SHAKEEL was an excellent guide. VIP tour. We felt like we were the only people on the tour. Pick & drop off to hotel. Attentive to our needs & safety.

Great for quick stop overs

Great tour for that quick stop over. The guide had some input but mostly audio. If we tried to do it ourselves we would have got lost in the malls. They are huge.

A good way to see Dubai by night

A great way to see Dubai my night when everything is lit up. As it was a night tour, the roads & places we stopped were less busy so this made it very enjoyable. Our tour guide provided additional information along side the audio guide.

Very enjoyable evening!!

We booked on a small group night tour which ended up being just me and my wife but the tour still went ahead and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Seeing the main sights at night was really great - loved the Medinat and just spending time walking on Jumeirah beach after sunset taking photos of the Burj al Arab. The audio guide was informative and the guide and driver were helpful, pleasant but not too intense as there were just the two of us. Would definitely recommend the tour just to get your bearings especially if it is your first time in Dubal

No fountain show

During the trip we visited only souk and saw from there Burge Al Arab hotel. Fountain show was canceled and we loose only 45 min for waiting. Please return payment for bad service

Misrepresentation and Unsatisfactory Experience

Dear TripAdvisor Customer Support, I am reaching out to address a deeply unsatisfactory experience I recently had with a tour booking facilitated through TripAdvisor. I believe it is imperative to bring to your attention the significant discrepancies between the advertised tour and the actual service provided. On February 28 I booked a tour through your platform with high expectations based on the description provided. Regrettably, the tour I experienced was far from what was promised, leaving me profoundly disappointed and feeling misled. Firstly, the tour was advertised as being led by a live tour guide in English. However, upon commencement, it became evident that the tour was pre-recorded, lacking the interactive and personalized experience I anticipated. This misrepresentation was not only disappointing but also greatly diminished the value and enjoyment of the tour. Moreover, the pre-recorded tour experienced technical difficulties, rendering it virtually ineffective due to GPS problems. As a result, I was unable to fully engage with the content, further exacerbating my dissatisfaction with the experience. Additionally, the safety of the tour was compromised by the alarming behavior of the driver. Despite repeated requests to slow down and ensure a safe journey, the driver persisted in driving recklessly, creating a frightening and unsafe environment for passengers. In summary, the tour I booked through TripAdvisor was marred by misrepresentation, technical issues, and a concerning lack of regard for passenger safety. As a loyal customer, I had expected a level of service and professionalism that was sorely lacking in this instance. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund for the tour booking in question. I believe it is only fair to receive compensation for the substandard experience I endured, as it falls significantly short of the standards expected from a reputable platform such as TripAdvisor. I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that you will take the necessary steps to address my concerns promptly. Dubai at night

The bus wasn’t crowed which was good there was only 7 of us which made it comfortable . I enjoyed the tour and the fountain at the Dubai Mall was the highlight.

Very nice tour!

Very nice tour! The best part was watching the water fountain show at the Burj Khalifa tower. Spectacular.

Memorable but in quick frames.

It was memorable but very tight with time. You cant run through crowds of people from one side of Dubai Mall to another just to see quickly Fountain and than same way back. Or Souk Jumeirah given time is too short. Driver was pleasant and very professional as well as car cleanliness and quality.

Wonderful choice!

It was something special. We saw many amazing plases and took wonderful pictures! Our guide Mehboob was very helpful and polite. Besides he is fantastic driver. We had unforgetable tour!Thanks a lot!!!

Overly long

Like many experiences in Dubai, we found this ruined by traffic congestion. We understood that this was potentially a four hour trip, it ended 5 hours later for us. The 6.00pm taxi pickup took over an hour to meet up with the main tour coach, which itself was late. The first stop at the Souk was interesting, but the second at the Beach was not close enough to the Burj Al-Arab to take decent photos. The third stop at a fountain in a motorway was a serious grind through traffic to get to and pretty ordinary to look at. In fact most of it had stopped to let a boat through under the bridge. The final grueling leg was followed by a quick march through the hectic Dubai Mall as the fountain show is every half an hour and we made it just in time for the 2-3 minute 10.00pm show. Some people wanted to use the toilets in the Mall, but found that they would miss the show if they did as it was extremely busy. The area around the lake was packed by the time we got there and the view was pretty much obscured, it certainly would have been for children. We then waited in the Mall whilst a pair of customers asked if they could go to the shops for 10 minutes; 35 minutes later (!) we marched back through the Mall and waited for a taxi to return to the hotel by 11.05pm. This could have been worse had the taxi been shared and not delivered us back direct. The audio commentary on the coach was OK and the guide did his best. However, with the population of Dubai and the subsequent congestion on the roads increasing by the year, it is difficult to see how this kind of tour will be practical in future. In essence it is an hour's experience with 3-4 hours sat in near-stationary traffic. A lot of the criticism here is not the fault of the tour operator but future customers need to be aware of the reality.

