Nice cruise, great...

Nice cruise, great scenery and food. Few suggestions, children should not be allowed. Very interrupting for couples trying to have a nice romantic night together. No one wants to hear kids screaming and having them run around. Drink prices are very high, if you lowered pricing you would make good money in sales on volume, instead of trying to make money of a glass or two.

Luxury is a stretch but overall a good experience

We initially booked this for the night of our 15 year anniversary however a few hours before the start time we got a message that due to unforeseen circumstances it was cancelled- naturally disappointed but these things happen. We were lucky it was also our first day of the holiday so we had time to play with as the following day they were only doing a private cruise. 3 nights late, we managed to join the experience, was a bit cheeky asking us to paid £20 each extra to sit upstairs, but I was cheeky back and pointed out our anniversary meal was cancelled and we’re were given upstairs’ complimentary so fair play. The food wasn’t amazing but it was acceptable - nice and hot and plenty of choice. Desserts were a little sad, but ok and soda and water included. You could pay extra for alcohol but not being a drinker I passed. The overall cruise was great, seeing the lights of the city and the Saxophone player was just amazing. Overall luxury is a little stretch but you have to look at what your paying and being a sensible person I think the price is comparable

Excellent Cruise!

Highly recommend this cruise. Delicious food & very friendly service. Saxophonist was amazing. He set the ambience of the cruise with a wide range of music which made the whole experience totally relaxing.

Positively memorable

The staff, table setting, open air was a great option for a solo traveler. I enjoyed the small boat size as it made the experience more intimate. Food exceeded expectations for a buffet style meal. Music, staff and cleanliness of boat were impressive. I would do it again!

beautiful night cruise in Dubai

After a hectic start (we almost missed the boat literally, due to heavy traffic) the cruise was a pleasant surprise on our first night in town. the weather was fantastic, the sites along the Dubai Canal were a spectacle, including all the towering buildings all lit up and the waterfall bridge. the food and live entertainment were not bad either.

Relaxing Evening Cruise with Dinner

This was a lovely relaxing trip along the canal in the evening. Approx 2 hours. The range of food from the buffet was lovely and something for everyone, the downside was that it had been sitting for over an hour so seemed a wee bit over cooked but still good. The buildings all lit up were amazing as you passed by and everyone was very friendly.

Nice tour with a bad ending

The trip is nice, the views and food are worth it, we just had a bad experience with the pick up service, at the end of the tour one of the operators didn’t escort us to our designated driver and let us waiting. Someone else took advantage of that situation and make us believe he was part of the staff, of course at the drop off time we were charged more than double for the service - we requested the company to take measures for preventing this to happen again to future guests.

Great value for money, superb food buffet style, lovely scenery and smooth sailing along canal ,hospitality excellent with escorting from hotel door to boat

The views of Dubai were absolutely amazing. The food was slightly underwhelming but the experience on the whole was amazing

Wow factor

A must, if going to Dubai. The best dinner cruise I have ever been on. Fabulous service and food, with the added benefit of a saxophonist. A truly memorable trip.

The best way to see Dubai

Had an incredible time on the boat tour. Wanted to go back for a second round. Better then any random touristic boat. Comfortable seats, live muzik. Absolutely worth!

Atmospheric trip to see Dubai by night, a must do!

Very well organised. Pick up and return trips were prompt and very comfortable. Cruise was excellent, food was good, drinks pricey but not unusual for Dubai. Would have been helpful to know how chilly it is on the upper deck. Little surprised to receive email the day before requesting a fee to ensure upper deck seating, although I would recommend doing this. Make sure you take a jacket if travelling in February though!

Very beautiful view and the food was very good. The service aboard the cruise was great. The only thing I would change is at least a glass of wine for each patron. It sets the mood.

Excellent

This is not to be missed it’s a fabulous trip and excellent value for money. Paying £20 extra to be on the upper deck is well worth just for the views. Herself almost 3 hours and you can also have an option to get off before the final return which is handy if you are staying down that part of Dubai. Can’t fault the pick up but beware traffic is horrendous so if you are making your own way ensure you have lots of time or simply take the step which is so easy to use and is very cheap. Food was great although some other visitors seemed it necessary to fill their plates before others have the opportunity! Thanks for a great trip

Amazing

Amazing and beautiful trip through dubai in the dark. Will never forget this one. Food was okay but nothing special. Along with a live played saxophone that sets the mood.

