Great views!

Really interesting design, efficient queuing and great views from the top - one side the new modern Dubai and on the other the older Dubai. The glass floor was certainly an experience too!

One blunder too many

Nothing wrong with the frame, however the operator communication could have been better, and since Im reviewing Its worth noting that you may get bundled in with another couple / group family in the same transport (if you select the transfer option) not a huge issue TBH, but knowing this before hand so an informed decision can be made makes sense. Finally, and probably the biggest issue is that viator issue a "ticket to get a ticket" if that makes sense, and on the viator ticket it says (in caps) "THIS IS NOT YOUR ENTRANCE TICKET" I saw this and hunted high and low for the actual ticket, and when I couldn't find it on the Viator site, I messaged the operator. They responded to all my questions, except the one about the ticket. As such I went half expecting to be turned away by the frame staff. In the event, it appears the frame staff deal with "tickets" like this all the time and we were allowed in, however, communication from the operator could have made this clear. Instead, they chose to remain silent, which is disappointing, to say the least. My advice would be to get tickets from the official website, and just get a taxi from wherever you are staying. I opted for this tour operator because I thought it would reduce hassle and complication.... I was wrong.

Best views are from the outside

Extremely slow moving line, stuck for shouts decided to leave without visiting it in the end. No shade in the line either.bar organisation overall and the best thing to see is the outside anyway.

Unique Structure

Beautiful structure, and especially striking at night. Tickets to the top were reasonably priced in otherwise expensive Dubai. We visited during high season and the line was quite long, so that was the only negative.

Unprofessional

I went to Dubai frame with my family. Their driver did not come to pick up after dropping. I tried calling several times to make a contract but there was no response and no one was picking up the call

Wonderful experience

It was amazing experience and I booked my tickets through through TripAdvisor. It was cheaper than other app. My advice always book your tickets online otherwise you will face rush.

You will spend two hour queue for twenty minutes walk.

Long queue. Wasted a long time because the ticket bought through Viator does not have bar code. So Viator ticket was not accepted by the security.

Dubai Frame Review

The company made the entrance really seamless by having the tickets printed out with the QR codes visible for the attendants to scan. This has not been a common practice for a lot Viator vendors which can cause delays upon entering the venue. Outstanding service and great communication keeping the customer informed at all times.

SCAM OPERATOR DO NOT USE

Do not use this operator!!! I bought two tickets and got to Dubai Frame and when it was scanned they said it had already been used and I could not go up.

DO NOT USE RAYNA TOURISM THEY SCAM

Scam artists. Rayna Tourism sold me a used ticket. Got to Dubai frame and they said the ticket had already been used. Tried to contact them and Viator and had no help. Requested full refund and they tried to gas light me.

Not worth it

Line is too long. Spent 1.5 hours in line to get in. The nature of the activity and the price don’t correlate. It’s just too expensive for such a simple activity.

Sky walking at the Dubai Frame

Nice sight seeing spot. Serves the purpose as explained, separates the Old Dubai and the New Dubai.

Don't book this! We paid but never got the full experience

We had a major issue with this booking. We booked for a specific time at 5pm however when we arrived at the attraction there was a queue for 120 minutes outside of the Dubai Frame building. I have picture evidence of the 120 minute wait time. As you know, we booked this as a family tour with a 6 year old and a 6 month baby so it was inconceivable for us to wait outside for 120 mins in the Dubai heat. Therefore we had to abandon the tour and were not able to benefit from this. This is incredibly disappointing as we had looked forward to this unique opportunity in a once-in-a-lifetime holiday for our family which has now been lost. We booked this tour 3 months prior to the event and have been left empty handed.

Great time there 🤩

Had a blast at the Dubai Frame with the fam! The place is a perfect blend of history and futuristic vibes. Shoutout to the guides – you guys made it even better! Highly recommend this spot!

Beautiful Golden structure

Really nice golden structure up close & from distance. Height of almost 500 feet with cost of 50 aed to go up to the top structure, lines way too long later in day, would recommend going 1st thing in morning. Also one of many stops on Hop on Hop off bus.

Great view of the city

It's a tall frame with a view of old and new Dubai. Interesting part is the museum which shows the past before going up to the upper deck and the vision of the future of Dubai which ties into the whole theme of past and future. Overall a nice experience for the price.

