Outstanding Driver and experience

Our private tour drive Ashraf was simply outstanding , attentive and a fantastic driver on the dunes. Buggies were excellent, , Camel ride, Sand dune 4WD exilerating. The dinner was great also, abundant amount of food

We had an amazing safari tour and highly recommend if this is your fist time in Dubai. The tour company New Horizon with the assistance of Noel Sebastian did a great job in setting up our tours. What a great experience

We booked the tour because we only wanted to see the desert. We actually didn't want to partecipate to the dune bashing but fortunately our driver, Mr. Bandari convinced us to go. What a great experience, now at the end we wouldn't want to have missed it in the world. The tour was perfectly organized. Thank you Mr. Bandari (our driver) and Anitha (of the front office).

The best part of memories in Dubai with SIJIN!

MY TOUR GUIDE WAS SIJIN WHO DID HIS BEST FOR US! I'm from south korea with my girls. This is the first visiting to Dubai. When we met him, we were so tired of doing busy schedule. I even dozed off from time to time in his car on the way of heading to desert. But he was trying to take care about us on the way(Thanks! SIJIN) and on desert with off-road trip. We rode sand board and took the best sunset picture with his help. Every moments was so exiting and we couldn't stop smiling and laughing each other. I can't enough to say just 'thank you' to SIJIN.Shukran SIJIN!!

One of a kind experience.

The desert safari arranged was thoroughly enjoyable from beginning to end. The guide had superb driving skills and was very helpful. Dune Bashing was just too good. It was a thrilling ride. Desert camp had a nice vibe. I was mesmerized by the live shows, and the food was appetizing. All in all a very memorable experience.

The safari give us a beautiful experience . The dune bashing was really amazing the guide mani is very good driver . Sand bording experience is very nice and funny and the camel ride also. The dinner is nice and the live shows are very beautiful and we enjoyed a lot . This was an amazing experience I recommend the new horizon travels, they are giving a good service .

Excellent Desert Trip

We have done the evening desert safari. Our guide was Mr. Mani, It was a wonderful experience filled with laughter and fun . The best one was dune bashing , it's actually a Rollercoaster ride... we were screaming all the way. Other than the shows , food and everything was also superbb. Thank a lot New Horizon Team for arranging the wonderful trip. And it's highly recommended.

We had an amazing day with our tour guide Bhenbeari. The tour was super organized and the car was very clean. We did dune bashing and had a wonderful entertainment show with delicious food afterwards. I can highly recommend this tour.

Private Desert Tour a Blast

Everything to love about this tour! A beautiful air conditioned Landcruiser driven by our amazing guide Bandari whisked us out to our first stop in the desert, driving a dune buggy across the sands. High octane fun! Bandari then took us on a drive through the dunes, nothing tame here, he’s an expert driver and we felt really safe while having a great time! Lots of time for fabulous sunset pics, we got to meet a falcon and went sand boarding as well, all before dinner. The dinner was a bbq feast with dancers and entertainment all evening. Highly recommend the private tour with a car to yourself. Ask for Bandari. He is friendly, professional and a fantastic driver. Special shout out to Jithin Karakkal, who helped us choose our tours in Dubai. He was lovely and very knowledgeable.

We did Abudhabi Tour, Desert Safari and also the Marina cruise. Asha was amazing and very helpful in providing me answers to my questions, suggesting things to do and also recommending things for me and my niece to do. Also checked on me to have if I had a good time. Loved her friendly personality and warm welcome. We had an amazing desert safari experience with new horizon travel & tours, they are one of the best available in UAE with multiple shows and good food options. Apart from that their cars are well maintained, and sand bashing was out of the world. I really recommend Sethu to organize such a fantastic evening, my family will always cherish those moments.

Bhanbari (our driver)was really friendly and patient with my family and I, being my brother with problems he was really attentive on making sure he was ok throughout the trip. To anyone in Dubai for vacation I highly recommend doing this tour. It was my second time doing it and I could it again.

The best holiday ever..

I had a really wonderful experience with the team. The guides were really amazing. They picked us from the hotel and took us to the dessert. We gor to enjoy from sandboarding and dune bashing to camel rides in the red dunes. At night we had barbecue buffet dinner. They planned several entertainment activities for us and made our trip really awesome.

Epic dune bashing

Dubai desert safari

From start, the New Horizon staff at Hotel was awesome. We took a VIP package for two.Our guide and driver, Ashraf, with his truck which was very clean. Awesome driver, who explained us everything on the way. And once at the desert , we did Dune Buggy and after, Ashraf took us for dune bashing in his truck. Awesome driving skills, we did the highest dunes and after at the, New Horizon staff was always very courteous and we got a royal treatment at the venue. A memorable experience for both of us:) Once again we thank the New Horizon group for taking care of us!!

Memorable adventure with little kids

The experience with the tours was great. Krishnaja was very helpful in guiding us to the right package. Libin, our tour guide and safari driver was amazing! We had little kids who all had a blast at the sand dunes and said it was wonderful and better than a roller coaster ride. Highly recommend Libin!

One of the best safari I ever had . I had been here many times and this time I came with my family and had a well organized plan and everything was done perfectly by fathima from new horizon travel and tours. Thank you so much

Disappointing

This is a once in a life time worst experience. They took us on a desert tour and on a camel ride. They said all safety measures are in followed and placed my 2 year old and me on a camel and even before we were seated they were in such great hurry, they made the camel stand and both me and baby fell off sustaining significant injuries. The company did not take any responsibility and when we asked them to make sure that they take appropriate measures so that that other tourists don’t have to suffer similar issues, they said we will look into it if it happens to few other tourists atleast. This is the most inappropriate response anyone can come up with. I would recommend caution and avoiding this service.

Awesome experience. Driver Bhandari - Schoumacher of the desert - very professional and kind driver. A must when you visiting Dubai, an escape from the city life to nature in its wildest. With the sunset, and the BBQ dinner perfect. Think about bringing a jacket, late evening is a bit cold.

If you have never gone desert surfing in a 4x4 over mountainoussand dunes, then you are missing out. If you have never sat upon a sand, Dune, and watched the sun setting gently in the horizon, you are cheating yourself. And if you have never enjoyed dinner in the desert with live entertainment, then what are you waiting for? At New Horizon Travel & Tours, you will be greeted warmly by Boney and Sethu, who will take care of you by helping you select the right adventure for you. This was my brother's first visit to Dubai, coming from the U.S. and he wanted a desert experience. Boney and Sethu set us up with a combination 4-wheeling adventure and desert safari. The price was reasonable, and we had a pick-up and drop off from our hotel, Le Meridian Dubai Conference Center. Our driver, Mani, was the best. Excellent guide, excellent and expert driving through the sand dunes. Mani was always thinking 3 steps ahead of the other drivers, so there was never any wasted time or effort during our adventure. Boney and Sethu can be found in the Le Meridian Dubai Conference Centre Hotel near the Dubai International Airport. I suggest checking them out. You won't be disappointed.

Reshmi and bhadari was the most understanding polite and they explain us everything to our activity that we did. It was amazing excellent beautiful very very fun.
