It was definitely not a couples tour. A lot of kids jumping around. Food quality/ variety were below expectations, service and trip were good. I won’t recommend for couple

The best views of Dubai Marina

The best place to see the spectacular Dubai harbor area skyline is from the water. Vessel clean and well maintained.Dinner buffet was excellent.Soft drinks were included.You can buy alochol on board and it is quite reasonably priced

Cruise and culture

The service was exceptional and the weather and view was wonderful. The staff really tried hard to make it a memorable experience for all on-board

Food quality should be...

Food quality should be better. We had seen the same performance in Desert safari as well so not much fun.

Instructions on how to get to the marina where bad directions won't count on you again

The directions were so bad that our taxi driver could not find where to drop us off in the marina. I am disabled and I had to walk and walk and walk and never found where the boat was. As you know we never made it to dinner. I'm very upset about this. Not my fault. Bad directions. As you know I use viatar a lot. This now questions my ability to use your company again. Again not my fault. Bad directions from your company

A memorable evening, celebrating my wife birthday and our aniversary. The ship was in excellent condition, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent as well. In general was a great experience and memorable evening

Dubai Marina Dhow Cruise

Absolutely amazing spent celebrating my daughter's birthday in Dubai. The staff were fantastic, the boat spotlessly clean, food freshly cooked and a great variety to choose from. would definitely recommend - and we do again on our next visit to Dubai. Booking was very easy and the experience great value for money.

Nice relaxing evening

A great option to relax and enjoy the sights as you sail along the creek. Food was good. Just remember you are not doing this excursion for the food. But to relax and enjoy the ride.

Great evening trip on a traditional dhow.

Directions to parking and the boarding area were clear and easy to follow. We booked the VIP package and had a great seat with an amazing view. The package provided table service, so we did not need to leave our seats (full table setting with cloth napkins … etc) but I could see how smoothly the buffet worked. The server at our table was Sayeed. He was very friendly and welcoming and the service was excellent. Sayeed chatted to us without intruding on our evening; he was very attentive and cleared serving dishes quickly when we were finished with them. At all times he ensured we had water and any other drinks we needed. My only negative remark is that there was only one ladies’ bathroom which meant a little queuing but the bathroom was clean. Overall, we had a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend this trip.

Lovely trip around the marina and jbr shoreline. Fantastic opportunities for photos, good food and Jafor was a great waiter!

Great cruise

Great cruise experience. Ain dubai/ dubai eye view is mesmerising. The cruise circles the whole marina leaving it from palm jumerah side and entering from blue water island side. Had trouble finding at start as the taxi drop location shared in maps is not correct. There is a mosque in marina where you need to get dropped post which you to need to walk towards the waterbody. Post reaching that as well it was difficult to decide which direction to go.

Alexander cruise marina

Very nice experience in location, night view is more attraction and special thanks to Mr Roshan boat manager. The staff is very helpful and also thanks to Hassan & Zubair. Food is very delicious everything is perfect. I recommend to my all friend to chose Alexander Cruise

An exhilarating experience

We had an exhilarating experience on the cruise, the tour in the shimmering night life of Marina beach was a treat to the eyes. The food was good (thanks to the Chef Devendra) and the staff (special mention to Salim) was courteous as well. A must to experience in anyone's Dubai trip!

Smooth sailing night. Many options for food and restrictions were specified. Selim was very helpful and accommodating. No karak chai but the Arabic tea was good, anyway.

Amazing

We had such lovely time with Alexandra, buffet was small but just what we need for tea. I have enjoyed the dessert. Staff are very accommodating. It was really good decisions we did this little boat trip with buffet.

Nice way to spend an evening

We booked a sunset dinner cruise and loved it. The views were great and the food decent (but imo good value). Staff were friendly and courteous. Our cruise was about half full which meant there was plenty of food to go around before it ran out. As we were there early, we were welcomed aboard 30 mins before departure, which meant we could also choose our preferred table first (yay!). Upper deck guests also seemed to board half an hour earlier (or maybe they arrived late?), so we got an extra half hour of cruising to the beach side, which was nice. Having an on board photographer was a bit unnecessary but maybe some people still like that service. Overall decent value and a memorable time.

Dinner cruise

My family and I spent our last evening in Dubai doing the Alexandra Dhow dinner cruise. We had a wonderful experiencefrom the food to the entertainment to the amazing scenery. All of the servers, were awesome, particularly Tariq, who was attentive and very responsive. Would definitely recommend if you are in Dubai.