Great excursion for our overnight airport layover.

The lights in the city were beautiful. We had a nice evening. We really appreciated the fresh salads and fruit because we had just been in India where we didn't have that. We appreciated being able to taste several types of mideastern food. The food is served buffet style. The food temperature was only lukewarm but we wondered if that is the norm for buffets. It was the same story in India so we assumed that might be the norm for the area. The staff was attentive and there were many choices for beverages. It was a perfect way to see Dubai at night on our overnight layover. We would recommend a light jacket because it can be a little breezy on the top level.

Pretty nice trip.!

Quite organized and accommodating. Will warn that the unlimited alcohol is for beer and wine only. They’ll either serve you a bucket of beer or a bottle of wine. Food is pretty good and seeing Dubai during cruise was magical.

Dubai luxury canal dinner cruise

The staff was excellent and the food was great. The scenery on the cruise was amazing and the music was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this cruise to anybody visiting Dubai. It is a definite must do attraction.

The food was good overall.

Better than I thought but the food did not have the variety that they should have had. The food was overall tasty, but some food was too similar to other food. A greater variety would have improved the outing.

Good Evening Experience

They start boarding entry at 6:15 PM. We were there at 6:30 PM and were escorted to our reserved table on the top deck. We were given appetizers and drinks right away. Then we set sail at 7 PM. The view of the skyline was awesome as we sailed through in the evening light. The food was alright. They have a live pasta stall too. Later, we had live music which was very good. We passed under colorful waterfall that is shown in the cover picture. The ride ended around 9:45 PM. The only improvement will be to make food more flavorful and more spicy. Else everything else was good.

The word luxurious is a joke

It was a very pleasant Dubai Canal Cruise indeed. However, dinner was definitely the worst of my life (as far as I can remember) and the whole setting was far from Luxurious. To manage expectations, I would remove the words Luxury and Dinner from the title.

Great staff, nice strip and dinner

Nice trip and dinner, the staff was very friendly and provided great service. I wouldn't agree with the term "luxury" however all was still nice and good. By the way, when the cook is doing the pasta there is no exhaust hood in his kitchenette and all the frying fumes are being blasted by an air-conditioning unit above the kitchenette into the main hall. It would be great to solve that issue.

Special time on the canal

The cruise started on time. All the staff was so kind and nice. We had a gorgeous and great time spending. Both of us are so satisfied and we strongly recommend this tour to all of you!

Remember to bring a warm jacket to the cruise

Both the food and the service are good. However, it's quite windy and cool, they might need to consider putting some heater on the upper deck as two and a half hour in the freezing wind is not a very good experience.

Wonderful Dinner Cruise with amazing sites , good food and amazing entertainment. The city skyscrapers and especially the Burj Khalifa are brilliantly decorated as well as the canals .

This trip really exceeded expectations. The boat was beautiful, the many staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Dinner was simple and tasty. The real star of the evening of course is the surroundings, which are spectacular! Incredibly good value and a great way to see the city

The waterfalls were very impressive. Enjoyed the whole trip. The staff was, as always, very attentive, and even brought cake with a candle, singing HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Thanks 😁👍

NOT A LUXURY EXPERIENCE

I don't often like writing reviews, but this experience warranted it. This was far from luxury, infact quite a tacky and cheap experience. Upin arrival I was rushed on to the boat, despite being 10 minutes early. The driver dropped me off a 10 minute walk away from the cruise itself. The dude at the front asked me if I was Gujrati instead of welcoming me to the experience. The boat itself was dirty which made it hard to sit and watch the view through a dirty glass. The seating was horrible and tacky. My back was hurting after a few minutes. The food was nothing spectacular. Infact it was the worst part about the experience as it lacked taste. They cooked a bland pasta in front of you, which left me stinking of garlic and the lack of ventilation made it difficult to handle the smell and heat at the same time. The offered us chicken satay but it was was plain grilled chicken with bbq sauce dumped over it. Cold and sickening. Automated voice over rather than the tour leader speaking was disappointing. Overall I was so disappointed I asked to leave half way and instead I was forced to stay on or pay extra for a show. I forced myself off the boat at the half way point. Honestly, I felt like I was robbed of my money as I didn't enjoy the food at all, which made me feel sick. The experience was misleading. I wish I could request a refund.

Everything was fantastic. I was picked up and dropped off at my hotel. The cruise, the food and the employees were wonderful. I highly recommend.
