Our guide Ahmed Mohammad went out of his way to make sure we kept on time and this allowed us a very full day. He is very friendly energetic and informative and funny. Could have had one more toilet stop and food stop scheduled for the day.

Cutting Corners while saying its Good Quality Tour

It was for my Mother in law Special Celebration trip, we had booked for 3 Adults and 1 Infant. We booked this tour solely based on word of mouth recommendation from friends that went with them last time and enjoyed it. We had enjoyed the tour thinking we did everything the tour said it would would provide us with but after finishing and talking to our friends, we came to find out many of the activities were not covered. We booked the same exact package from same link and paid the same exact price. The tour guide did end the tour 1 hour sooner from the time they got home and gave us 1 hour break for lunch compared to half hour my friend had received in her group she was on. which meant we lost nearly 1.5 hours touring where we could have done other things. I am honestly very disappointed in this because we paid a lot of $$$ to ensure we had a nice VIP experience but this was very SAD that this tour company cut around the corners and gave us less of an experience than what it listed and charged us for.

I had canceled this prior to the 24 hour notice and unfortunately the company that was contracted is still going to charge me which is over $500 for the two of us. I am very unhappy I could not help that the cruise ship rerouted us, and we were not going to be there.

Abu Dhabi Day Trip

This was one of the best trips we had. Everything was wonderful our guide Elizabeth was super!! I would definitely recommend this trip. Nice van, execelent driver they provided us with water and very helpful information about the culture of the country. We are very please.

AN AMAZING FULL DAY TOUR!!!

It was an very informative tour, and an all encompassing tour of the City and all of the main highlights of the Dubai. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and did an AMAZING JOB of keeping the people in our group informed of where we were going, how long we would have at each stop, and then explaining the highlights of each place we stopped. Our group also thought our guide did an GREAT JOB of keeping other members of our tour group "punctual"....by that I mean, he explained to people if they stayed from the group, or weren't back to the tour bus at the predetermined "BE-BACK" time, it would impact the amount of time we would have at the remaining stops! He did a very good job of keeping the "stragglers" in our group moving and back on time!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this "Dubai Full Day Tour with Entry Ticket to Burj Khalifa at the Top" tour to anyone who wants to see all the main highlights of the City with an knowledgeable guide!!!

Great tour

Mr. Ali Wael, our tour guide was exceptional. He was knowledgeable about his craft. Ready to give pertinent answers to any questions we asked. Very patient too. We don’t feel rushed & he tried to be on time to the schedule. Too bad, some tourist were just so inconsiderate for not adhering to the scheduled time. But overall, our tour was great w/c of course the tour director has a big part of it.

Disappointing Tour

Tour guide was useless and provided no insights to the attractions. Had to rely solely on the tape recording. Burj Khalifa was highlight but the lineup was too long, so we ran out of time to get back to continue the tour.

Caring and responsive

Our plane was delayed due to rain, so we could not make the pickup time and place The organiser and the guide responded straight away and helped us find an alternative pickup, so we did not miss out on this very informative and friendly tour.

Terrible Experience....Never will book with Viator Again

I only spend 3 days in Dubai, and I was looking to have an amazing experience in this all-day tour. The company Greyline picked us up in the hotel in a van, all the people in the van were very uncomfortable due the smell and untidy of the driver, we arrived at a gas station and we all got off the van immediately and wait for the big bus around 30 minutes. The tour was an audio tour like the one you have in the Big Bus, the "tour guide" (his name was Malinda), every time we asked a question, he was rude. He took us to two different places to shop and in those places, we needed to ask "as a favor" to use the restrooms. of course, those places were expecting us to buy from them, the sellers were very aggressive. People were late (like 30 minutes) and the guide decided to wait for them, but later he said, due the lateness we will miss lunch (like if we were babies). We had in the group people with canes, and we asked the guide to work slower and he told us that he was not walking fast. We went to the Dubai Mall at the middle of the day, and we decided to leave the tour. The problem was that I contacted viator and they did not want to give me any refund or explanation of what happened (I asked for half of the price I paid). Viator said that they are only subcontractors, and the decisions are made by the local companies. I am very disappointed because you pay to viator, and you expect them to solve the problem. Terrible experience! No more viator for me.

