieties. The entertainment was nothing at all only sitting and waiting for someone or something. We did not get to interact with anyone officially from Rayna tours as I know about their service. He is just using the name of Rayna Tours and outsourcing all the excursion booking by taking excess and scamming people saying that it is exclusive and luxury. He is not trust worthy and would scam all other customers.

Great experience, good food...very good entertainment. Happy with this company. Everything was good, just 1 single complain ...the music should be more variable.

Terrible food

Booked them directly via their telephone help desk for the Marina boat tour for 4 adults 2 kids for dhs 800. First thing, there was no consistency on the charges, the Rayna App says something else...on telephone they were charging more, on the hotel help desk it was something else. So it was like fishing for whatever price customer take the bait. Okay now the boat tour itself was alright, as it's the same route taken by almost all operators. Since it was an Indian tour company the boat operators were Indians as well and so as the music, and the food. My grief is specially with the quality of food, it was terrible terrible terrible. I don't mind Indian cuisine being myself a British Asian, but my God it was horrible. My advice to anybody else booking is please make sure to inquire about the food before booking.

Don't book this crap

Horrible. Driver went to the wrong motel and talked to 4 different people for an hour on what's app. We were told to call one of the people, but there was no response. Later, he called the same guy again. He knew nothing and rudly ended the call. Called the original driver, and he also knew NOTHING. We got our own cab to the harbour, the manager there also knew NOTHING. Dinner wasn't too bad, just small selection and all cold.

No experience, just lied and anguish

I booked boat cruise for Feb 26 from 7-9, 2 hours cruise. Once we got to Dubai, they told us cruise won’t start till late and pick ups from hotel start at 7 and cruise will start around 8.45 and should be done by 10 or 10.15 and we will be dropped back to our hotel by 11pm. When driver arrived at the hotel to pick us from hotel, he told us he won’t be able to drop us back to the hotel before 12 midnight. Since we had a 1.30am flight from Dubai to Toronto, we decided not to take the cruise, in order to avoid missing the flight. Driver who picked us up from hotel, dropped us back. When some one book-a cruise for 7PM, which suppose to be for only 2 hours, why would they start cruise at 8 l45 and won’t drop clients back to the hotel till midnight. cruise company misled us on timings of the cruise, that’s why they should refund our money.

Superb

Choosing to celebrate my wife and son's birthdays on a boat was a fantastic decision. My family was completely satisfied with the delicious food, great ambiance, and the overall experience. The standout aspect was definitely the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, kind, and professional, especially Michael (the supervisor, I believe) who made every effort to ensure we were happy. If you are looking for a special dhow cruise experience, I strongly suggest booking it. Thank you all 🙏🙏🙏

Excellent management

I was with my family they enjoyed alot that was so amazing.Specially thanks to Mr. Kapil he is very friendly he managing the cruise and making arrangements during the trip. I had the best experience of Dubai Cruise at Marina. Great view of Dubai Eye, hotels and buildings. Good food buffet and wonderful dance performance for entertainment. Overall enjoyed a lot 😀

One of the best dhow cruise before booking i read here many negative comments about al khaleej boat that this was not nice this or that but from my opinion it is better than best you will experience original dhow cruise experience special thanks to mr. noushad for making our night so special with a lovely table you gave us overall the experience was awesome me and my wife enjoyed alot .and the staff is also very nice to us.

Good tour activity has the potential to become a great activity

I had very good memories of this activity which I did a few yrs ago. It used to be a 'must do and definitely worth it' activity in Dubai then. I see that the rise in demand has taken a toll on the overall effect/performance of the tour. Marina bay is crowded and getting there could be a traffic nightmare. Cruise Ride and the scenic view is all that will impress you. So the best place to be seated is the top deck. Duration of the trip is short. Staff is just cordial and food with a limited choice is passable. Cocktails are very expensive for what they offer and can be given a miss. Elderly people will definitely not appreciate the trip. Though the activity mentions that it is wheel chair accessible getting a wheel chair in all that crowd may be a daunting task and may not be always available. Now i would place it as a 'fill in activity' if u dont have any other activity planned for the evening.

Very Bad experience

Very bad experience :(, . We were a family group of 6 who had travelled to Dubai for celebrating our new year. Rayna's inexperienced sales team completely messed it up for us. They shared a wrong menu and mentioned to us that limited alcohol is included in the package , on which we based our order confirmation. To our surprise we were offered a completely different menu with chargeable alcohol on board which was not at all satisfactory for us!!. Also we had booked for a birthday cake, which was booked very well in advance and paid completely, but they missed it and ruined our planned birthday celebration. There was no proper complaint registering facility nor the in charge persons had any decision making authority to address our grievances. We were asked to use the customer feedback WhatsApp group to register our complaint . We denied paying the alcohol charges on board and after much follow up and negotiation on next days we received a mere 15% discount & cake cost which in no way covered the inconvenience and disappointment we faced on a new year with our family, friends and kids. It seems they are operating many things at same time and the team is overloaded to attend properly.

