So journey has been started with very bore morning but after i met with mr. Rizwan sir .. it will boost my energy so good. He guide us in very good manner. Ill strongly recommend him .. and a day was spent well.. # happy ending.. ill ride this journey again..

Nice tour.

We had a very nice day with our guide (Suhail). He told us a lot about Abu Dhabi and its beauties during the trip from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. The tour was very relaxed as we were only 6 people in the tour. As a result, we were back in the vehicle very quickly and were able to continue. I would recommend this tour to others.

What a great day!

We enjoyed every part of the tour, Dubai is a great city and only one day isn't enough to see everithing but our wonderfull tour guide Rizwan showed a lot of fantastic places, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, the tipical souk, the Palm and Dubai Marina. One day we will surely come back.

New Favourite Tour for Dubai for me and my Friends !!!!

the Guide Rizwan was Friendly and very informative and gave us a lot of good information when needed, point to point itinerary followed up. we can understand when we had few delays but Dubai is Hot and has traffic so that is all part of it we totally agree on this part. overall for us the tour was very happening and a lot to see.

today my partner and I did the tour in Dubai with Suhail, it was a beautiful experience, very good and reliable tour guide and driver who made us spend a beautiful day even taking us on a boat to arrive at a market!

Perfect day

Perfektný deň, treba zažiť. Za tie peniaze sme naozaj videli veľmi veľa a aj sme stihli vyhliadku na BURJ KHALIFA. chlap čo bol s nami pán .Suhail bol perfekný, milý a prišiel pre nás až do hotela a rovnako nás tam aj zaviezol. Keď prídeme zas určite využijeme dlužby ktoré ponúkajú keď že máme skvelú skúsenosť. A perfect day, a must experience. For the money we really saw a lot and we also managed to see the view of BURJ KHALIFA.The guy who was with us Mr .Suhail was perfect, nice and came to pick us up at the hotel and drove us there as well. When we come again we will definitely take advantage of the benefits they offer though we had a great experience.

Think twice before gound on this tour

The tour locations were good. Tour guide was knowledgeable. Pick up from the hotel was changed once, driver was late, although he taxed multiple times. The last fifteen minutes, messages from the driver. I was waiting him in front of hotel door. Hen arrived 18 minutes late. As he pulled in the hotel parking, he taxed me "I am here, have been waiting for you. He stepped out of the van, came up the steps looked at me and asked are you Balady, I said yes. he said we are late hurry up in the car! There was no good morning! There was no welcoming! and frankly it was OK as he smelled very bad and looked that he just got out of bed. Maybe you should advice your drivers and employees to shower and smell good before reporting to work. Also, be on time, welcome your customers, and do not drive like crazy. Once at the tour buses parking location. He asked everyone name, and pointed is to one of the parked busses. He pointed me to the wrong bus. Before the bus I was on departed, the tour guy counted the passengers and found three extra passengers on the bus. After checking the names, I and anther three tourists were on the wrong bus. We were send to the correct bus. Would you say that was not as good start of fun tour? Finally, the question on this survey :" "Would you recommend this experience to a friend? should have three choices, yes, no and maybe. Unless you design the survey to get more yeses than no And what if I do not want to give feed back, then you you cant finish the survey. What kind of survey is this?

It was amazing day. Dubai is fully unleashed literally and we got to know better about vibrant life of Dubai city. We should express our great acknowledgement to the guide - Suhail, his contribution was enermous. He is professional driver and the same time, polite, diplomatic guy. We think this tour will stay on our minds for years. Thank you very much

Good tour with bad hotel pickup

We booked this full day tour for 4 people and included a hotel pickup at an extra cost of $60. On the day of the tour we received a message to say that the pickup time had changed to 07:45 (45 minutes earlier) This meant that we had to miss breakfast. The pickup was then 25 minutes late! The driver was obviously running late so the drive into Dubai City was a nightmare - he drove very fast and dangerous in heavy traffic to make up the time. When we got to the Grayline coach pickup, we were all feeling sick. I assume this was a sub-contracted driver who should not be used again by Grayline. The actual day tour was ok except that it included a visit to a carpet shop (not mentioned in their tour description) which wasted time and was of no interest. On this tour we had been given a time to meet up after the lunch break but some people did not turn up and so we waited and wasted time until they did turn up - the guide should have left without them. This meant that we had reduced time at the last stop at the Waterfront. I have emailed Grayline a number of times about the pickup but have not received a response. We should not have to pay $60 for a terrible and dangerous taxi ride! I would suggest that anyone using Grayline that needs an out of town pickup organise their own with a reputable company.

Horrible experience

Horrible! Not only did they not pick me up at the requested time and place, they also published my private number in their public response!! Please do yourself a favor and chose a different tour operator, this one is the WORST and obviously does not care about your personal data!!

Terrible Dubai half day tour experience!!!!