Trip with Nareen was good...

Trip with Nareen was good until it ended. We transferred over to be taken to our hotel and when it was our turn to be dropped off, the driver ended up taking Nareen (Naveen) to his drop off point and we didn’t get to our hotel from the end of the tour for 2 hours! We were only supposed to be 10 minutes away from Ramada where David Allen was dropped off but we ended up being on the bus an additional hour. Totally unexeptable!

Waste of Time

The tour started with a picture in the beach with the Burj Al Arab at a distant background whilee you see other tours dropping off their passengers in front of the hotel property for a better picture. Then we headed over to an Art Center for a disguised sales pitch as a "presentation" which lasted for 25 minutes then headed for a picture opportunity in front gf the Jumeirah Mosque which you cannot visit inside, then rode an Abra boat across the Dubai Creek and you're taken to a spice and souvenir shop for more sale pitch to buy their products. We then headed on to the Burj Khalifa at !:10Pm and asked to meet at 3PM to head on over for lunch. I basically had enough of it and cut my tour short and abandoned the lunch and the planned picture opportunity at the Palm Jumeirah, which is a 40 minute drive from where we were at and based on the experience earlier in the day would one be a drive to the location for a mere photo opportunity. Just hire an Uber and do this yourself.

Wonderful Day Trip

Excellent value for money. Highly recommend. We were taken to so many places. To do it all on your own would I think cost more and the logistics would be difficult.

Excellent trip around the main sites and boat trip and monorail ride. But transfer back to our hotel took ages.

Ikram is a legend !

The desert safari was a brilliant day & Ikram is the best tour guide we have ever had the pleasure to travel with. Always willing to help, and with a smile on his face ! His priority was to make sure we had fun & enjoyed the desert experience & we certainly did ! Just a ripping guy & a legend of a driver on the dunes ! Thank you for a great day Ikram !

Fantastic 1 day tour of the city attractions

This tour got you to most of the attractions around the city in 9 hours. You would probably spend another day at the Debai Mall on your own.

At The Top Burj khalifa

Burj Khalifa at the top very nice guide vishnu taken us on time and all way safely and on time we reached after Reschedule by Emaar .it was very good experience to visit at the Top Burj Khalifa.

Probably should avoid this tour unless it’s with a private guide. Too many issues with groups

Don’t care for three stops that involved sales pitches. The stop at the spice, tea market was a sh*t show..absolutely ridiculous. Was even subjected to someone asking me if I wanted an Afghan wife….

Tourist Trap

Did this tour on my 20h layover thinking it would be a efficient way to discover Dubai. After 2h into the tour I started regretting it. They pretty much give you 10 to 15 min stop for every stop and then when it’s time to pressure sell you something they give you 45 min stop (a waste of time). The art museum is just a souvenir shop selling expensive stuff, the first piece they shown us was selling for $ 7000 USD. Then they proceded to bring you to a spice shop trying to sell you a couple grams of tea and spice for hundreds of US dollar. The Burj Khalifa is 1h + of line up for 10 min of picture at the top (if you did others skyscraper like the one in Japan, you will notice this one isn’t even worth it). The best is to skip this tour and just to the main attractions of Dubai by yourself. This tour is a pure waste of money.

Comfortable tour to most important tourist sites in the city

We saw Burj Al Arab, traditional art, souq via abras boat, palace, burj khalifa / dubai mall, atlantis / palm jumeirah, modern souq, dubai marina. It was a bit hot so taking pics was for a limited time only. Automated tour guide was informative. Live tour guide gave clear instructions and also helped us when we got scammed at one of the stores in the souq.