Good but not great

The tour guide was great. Just tour wasn’t what I expected. Hard to take pictures from inside a bus through windows. A double decker, open concept bus would have been ideal. Lots of traffic between stops/attractions. So a lot of time spent driving. Not enough time at stops like souk, mall…

A must do for all visitors..!

Wow.. A must do for anyone visiting Dubai! To see this city by night is truly magnificent. You get picked up from your hotel and the experience as soon as you are greeted by the host. The bus is very spacious and at a comfortable temperature. The host was really accommodating and gave clear commentary through the journey. There is also a guided audio around the trip which delves into the history of the city. Absolutely magical and there is the perfect end with the fountain show. Great service by Grays line throughout and they also ordered additional cars at the end to make sure that all parties could be dropped off at their hotels at the end of the tour, a really well organised tour with the customer experience being the sole focus of the tour. Highly recommended!

Great experience!

The tour guide was very friendly and helpful. We got the chance to take pictures in areas of Dubai that we didn’t even know existed! It was very beautiful and an overall pleasant experience.

Great experience of Dubai by night

The trip was great . The commentary was interesting . Our guide Rizwan was very cordial and cooperative . He took some real good pics of mine and other customers. He was patient and guiding the customers as and when required. Enough time was given at all the attractions. Over all it was a good experience

Overhyped

Overhyped tour package. You will spend most of the time in bus. Very less time to spend in the attractions.

More time at Dubai Mall no souk

We really enjoyed the falls from the bridge and the fountain show. 30 minutes for the Souk (flea market) is not enough. For the fountain show at the Dubai mall the guide just pointed us where to go and come back after 30 minutes. He could have guided the group to the location and tell us that the show only last not more than 10 minutes.

Really nice and relaxing experience

We stopped at a mall which was quite traditional and had some really nice hot drinks and bought some souvenirs given there was a huge souvenir shop. We stopped at numerous places inbetween as well, to grab some pictures, including Burj al Arab. Finally we went to the big Dubai mall to see the fountain show. Driver/Tour Guide, Mehboob, was very friendly, very experienced and dropped us back off to the hotel (we had to pick mariott for pickup since our hotel was not in the list but he dropped us off directly to our actual hotel anyway!). I would recommend taking this tour early in your dubai trip, rather than later on because you might have seen many locations on your own already.

Very good overview during the night tour

Dubai at night a special feeling the city as such is already impressing but at night there are still more moments to enjoy. The special highlight is the fountain show at Burj Kalifa. We had a table in the second floor with a perfect view at the cafe. But you also can join the party for free on the ground floor.

Amazing jouney through modern Dubai at night

An incredible jouney through the modern city of Dubai, the excursion is done by a multi language guide and you pass almost all modern sights of today‘s down town. A very special highlight is the final stop at Burj Khalifa. The lake in between the skyscrapers is amazing and the music and the fountains are incredible. You can have this show for free on the ground floor or you have a seat in one of the cafes or restaurant in the 1st or 2nd floor. Even though the prices there are higher than usually you will really enjoy the party 😀

Dubai Night tour

We had a brill time. Saw lots of places we wouldn’t have seen by ourselves. The fountain show was fantastic. A lot of traffic, and we had to travel an hour to collect other passengers.

Great night tour of Dubai

We unfortunately missed a couple of places on the itinerary but that was because the traffic was horrific and our guide wanted us to get to the fountain show on time. Our guide was very accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful and I commend the bus driver for getting us through that traffic. Definitely recommend this tour.

