Amazing experience

Amazing experience! I was actually a bit scared but once we were in the air... WOW! We wanted to be seated in the front, we asked and had to pay a bit extra but was well worth it! I can't recommend it enough!

Enjoyable Experience

Booked online approx q week beforehand. Easy booking process. Had to arrive 50 minutes prior to flight time to check in, watch safety video. Waiting area would benefit from another toilet! Thoroughly enjoyed the flight even though weather was dull. 4 passengers plus the pilot. Not much commentary from the pilot, other than pointing out obvious landmarks. Photos expensive.

Highly recommended

WOW what a way to see Dubai. Would highly recommend this experience. We ended up in our own helicopter just the 4 of us, my son and myself got sat in the front which I wasn’t expecting. My son had a 16th birthday experience he will never forgot.

Don’t waste your time or your money

The pilot made absolutely no effort whatsoever to give any commentary as to what exactly we were flying over and made the entire experience feel very impersonal. For this sort of price, (significantly more than other countries) I would have expected a little more effort on her part. I also do not see why we were forced to come 50 minutes before take off and then stand around in an extremely busy and noisy waiting room simply to receive a 5 minute briefing shortly before the flight. Completely unnecessary. I would not recommend this experience.

Excellent helicopter tour

Great helicopter, great service and excellent tour. We could see the JUMEIRAH PALM BEACH real nice from the sky.

Meh

For the price paid, the experience was underwhelming compared to other Helicopter tours I have been on. Was hoping to actually receive a tour, not a ride. The pilot didn’t speak a word to us which made the ride slightly awkward. To further complicate it, our headsets were not functioning correctly so we couldn’t talk to one another either. Save your money, there are plenty of other things to do in Dubai that ARE worth the money.

Wonderful tour

The views from above were breathtaking and the pilot was very knowledgeable. The helicopter was comfortable and the ride was smooth. I loved being able to see the Dubai landmarks and attractions (both old and new Dubai) from a different perspective. The tour was well-organized and the staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable adventure. The 25 minute tour is worth the cost.

Once in a lifetime experience. It was amazing, unbelievable. Found little bit expensive though. Definitely will recommend to friends.

Great experience for the whole family!

Great experience for the family, despite the original booking having been canceled due to low visibility. The company re-arranged a flight for the next day and the whole family loved the experience! Pilot was great, she was very knowledgeable and pointed out all the main landmarks through the flight. Ground staff were very experienced, and the whole process from pick up from the hotel, through to take off, flight and landing was all very good.

It was fun I would do it again. The views were really good. I wouldn’t recommend if your not comfortable with heights

Amazing experience- tour is very well organized making the experience extremely memorable. We would highly recommend it — ride it is just 12 mins. It should be Mimimim 20 min

Not bad but could be better

Good experience, it is really required to come in advance. 15 minutes is not very long, but covers most of Dubai tourist places. On the negative side: - there was a photo shooting session before and after the tour, but only the "before tour" photos were included on the USB flash drive that we acquired - I would really love to receive a little bit more info about the location during the flught

25 minutes Dubai flyover

We took 25 minutes flight and were not disappointed. Really organized departure area and procedures Great pilot, who showed us all the highlights of Dubai I was surprised there was no air-conditioning on board but little blow fans worked well. Ground crew did great job taking pictures and video for the memory. Wonderful experience

Achieving new heights in Dubai

The best way to see Dubai. The scenes are amazing. The helicopter pilot is a wealth of information explains the buildings and development going on. So,urge on the 25 minute tour. You will not be disappointed.

Was a good experience from taking off at the side of the jumerah palm Hotel out to the 300 islands then returning to the burj khalifa and burj al arab

Pathetic and unsafe experience!

Terrible experience, they forgot to strap us with life saving jackets and our pilot didn't do flight narration so we were left to ourselves to figure out all attractions ourselves.😔😠 We were left clueless. He also didn't flew at higher altitude at palm Island area so we couldn't click proper pics of it😞 We contacted the supervisor he said he will look into it and that's it We demanded refund or a replacement flight but they refused. They offered us to give our pictures which they had clicked to give us free of charge as compensation but we didn't even receive them They said it will take an hour but im writing this review after 1 day So i would suggest please refrain from taking this helicopter ride Total waste of money 😭😞😠

I was disappointed with this trip, I payed for the helicopter but got a small type plain with tiny windows so the view was poor

The Best Thing We Did in Dubai

We had the time of our lives in Dubai and this helicopter tour was the crown jewel of our trip. The city is amazing and some of it – like the Palm Island – you only really see from the air. The trip was great, the pilot was very professional and made sure that all passengers saw everything, regardless of where they were sitting. They also took many of photos before and after the flight, so we were able to buy some pictures that we couldn't have made ourselves (e.g. during take-off).

Ein MUSS

Ein Helikopterflug ist ein absolutes Muss in Dubai. Nur so kann man sich die Dimensionen auch vorstellen, z.B. von der Palme usw.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Der 25 minütige Flug ist Abzocke. Der Heli fliegt soooo langsam und ca 15. Minuten nur über das Meer, wo absolut nichts interessantes zu sehen ist . Das Bodenpersonal ist super unfreundlich und man wird in dem überfüllten Warteraum wie ein Kleinkind behandelt und hin und her geschubst. Fotos gibts auch nicht von jedem . Das war mit Abstand der schlechteste Flug , den ich weltweit hatte !

Excellente organisation !

Le chauffeur est venu nous prendre à notre hôtel à l’heure convenue. Le vol en hélicoptère est magnifique ! Nous avions réservé celui de 12 mn et cela est suffisant. Nous avons acheté la photo souvenir puis le chauffeur nous a ramenés. Excellent souvenir !

Esperamos mais de 3 horas do horário marcado e simplesmente cancelaram os voos… ficamos muito frustrados!

Vue synthétique sur Dubaï

Le survol des îles artificielles et la vue sur Burj El Arab depuis la mer. Nous avons eu la chance de voler par un jour sans brume, un ciel très lumineux. Malheureusement le placement à bord est très inégal et les 5 places n’ont pas la même valeur tout en étant au même prix. Nous avons été placés au rang arrière et ça diminue considérablement l’attrait du tour.

Non bisogna mai perdere l'opportunità di un volo in elicottero, sia che si tratti di natura, fiumi e canyon, sia di cemento che strappa territorio al mare. Incredibile Dubai, dall'alto sei stupenda!

Un très bon moment à partager même en solo. Belle vue. Équipe très sympa. 12 mns c’est court mais suffisant aussi pour bien profiter du paysage. Merci à cindy pour tout les échanges et conseils lors de cette réservation

Kurz, aber gut. Ich fand es schade, dass meine Tochter nicht am Fenster sitzen konnte. Aus Trimmgründen wurden einem die Plätze zugewiesen. Ich bin schon öfter Hubschrauber geflogen, er rappelte extrem.