I attended a half day Dubai Tour offered by gray line. I could not tell you how disappointed me and my friend were. The tour guide took us to the old Dubai market place to shop for spices gold etc ……we were stopped at the first shop with the whole tour showing us different spices and at the end, the tour guide told us to shop for 20 mins during that 20 mins was a nightmare my friend bought a few souvenirs and costed her almost 200 US dollars with just magnets and little stuffs and I bought a bag of tea with 800 AED and 111 US dollars charged in card the little bag of tea costed me almost $400 US dollars!!!! I asked the tour guide for help but he did not do anything and was rushed out to lead other tours after dropping us off at Dubai mall. I did not even have a chance to do follow up, it was such a very bad experience and I do not think I will ever want to come back

Dubai Full Day Tour

It is not bad actually as they have good English speaking tour guide who explained clearly. The only thing is the stopover time is too short to browse at the Spice Souk for Gold Souk market street as there are a couple of side streets to explore. Friday was not a good day as most shops are closed. They covered the monorail ticket to the Atlantis, The Palm which is commendable as the ticket is not cheap.

Very comprehensive for a first timw Dubai visitor

I think there were too many stops for people to get off the bus with too many delays caused by loading and unloading the bus at each stop. I'd rather see fewer stops with more commentary on the bus.

Excellent tour

This tour was just what I had hoped it would be - a good covering of all the sights I wanted to see with a good recorded audio commentary plus excellent additions by the guide on the bus. Doing the full-day was an added bonus as we got to see a few more sights after most of the group had left at lunch time. The one challenge was finding a place to eat in the Deira souk at what should have been lunchtime.

fantastic day and guide Malic.well worth the price ,saw lots of sites as only had 1 day to go round and really pleased with what we visited .we could not of done all the sites our selves.

Our tour guide, Mr Kumar was a top class professional. He is extremely kind person, and very fine tour-guide, whose knowledge has got no borders! Mr Kumar has so much to say about the town, that the time of the tour is the only restriction. It was a great pleasure to listen to him while travelling around Dubai. During the whole day trip we have visited all of the most amazing parts of the city. This trip is highly recommended and if you have a chance to get Mr Kumar to be your tour-guide on that trip you are so very lucky indeed!!! Thank you very, very much for simply fantastic day in Dubai !!!!</p>

Nicht dem ausgegebenen Geld wert

Die ging hektisch ab. Wir sind entweder vorbeigefahren oder nur kurz angehalten bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zeiten am plan und die Zeit die uns dort gegeben wird stimmt nicht überein. In der Dubai Mall steht z.B.: 2 h aber es wurde uns nur 1 h Zeit gegeben. Wir haben uns mit den Kindern soo beeilt mit dem Essen und sind regelrecht gerannt zum Treffpunkt aber dann mussten wir 40 Minuten warten auf den Fahrer. Die Bootsfahrt mit den Abra‘s war auch eine verar…. Kaum haben wir uns hingesetzt im Boot mussten wir auch wieder aussteigen. War einfach nur uberqueren des Kanals. Also war die Tour nicht dem Geld wert. Empfehle ich nicht

Die Reise und und Preisleistungsverhältnis sind top Der Guide war top Er sollte aber die WhatsApp Kontakte der Teilnehmer haben. Wir waren mittags 5 Minuten zu spät für die Weiterfahrt Der Bus kam aber erst weitere 15 Minuten später Da macht man sich schon große Sorgen. Ein 2. Problem war der Besuch eines Teashop im creek Hier wurden wir bei unzureichender Kontrolle unserseits finanziell abgezockt mit über 1000€ Wir haben es der Polizei gemeldet Klarcder Guide musste sein Tour fortführen Dennoch die Tour ist vom Konzept und Preislestungsverhāltnis gut

Great city tour

The driver contacted the pick-up time via what’s app the day before, arrived at the hotel on time the next day, and delivered to various landmarks according to the itinerary, allowing passengers to get off the bus and take photos; finally, they arrived at the Dubai Mall with plenty of time to go shopping. And send the passengers safely back to the hotel. A great day trip for families or solo travelers.

Bellissima giornata!

Bellissima giornata. Molto intensa e interessante. Eliminerei semplicemente il passaggio dal Marjan Art Gallery perché veramente molto poco attraente. Il nostro autista, Suhail, è stato veramente gentile e professionale. Il tour è ottimo per coloro che hanno poco tempo a disposizione e vogliono visitare Dubai rientrando per sera ad Abu Dhabi.

Ottima scelta per visitare DUBAI da ABU DHABI

Avevamo albergo ad ABU DHABI ma volevamo avere una idea anche di DUBAI così abbiamo prenotato questo tour di DUBAI di 1 giorno partendo da ABU DHABI. La scelta si è rilevata eccellente perché abbiamo avuto una idea delle principali attrazioni della città. Punti di forza del tour il prelievo direttamente al nostro hotel e l'audioguida in italiano ricca di dettagli su DUBAI e la storia degli Emirati. Un particolare ringraziamento va al nostro driver Suhail che oltre ad essere stato gentile e preciso mi ha anche riportato in albergo il giorno dopo il cavo del telefono che avevo dimenticato in auto!

Una vera fregatura

I momenti più memorabili sono iniziati già al prelievo,mi avevano detto appuntamento alle 9.00 invece sono venuti alle Otto ero già pronto ma non ho potuto prendere neanche il caffè perché allora sarebbe andato via.poi è incominciato il tour più di due ore facendo avànti e indietro x la strada di jumerad senza neanche poter fare una foto alla vela di poi portarci in un venditore di tappeti...........e poi .......basta inutile raccontarvi il seguito ho fatto tour con agenzie locali con prezzi inferiori e molto belli ed esausti
