I would like to share with you my very bad experience with customer service at . I encountered many problems within just an hour of being there. First, the driver refused to let me sit in the front seat, claiming that the computer was on the seat. He showed no desire to help me or find an alternative solution. Secondly, the food was completely inedible. It looked like dog food, and didn't taste normal. Third, the workers were yelling at each other in a disgusting way, which created a very annoying environment. Fourth, the place was very dirty, and the tables or floors were not cleaned. Fifth, the offers were very poor, and were not worth the price. Overall, my experience at was very bad. I do not recommend anyone to visit this place, and I will not return to it again

Best Desert Safari in UAE

This is one of the best desert safari camps in Dubai. Our driver was Mr. Usama Traiq, He is best at Sand bashing. He was king humble and very professional in his work.

Best Desert Safari in Dubai

This was a GREAT experience way better than what we anticipated. We were picked up at our hotel in a 4x4 clean and with a very professional driver who took as to the dessert were we started our safari with the dune bashing, we arrived at the camp where they were very welcoming and took us to our seats straight away offering us cold water and unlimited drinks throughout the whole evening. We had the opportunity to do: Camel riding, horse riding, quad riding, sand boarding and enjoy the amazing buffet with fresh food followed by some spectacular shows. I would totally recommend it to anyone visiting DUBAI

Didn't think a safari could be this bad.

Our company booked the VIP package for safari and dinner. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. The day started in the afternoon with our drivers getting lost 4 times. We were dropped off at a staging area and left there for 45 minutes. The purpose of the staging area is to buy over priced head scarfs, camel rides and motor bike rides. Then we were off to the location of the safari. Our 30 minute dune bashing experience was under five minutes and basically a free for all. Many safari companies operate in the area and there were about a hundred vehicles zig zagging across the desert. The driver said there were accidents all the time. After the exhilarating 4 minutes of dune bashing, we arrived at the safari. It was the same as the pictures, except much more dilapidated. The food was incredibly bad. Bad selection and even worse quality. I can't stress enough how disgusting the food was. Half our group bought expensive popcorn just to fill their bellies. Free camel rides - as stated in the brochure except for the 45 minutes wait time. Paid camels no wait time. Free drinks - Not once did they come to serve us drinks and they ran out of water halfway through. They did, however, come to our table ever 5 minutes to try and sell us alcohol, shisha, toys and souvenirs. One of the servers tried to take my two cans of cola because he thought i was leaving the premises with it. Free shisha - You can have free shisha in a small, designated area in the corner. You have to pay for shisha at your own table. There were three adolescent kids that were beaten by 4 workers. Not sure why that happened. Shouldn't happen even if they deserved it. The pick up area at the end of the night was incredibly dangerous. Drivers from various companies were rushing to pick up patrons with no organization and at dangerously high speeds. If I had to guess, more than 75kms per hour through crowds of people. At the end of the night our company owner and his 3 year old daughter were almost hit by a driver coming to collect patrons. They tried to pack as many people into the vehicle as possible. We said we would only fit as many people in the vehicle as there were seatbelts as it is not legal to drive without them. The driver told us get out.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Extremely rude staff and highly commercial. We were a group of 7 and had camel ride included in our package, out 7 only 4 of us wanted to do the camel ride and 3 didn’t. The 3 of us wanted to go and be seated but they didn’t allow us to get inside the tent stating we all have to enter together. So we had to stand outside for half an hour for the others to finish the camel ride before we could all be seated. Good was below average , bathrooms were dirty and overall experience was horrible.

Arabian night in the desert!

Exceptionally good value for money, the driving to through the desert at high speed was my favourite! I felt sorry for the camels though so I didn’t do a ride

The Dune bashing and entertainment for the night was Excellent the driver Arif was Exceptional and knew what he was doing throughout , the entertainment for the night was great overall we had a good time

Lovely experience!

Really lovely experience! Driver/captain was great and very welcoming and good company. Originally we did not get given enough time on the quad bike and the captain spoke to the company to extend our ride to double which was great. Camel ride and show was also lovely and great fun in the jeep duning. Thank you!

Amazing experience

Terrible very terrible. Worse experience ever in Dubai. The most unprofessional service. Very uncomfortable lift and very misleading deal in their website.

Great guide

Everything that they mention in the package it’s true. Good show, good food, but they always want to sell the VIP area… Shisha wasn’t available at 7pm and starters was delayed… Our guide Ali was very kind, pick up us at the hotel on schedule time, the rally was very good and safe! I teully recommend Ali to be a guide!