Very bad

We are in the queue for 90 min, but that’s fine, but on the door we find out that we don’t have a tickets for some reason ! Viator don’t care , we need to contact to the provider directly! That was very upseting. Yes! The frame is worth to visit but not with you guys sorry

Most beautiful mirror

In awe of how one side of Dubai Mirror is Old Dubai and other side is New Dubai. Has glass floors in the middle of the floor. Either side of it is normal floor.

Amazing Trip with Great Pilot anchoring our Tour

The trip was amazing some places we felt it could have been improved in terms of hospitality but overall ok. Kudos to Usman the Pilot who helped us and guided us in our entire tour plus explained us the historic events and importance of places in Dubai..

Great views of Old and New Dubai

This is a perfect solo trip to see Old and New Dubai. Depending on the line, you can do this in less than 1.5 hours. I did it in 45 minutes.

Perfect excursion

The visit was nice. The viewing of the old and new Dubai was interesting. If you are visiting Dubai, please visit the Frame.

This is a must do...

This is a must do experience in Dubai. The elevator ride is quick and not over crowded so that helps if someone is claustrophobic. Do this experience, it's amazing!!

Amazing views

Fabulous experience and very reasonably priced. Views were amazing and well worth a visit. Took some good pictures on the glass floor. Reasonably priced gift shop.

Bad communication/unflexible booking department

I did a total of 8 excursions in dubai. And the dubai frame left me with the worst experience. Let me say first that the dubai frame trip was ok, if you can't do burj Khalifa, do this instead. The reason for the poor review was the tour company I booked the trip with. The lack of communication with this company almost made me miss another outing I had on the same day. I will never use Rayna tours again.

The place was great. Line was not long at all and the view was magnificent. This is a no miss place in Dubai.

Love the frame

I love the frame I've been to Dubai for 4th time and each time I go. Such an amazing museum. I love the fact that it just looks like a giant frome. You will never know what's inside.

My solo trip experience

The tour experience was smooth. If your interested to find the history and present state of Dubai then this is for you. The future of Dubai section was not up to my expectation but can differ from person to person. For that I would advise to take on the museum of the future experience, which is also a must one time visit.

Stunning architecture

This is a stunning place to visit on your Dubai visit, we were in awe of the building and the history behind it 😍 we got to learn more about old Dubai, current Dubai and the future Dubai 😁. Hopefully our pictures do it justice

Worth the effort

Lovely time visiting this activity. Got there early to beat the heat. Crowds were huge on the way out but being early meant a smooth experience. Lovely views from the top on both sides and down the centre.

The door frame view

It was worth the visit. It had a small section about the old Dubai before you ascend to the 74th floor for the great views. The floor turns clear when you walk in the middle and you can see all the way to the bottom of the frame . On the way out they have a fabulous screening which feels like you are in a simulator traveling around the old and new Dubai . Well worth a visit .

Visit to The Frame

The Frame provides a different perspective of Dubai compared to the top of the Burj. Particularly the experience of walking and looking down from the transparent path at the top of The Frame. The only drawback was the delay in getting in because there was no barcode on our voucher and the entry ticket took some time to process. However, the folks there were nice and helpful.

Nice but not long

Nice experience not a whole lot to do there I would not plan more than 30 minutes an hour at absolutely most. But nice display with glass floor at the top !

Not worth it

It was boring. Great staff… but it’s better to be outside than in. Glass is not clear anymore to give you an experience of “I might fall”

Professional and friendly agent

We received our e-tickets a day before our tour. Had friendly dealings with tour operator. Just show up at Frame with e-ticket. Had Best view of Old Dubai and new Dubai. It has glass floors to walk on too, if you are not scared of glass floor that high up.

Viator is a good company to book tour with

I am sorry to say that I was not able to go to the tour. I had ran out of time. I did have an awesome experience on my other two tours.

Awesome views of old and new Dubai

This place was far better than I expected with fantastic views and a great set up taking you through the history and future of Dubai. The organisation is spot on and it wasn’t overly busy as the number of tickets sold are controlled each 30 minutes. The glass floor is definitely the highlight of the experience.

If you like learning about the place you visit you will love the Frame. It gives you a glimpse of old a d new Dubai. Depending on what side of the Frame you are looking out on. Both are amazing.