Nice night tour

We were a little short on time between sights because of the traffic due to heavy rain but the tour itself was beautiful. I got some really nice pictures from the places we stopped.

Enjoyable way to spend an evening

Enjoyable way to experience Dubai at night, though it felt a little rushed, especially towards the end. Would recommend though as you get to experience some great sites

Overall worth doing

Tour used pre recording and we wore ear phones, a couple of longer stops at Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa & Souk, some sights we just drove past. Driver on phone a lot while driving which is a bit unnerving on the Dubai roads- but all drivers seem to use phones while driving,

We saw two fountain light shows. We were able to shop and eat. We saw the city lights and had time to take photos.

One night in Dubai

Ahmed was very nice and helpful, gave us a tour around the city at night. The most magical part was the dancing fountain show at the Dubai Mall, must see this if you visit Dubai!

Dubai by night a must do

I thought it was Really introduction to Dubai . The story on tape Was like reading a novel Transportation was a little bit disjointed . And my husband and i didn't need a half at a shopping mall And really not enough time to get a drink . Fountain show was fantastic and seeing Burj was amazing. After fountain i would prefer to go back to our hotel instead again getting drink Or Wander around . But i think masses want to do that . So all in all For Money 62 $ i say go for it !the guide was fantastic .

Rizwan was a great guide! He gave us a few minutes extra at each place and was pretty helpful along the way.

Water fountain was excellent But the wait to return home took too long Seemed to be a little bit disorganised at the end of the night

Nice idea but the execution wasn’t as good as hoped

Good points - communication before and about the pick up was good, we liked having a hotel pick up and return, good selection of places to visit, good amount of time for each stop, audio guide was generally helpful. Things we did not like - minibus was not good for sight seeing, visibility out was not good, the driving was not very smooth and a little fast in places, some of the headphone ports for the tour audio guide did not work, a number of the drive by photo opportunities really needed a short stop. At night it is hard to take a picture from a bus without it being blurry, one attraction (waterfall bridge) was closed (so why not replace it with another attraction?), when we reached a stop we were pointed in the direction of the attraction and left to ourselves. A little help and direction to get inside the souks and Dubai mall and make sure we found the exit would have been good, the return minibus was very noisy and smelt of petrol fumes. Overall we liked the idea of the tour but would not recommend it because of the issues above.

Great start to dubai vacation

The fountain show was great. This tour was a great way to start my stay in dubai. I met woman who had some great suggestions for things to do during my stay.

Great tour

We had an amazing guide Dhia for our trip. It was so value for money and the fountains at the end were spectacular. Dhia told us some amazing facts and made sure we were looked after. Would recommend this trip

Amazing Dubai night tour

It was so nice but it was short. I held the sail hotel, ship hotel and waive hotel so beautiful composition. Fountains was unique. City is so attractive with lights.

Night tour

Tour was great! Dubai looks completely different daytime vs night time. Recommended to book a night tour - bus goes by very close to the buildings for photo opp. Relaxing tour. Souk Madinat. Must see souk….. offered on this bus trip but one can take on their own too..

This is a Must-Do night tour of the city.

My tour driver, Suhail, made my tour memorable. I was the only passenger for the evening, but the company and the driver are so very accommodating. The sites of the city in the evenings are amazing. Suhail made sure to give soils directions through the mall to the dancing water show, and was at the pick up location after. He was attentive that I felt safe wherever we went. The van was comfortable and water was available. It is a must-do tour!

Layover in Dubai

Took this trip when having a day long layover inbetween flights in Dubai and was a perfect choice for sightseeing complementary to Gray Line's full day tour.

This is a great way to spend an evening - Fountain show a highlight.

I was only in Dubai for 24 hours and this was the perfect way to spend the evening. Good photo opps as well as time to shop at the Souk. The small group tour made it easy and the guide was friendly and helpful. The hotel pick up and drop off was seamless. Highly recommend.

Perfect

Was here only for one night,so this tour was perfect to have a tour of the city, with stops at some of the most iconics places of Dubai.

Poor. Guide did very little as we had audio information

Visit to top of tallest building was not included as stated that it will be. Visit markets, beach in the dark and water fountain. 3 hour tour, not 4 hours as stated. Deceived and disappointing.