WORST COMPANY EVER!! AVOID

We had the worst experience ever with this company, The driver picked us up from the hotel and as we left he kept driving recklessly on the highway, he kept using his mobile phone and speeding such that we had a major accident on Emirates Road near Sharjah where the vehicle rolled 3 times because of the driver, a 29-year-old boy with no ethics and manners. We suffered life changing injuries, other guests who we're with us have suffered life changing injuries. The driver or the company did not even have the audacity to apologies, The manager called TARIQ said he will pay the hospital expenses but when we got to the hospital he disappeared. To date not even an apology nor costs have been paid by the company. REFRAIN FROM THIS COMPANY. We regret it :( Very unprofessional!!

Adventure Planet Tourism, A must when you visit Dubai

Did the dhow cruise and the desert safari, really amazing experience and adventure planet made it really enjoyable and fun experience, no hidden costs, everything was smooth and efficient and excellent customer service and very reasonable priced compared to other agencies. Definitely will use them again and refer them to friends and family 👪 🙏👍👌

Beware Of Cancellation on the day of the tour even after getting a Comfirmation Receipt

My family with 2 other family booked with then for dessert safari and Dhow cruise on November2021 for our visit on December 2021, for which they issued a confirmation receipt and other details. But on the DAY of Safari, they messaged to me saying that the confirmation on hold and I need to pay more to make it confirm. Fearing of fraud, I cancelled the tour and asked for the refund. They returned the amount via a driver to my hotel room.

Felt like being suckered

The package is nice and good, but there are several tricks that will make you feel suckered and surrounded by crooks. The whole activity finishes at 20:00 o'clock, but the included free meal, free shisha are all served after 19:00 and these are done in the same time with the show. So in order to be able to eat earlier and watch the show instead of sitting in line at the meal queue, you need to pay extra 50 AED/person, for VIP area. If you want shisha, they will say that it is free only after 19:30 and if you want earlier, pay 70 AED more. The included hena painting is an extremely tiny flower, anything else you need to pay more. Your table in VIP area will be often visited by people trying to sell you bunch of stuff. They will tell you for example that a bracelet is 100 AED. If you pay with card, you need to check the terminal, because your will surprisingly see that the amount of money is 120 AED, not 100, because for some strange reason they consider you need to pay more if paying with card, without telling you this in advance. If you came in the car with another group, consisting in only girls, when going home you might not go back with them anymore and also not with your car. You might discover that the group of girls was approached by the driver, that proposed them that at the end of the activity to drive them to a separate hotel for a party. So you will need to wait for another unknown driver and car to bring you back home.

Great experience, our driver Ali was brilliant. Dune experience was great. Service given by Ansar was 5 star, nothing was too much for him, amazing hospitality

Safari adventure in Dubai

We have had a great time there. We were sitting in the bus a little bit longer than we expected but then we had so many fun. Nice food friendly staff. The camp was clean. We sat in the VIP section the service was great anithing we ask they were happy to help. Special thanks Waseem from Lahore he was extremely kind and helpful.

The worst experience ever : absolutely avoid

the tourist trap on the run: departure two hours late, unfriendly staff, barely 5 minutes of dune bashing, the all inclusive turns into everything is optional. a scam !

Money miner

It was terrible the advertising was far different from what we saw in the camp, free camel ride for only one min. and for everything we had to pay extra.

The best!

Amazing experience. Great staff, great food! Their manager was very humble. The shows were super amazing esp the fire show. This was my second visit. Our guide/the dune bashing driver was soft spoken and humble. Loved all of it. 10/10!

Worst service ever experienced in the gulf

Rude, unprofessional staff...I had the worst experience ever. Cons: I was charged AED 50 per pic and others AED 40 for 4 pics. Not only that, the gentleman with the credit card machine was the most impolite service provider I have experienced in the gulf. Hassan was very polite and tried calming him down but OMG!! He even chased us from the VIP area and said that it was his business and he did not want us there. You are bombarded by people at the entrance and they just place the falcon on your arm, take a pic and ask for money even before showing you the picture. They rush you so that you end up spending without thinking twice. They place the falcon on you and immediately asked for $200... I mean, if you are not keen, you might end up being ripped off If you are to take this safari, please carry cash. They charge extra when you use a credit card. And the extra charge varies, one will quote AED 8 the other 10 another 15... the inconsistency is suspiciously annoying. Food is served throughout in the VIP area but the "Non-VIP" have to wait for the buffet. It seemed a bit odd, at least with other safari operators food is basic and served to all, equally. Some staff seem unhappy for some reason and deflect their issues to the clients. The buffet was ok..ish, ... Nothin Arabic though. so if you want to experience Arabic cuisine in the desert, this is not the safari for you. Pros: The driver was the good and we enjoyed the dune bashing. All in all, I would like to thank our driver Awais Chaudhary and Hassan, who made it worthwhile

Perfect day in the desert

My girlfriend and I went with Adventure planets agency on the safari desert tour and we had the best time! It’s a must see if you are in Dubai, our driver and also the guide trough the tour Mr. Chaudhary was fantastic! He picked us up on time, was very friendly and helpful, we recommend to ask for him if you go on the tour. A wholesome experience and very memorable day!

PATHETIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Pathetic service. Please don't go for adventure planet packages. Utter waste of time and highly unprofessional. We had opted for desert safari with pick-up on shared basis. The driver arrived.5 hrs late and missed to pick up a family who were waiting for 3hrs at Emirates Mall. We reached late at the camp and there was hardly any time for doing any activity or pictures. Dune bashing was just for 2-3 mins.. While coming back they stuffed the bus with passengers from another bus. Food at the camp was bad. Only good thing was performances. If you want to enjoy desert safari experience then go for hotel pick-up and drop in 4X4 and never opt for Adventure planet company.

My wife and I had an amazing experience all thanks to Adil! He showed us all around the city explained many important city monuments, suggested what activity fits best for our liking, prioritised us and made sure we get to the rides first! The dessert safari dune bashing was thrilling and Adil stopped the car the best possible spot for a photo session! (A+ for Adil’s photography skills) The evening dinner and camp was a delight and if you are a tea lover then definitely ask Adil for his favourite tea spot! 11/10 I would recommended! 6 Stars!!

Authentic Desert Experience (mostly)

Amazing and authentic desert experience, food was tasty, lots of people showed up, and the entertainment was nice too. Didn't really care for the fact that there were a lot of people hounding you to buy things, but other than that it was a great time

Fantastic trip with Captain Adil

My daughter and I had some fun moments with Captain Adil from the hotel pickup to drop off. We had memorable conversations about dubai and the entire UAE. Quad biking and dune bashing was fantastic.

Very bad services. Rude behaviour. 5 mints safari. Dinner too bad. Only two or three activities mentioned in the ad are provided. You have to pay more for the rest. I never recommend this company.

Best Part of Dubai Tour

Best part of my Dubai tour was desert safari and after that Adventure Planet Tourism Camp 36 dinner. From start to end every thing was fabulous, memorable and remarkable. Specially the customer care, hospitality, management and staff attitude towards visitors was extremely good and unforgettable. I was astonished to see their customer's dealing. They deserve five stars. I will definitely recommend tourists to visit them to make their visit memorable. If i visit dubai in future i would like to go with them. Never recommended Travel adventure Toursim.

Really soo bad experience. Bad staff rude persons. Not good in safari. Just for 5 min safari. Then at camp. Camp persons and owner behaviour soo bad rude. Never ever recommended. Please dont book adventure planet Toursim.

Desert safari was really good , Mr. Farooq make us very comfortable during our trip, he assist us in a best way, camp was need & clean, service and food was delicious we enjoyed belly dance and firework. Keep it up team.

Great time at the desert

We had a great time…our guide Commando was perfect - pick up us from a hotel, talk with us, entertained us, take care about us all time during the trip and returned at the hotel at the end… We really had fun all the time. The dune riding was amazing. Commando made a perfect picture of us on a rising sun. The evening finished off in the desert with great entertainment - camel ride, belly dancer, fire eater. I really recomend tour and Commando.

Everything was Perfect, captain Adil picked us up at the hotel lobby and then drove us to safari adventure. The desert bushing was fantastic, he is a Good Driver What make you feel safe and let you enjoy adventure. We saw some other cars bushing the desert but the small one. We went for a big one, the true desert one 👌🏽Thank you again

Awesome Dessert Safari, Its a Must !

A really enjoyable 6 - 7 hours, great fun all the time. Our leader (Commando) was awesome, very knowledgeable and great sense of humor. There was seven in our trip, and he interreacted with all of us which was good. The dune riding was my highlight, great fun, we was all laughing all the time. The evening finished off in the desert with great entertainment, (Camel ride, belly dancer, fire eater, plus much more) and food. Highly recommended 👍 Thanks Commando, I will be back in November when my brother visits hopefully

They treat nicely only who pay extra Aed 50 vip's at the camp. Others they don't bother. BBQ if remains after vip's, then it comes to general visitors buffet. Very worst camp I ever visited.

Great memory

I had an awesome Desert Safari a day ago,12th March,21. I booked a 4x4 trip package. The trip was memorable all because of the tour guide Capt. Aadil. He is very polite, on time and called 40 mins before arriving to my place. He is very informational about all the places in the trip, explains everything about the program before hand. Takes care of the visitors and he is one of the best drivers I have seen and handles the 4x4 awesomely, what else I can say, I really enjoyed the trip thanks to the tour guide and the program. I will remember this trip for ever. 😁👍👍

Really nice Safari

The Safari and its attractions coming with it were really an adventure. The day was pretty busy and flew by way too fast. Shakaib Khan was an awesome tour guide. The only downside was that in the Beduin camp it felt more like in a tourist trap. Constantly they were trying to sell you something not included in the trip.
