This was a wonderful tour of an incredibly beautiful hotel. One problem we encountered , however, was upon entering I gave them the Viator ticket that I thought was needed to enter. No, they did not accept this. I was told we needed a barcode! Fortunately the excellent driver we hired, Gireesh from Arabian Tourism LLC , was able to call the local number that booked our tour. Within minutes we received the barcode. Once the problem was solved we proceeded with the tour....and loved every minute!

Great tour

Great tour inside the hotel. Very well organized. Wished we would have spend a little more time in the hotel self and not mostly in the presidential suites, which were clearly staged for the visitors. Overall great tour.

Hit and Miss Burj Al Arab

The tour is very informative! But after we finished the buffet dinner at Al Iwan Restaurant, we were told that the buggy ride back to the Inside Burj Al Arab office at the Beach Hotel was not available. I was shocked that nobody had informed us ahead and without a choice, I had to call an Uber to ride back to the hotel.

Fantastic. Do this at least once

Visit this place, if not for anything, just to see the opulence. Inside the hotel is fantastic. The tour is very educational and the views are spectacular. Note to anyone interested....there are similar tours that offer a higher price for a drink on the observation deck...don't buy it. They serve you free coffee and dates at that same place even if you don't pay for that extra amount for the drink.

Mala experiencia con los tickets de entrada

El Burj al Arab es impresionante y majestuoso, sin embargo la experiencia no fue buena ya que el operador del tour no es envío e- tickets previamente utilizados por lo que tuvimos que comprar nuevamente las entradas al monorriel. La atención por parte de Viator ha sido adecuada, sin embargo el operador del tour no ha sido empatico aún cuando le envíe las pruebas de su error. Confió en que esto se resolverá pronto y positivamente, ya que considero que Viator es una empresa seria que responde y da la cara a sus clientes

Sehr schöner Blick

Die Organisation und Service der Mitarbeiter waren äußert freundlich und sehr gut ich wurde gefragt ob ich um eine halbe Stunde die Tour vorverlegen wollte. Die Tour ist jedoch etwas verbesserungsfähig. Ich buchte es mit golden - Cappuccino und ich musste genau 2 x selbst Nachfragen wann und wo dies serviert wird.es wurde nicht automatisch darauf hin gewiesen und man saß auf Eisen Barhocker am Stehtisch. Man durfte nur in bestimmten Bereichen Fotos machen.