Al kaleej Boat Dinner experience.. I was very happy with part of join the Dining. My family was very happy as well.. Boat manager Mr. Nowshad give as a nice view point table. And food was good.. Mr. Michael was help full as. Overall was good..

Rayna Tours ruined our first night in Dubai

Booked Marina Dhow Cruise with pick up at 7pm and return by 10.30pm. We were advised the day before by WhatsApp whilst travelling from Australia that pick would be 7.45 which of course we missed. Sat in Hotel lobby for an hour then told that the driver had broken down and would arrive ‘around’ 8.20. He finally turned up at 8.35. We asked what time we would be back at our Hotel and was told ‘around midnight or perhaps later. The tour was booked only because it seemed a great way to begin our stay in Dubai and allowing for the long trip from Australia was just early enough to allow us to enjoy the cruise. My daughter spoke to the Rayna representative on the phone and explained that due to the inordinate wait for pickup and the lateness of the cruise we would all be too tired to enjoy it. The reply was ‘There will be no refund so you must get on the bus’. Of course sadly we had to decline the offer. Not a great start to our much anticipated Dubai holiday. There is a mention in booking that the tour takes ‘approx’ 3.30hrs and they can ‘modify’ tours by 30 to 60 mins due to traffic conditions but not I think 1hr 35mins that we endured and the tour extending into the next morning was asking way too much especially from the elder members of the family such as myself. So disappointing but what can one do.

Super dinner

Great food in a great surrounding. We sat at the top floor where we enjoyed a breathtaking view. The buffet was fantastic with a lot of good food. The was also a show which we enjoyed much. The service was perfect and quick.

Our tour guides took care of us really well. They communicated really well and picked us up from right location. The dinner was really good as well. Would definitely recommend

Do not book please its the worst.

Worst experience. Harshwardhan booked my trip and did not specify about Dhow cruse location. When i ask help he was behaving rude. Because of his miss guide i lost my ride. Also they decline to refund or reschedule. I strongly say please do not book rayna they play games ones you pay money. Before paying money they will make you all promises but after that the staff is rude. If you find Harshwardhan please do not book your trip.

Dubai family trip

Firstly, we did not directly book for Rayna services but booked through Tour and trip service organiser. I would say rayna team is more disciplined and punctual. However, few things which would suggest to improve are (a) refreshment in bus/ taxi to be provided especially when eating inside is not allowed and time to have outside is very limited (b) they are more stringent in terms of timing but at times when outside people visit Dubai and reach late in night for check in then they should be little flexible in terms of timing (C) their internal coordination was lacking at times especially when two three visits are scheduled for a person around at same time or so. Besides above, their service is very well and we are happy.

Dinner cruise at Dubai Marina

Good range of food. Amazing setting. Very colorful, including colorful language in some of the music chosen. Not everyone wants to hear such language 😔

Great Marina Dhow cruise experience

Superb cruise. We had a great time on the Boat Al khaleej. The Manager Nowshad was very hospitable. Micheal took care of guiding us for veg food options. The team helped to take pics and provided wholesome entertainment. Tamura performance and DJ Music was awesome. Thanks and Stay blessed!

Don’t go

Do not waste your time or $ on this your. The trip up and down the canal was boring. The food was terrible. The chair I was given broke and I fell. That being said; the service personnel were very good and tried their best to make us all feel welcome. The van that picked us up had a driver and a helper. The helper’s body odor was sooooo bad we could hardly breathe.

Recommend the activity

Enjoyed the cruise, food and staff were good. Will recommend for visitors. Nice views of the Dubai marina. Satisfactory variety of veg and non veg options in dinner.

Great Rayna Cruise El Khaleej

It was a great experience with Rayna Cruise. I like food and a very beautiful view. But the most interesting thing was Tanoura show and Tabla show. Our family enjoyed with the artist, even though he gave us a try to play his instrument. We love it. I would definitely recommend the ship El Khaleej.

Anniversary cruise

Overall great experience. I would definitely recommend it. The entertainment was good, and the food was not bad at all.

Food and entertainment in a dhow

Good communication. Food excellent. You would need to be inside for AC in summer months or it would be uncomfortably hot.