Great for Solo or Short on Time

This is a great trip, in particular if you are on your own or have a short stay. The guide was very helpful taking photos for everyone at all the points when asked. Make sure you bring snacks and water as not a lot of time for lunch. I would recommend missing out the medina souk and giving more time at the Dubai Mall so people can grab a bite to eat once they come down from the Burj Kalifa to the food court

Perfect tour to see Dubai in a day.

Well worth the money to see the main tourist interests in Dubai. The guide and driver were exceptional, keeping us fully informed of everything to do with the tour. From the pickup to the drop off from our accommodation, it was non-stop action. Highly recommended...

There are better tours.

This full day tour took us to many of Dubai’s highlights. However, the tour is basically done without a guide, but instead relies on taped messages experienced through ear phones that are difficult to use and hear, especially if your hearing is not the best. This detracted from the experience a lot. The person conducting the tour was not helpful with information about the sights or answering questions. Although the tour took us to places we wanted to visit, I would choose a different style of tour next time.

Comprehensive Dubai

Saw all the parts of Dubai I really wanted to see. Visit to second souk not necessary. Guide was very helpful and patient with a difficult customer

Meh

If you want an overview of the Dubai in one day I guess this is OK. It's a Greyline tour which wasn't really revealed until after I booked. You get off briefly at the beach. They take you to a couple other places where people try to sell you things. You're invited to take pictures through the window of local landmarks or allowed briefly off the bus to take a picture of them from the parking lot. At the mall you can either shop for an hour or take the trip to the top of the Burj Kalifa but not both. Be sure and eat a good breakfast as next opportunity for food is at the mall.

Informative trip

The whole day was memorable and informative. The tour guide was very helpful and patient. Took us to places of interest and where to buy things and get the best price.

Definitely not worth the money

I would not recommend this tour although we saw alot experienced cultural area went to several places and the Burj Khalifa the tour guide was very rushed. No time to eat or use restroom. Was not a relaxing tour but rather intense. Not worth the money. Half way through the tour my son and I couldn’t wait to get back to the hotel. We came back and my son fell asleep for 5 hours. Exhausting experience. Definitely not recommend for younger children or older adults. My son and I were 6 minutes late to the meeting point in the Dubai Mall and the tour bus almost left us!

Extraordinary

Everything was very beautiful. The group was very friendly as well as the tour guide. The ride was comfortable and very informational.

Amazing

The tour was good. However the time to visit the Bazar across the river is too short. The guide explained very well and open to any questions.

Seeing the sights

The tour took us to the popular “must see” destinations in Dubai, however it was spoiled by continual time constraints caused by both guests being late to meet at appointed times and the tour bus not being ready for pick up.

A good introduction to Dubai

Burj Khalifa was a stand out. Overall found it a bit rushed. Felt that a little less time at the craft/shopping stops would allow for a more relaxed tour.

Ahmed was the best your guide!

Ahmed, our Tour guide, was great! Very knowledgeable too. This trip was filled with lots of things to do. However, I feel that we needed more time at the Burj Khalifa since it was a long wait time to the top. Had to take quick pictures and get down quickly to join the group. Perhaps remove the mosque visit since we could only see it from the outside.

Great way to see Dubai sights in one day

As mentioned in other reviews, this is a long day, but there is a lot to see packed into the day. My day was extended by the hotel pick up at 7.45 am and then arriving to the main starting point at 9.00 am after four other traveller pick ups that took 75 minutes - I wasn't expected that extra time. But overall I would recommend if you are staying in Dubai for a short time and would like to see some main sights.

Greyhound

The trip was greyhound. Viator needs to better inform who you will be traveling with. The burj Khalifa was a mess as the lines were long and by the time we got to the top we had to get back in a line to go back down to meet our guide and never was able to get lunch. I would advise those who are on a layover to consider the hop on hop off bus as it will get you to all the places on your own time.

All my experience in Dubai full day tour it was very nice, but I can to put ligth in the competence of the guide and in the kindness of the customer service Kaleen.

They do pack in a lot in one day - perhaps too much!

They do pack in a lot in one day - perhaps too much - which limits the amount of time spent at each location. Due to queues of around 1 hour, we only spent 1 hour at the top of the Burj Khalifa (BTW 'at the top' is not the highest level - just the observation decks at Levels 124 & 125 of the 163 storey building.) The Islamic Art centre is worth a visit and adequate time was allowed. They could spend less time in the 'souks'. Generally well organized with good pickup.

Crap

Getting no chance to have a break for a drink or food for 7 hours. Queueing for hours at the Burj. Taking 2 hours to get back to the hotel after the trip. 11 hour trip of terror.

Don’t pick this excursion

Was promised a pickup from the cruise terminal, the meet times were agreed weeks ago, 12 hours before we were due to go, messaged to change the time 750 am the ship wasn’t docking until 9 am. We were then told would have to take a taxi to the meet point costing us a further 87 AED, but of a con the same ship docks there every week. Tickets for the Burg Khalifa had to queue for an hour to go up and an hour to come back down, leaving hardly any time at the top and no time to get lunch, not a great experience

Poor

It was too rushed up. Hardly 10 mins given for lunch that too after 3pm. We reached Burj khalifa ticket counter at 1pm and was asked to immediately enter the que and then finish the top floor view and lunch and return by 3.15pm. the que took us 1.45 hours. We stayed at top for hardly 10 mins and rushed back. Lunch time was 10 mins where we somehow managed to take burger and eat whole walking back to bus. The bastakiya quarters and fort was not visited. Souk was rushed through. Marina walk we were given 5 mins to take photo. We could not even enjoy the views of a place before we were driven like cattles to the other. Guide walked like wind immaterial whether old people can catch to the pace of not. While returning there was chaos because our car was not there to drop to hotel (I had taken pick up drop service). After standing for 15 mins under the scorching heat a car came to drop us. It was unplanned and not worth the money. Rather take another tour operator which is cheaper. They did not cover dubai fountain and dubai frame which are the main ones. Atlantis, whatever view you get from monorail that is the only thing they show. They don't give photostop to take photo of Atlantis. It's waste of money and time. Guide wS not at all good.

A comprehensive tour of Dubai. Our travel guide was great with additional tips and tricks. The commentary was informative and relevant. We did 15000 steps.

Horrible Experience, buy hop of hop on Bus instead. Cheaper

We started our tour with trouble shooting cause there was an issue in audio in the bus there were sits that you can’t hear nothing. Headphone was also cheap materials. We had to changed sit in order to hear the audio on the bus. This tour was way more expensive, experience was like hopping on hop on and hop off bus. Pretty much give you earphones listening to the audio, drop you in one of the stops. Supposed to be guided tour but English was very bad. He doesn’t talk that much. Dropped us in Dubai mall with uncleared instructions, the after that out of 11 people only 3 understood his instructions.. 8 of us had to cut our tour short cause we had to stayed in Dubai mall to experience Burj Khalifa cause we thought we are all going up on same time, not just handling our tickets and meet you up at 3. We thought we only had lunch break and will guide us to go up. End up the 2 hours waiting time was on our own to do what we wanted to do. We missed some of the experience and I paid the whole day tour. I’m demanding for refunds because the your itinerary that was provided was incomplete due to language barrier and communication errors.

Excellent tour that gave a flavour of Dubai for those that have a limited time in Dubai. Very good value for money.

Love Burj Khalifa Top and city tour

One day tour of Dubai

It was a good one day tour to get a good impression of the city. I would skip the islamic art centre as it is mostly aimed at getting you to buy some local arts and crafts. Also, when visiting palm Jumeirah I'd allow more time to explore the views close to hotel Atlantis.

It was good but I had expected more. The information provided was good The time spent waiting in line for things made the stops very stressful. The guide was nice and gave good information We were so tired after 2 thirds of the trip that we opted out if the last stop.
