Disheartening Experience: Unprofessional Conduct at the ATV / Quad Tour

My recent visit to the ATV / quad tour left me thoroughly dissatisfied. The instructor's rude and condescending comments towards the kids in our group were completely inappropriate and marred the enjoyment of the experience. He made remarks that belittled the children, implying that they wouldn't be able to ride when parents' themselfs are not able to ride the ATV/Quad. To make matters worse, when I expressed my concerns to the lady in charge, she seemed disinterested in addressing the issue and was more focused on upselling packages and souvenirs. To my surprise, she even lied to us, claiming that the rude instructor was a mere supervisor, only to later discover that he was, in fact, the owner, and she is related to him. Such unprofessional conduct from individuals in leadership positions is truly disheartening. As a customer, I expect respect and courtesy from all staff members, regardless of their role. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior of their staff to ensure a more enjoyable and respectful experience for future visitors.

Desert sand safari tour

Such an amazing experience! You have the option to do everything from sand during to camel riding to riding ATVs. Our tour guide Rasheed Ali was amazing and we highly recommend him. His car was clean, his English was great, and he gave a great desert sand safari tour!

Great time on the desert safari!

We were bought this experience as a gift and had a fantastic day/night! We were picked up from our hotel by Rasheed, who is lovely. He told us lots of interesting facts about Dubai on the journey. He is an excellent driver and just so friendly. Once we got to the desert we enjoyed a camel ride, quad bike experience, sand boarding and dune bashing. All the activities were great - lots of photo opportunities, water available (it is very very hot!) and friendly guides. Rasheed took some brilliant photos at sunset. There are lots of upswell moments eg paying for professional photos, buy a sand jar, get a photo with a bird of prey etc. Be aware that they all cost extra, however we didn’t find them too pushy. We enjoyed the evening show. We paid extra for the “VIP table” and for us it was worth it to have a fan and be seated with chairs. We were seated with the family that we shared our transport with and had a lovely time. My only constructive criticism to the company would be that there was too much food!! It was lovely but a lot went to waste because the table of 6 adults couldn’t eat it all! Overall we had a great day and would like to thank Rasheed for his kindness and expertise.

The best tour guide in the world

First of all our driver was on time Sadhik was awesome. We did the atv bike ride, we rode the 🐫 watch the show, the food was awesome. This experience was everything. If you get to go definitely ask for Sadhik, he will make you fit right in.... I loved everything about it

Best Dessert Tour

We truly enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. Our dune driver was Rasheed and he was super awesome! Very experienced and made us feel comfortable throughout ride( some cliffs and drops are a little scary). The camp site was nice plenty of shaded area to sit and rest until time for your activities. Activities are timed smartly so we weren’t waiting to do anything in the heat. We chose the VIP experience for the bar-b-que and it was well worth it for comfort and service. So much food couldn’t eat all of it but was very good. All In all I would take this tour again over all others offered.

Fun experience and comfortable journey

My friends were really looking forward to our trip to Dubai and desert safari was definitely in our itinerary and it didn't disappoint. We enjoyed everything from start to end and hoping our time there never ends. The staff were helpful and friendly.

A must when in Dubai

The entire experience made it worthwhile going to Dubai. Asif, our tour guide, picked us up from our hotel and explained the whole experience clearly, during our travel to the desert. Thoroughly enjoyed every activity provided by the team at the desert and definitely worth what you pay for. Food was included in the package with a wide range of options. Would highly recommend adding the ATV quad biking experience.

Fantastic experience

Jimshad (desert safari guide) was excelente during the hole safari. We had a magnific experience 4x4 at the sand and the sun set was fantastic. This guide really is very good. The food was great and the people was very friendly and we feels like a home. The bikes experience is unique and the Camels really fantastic. I recommend this safari for everyone and for sure for my friends. Thanks for this experience.

Jimshad picked us up at our hotel promptly and from the beginning to the end provided us with excellent service. He wasn't just the driver, he was a tour guide, a photographer and great company. Nothing is too much for him. We went quad biking, sand surfing, held a falcon and went on a camel ride. There was also food and drinks available along with a belly dance, whirling dervish and a fire eater show. Well worth the money and would highly recommend Jimshad as the best tour guide!

Staff were amazing, very accommodating and helpful all the way. Special shout out to Jimshad with his bubbly character and his AMAZING driving skills. He was full of suprises, hence the reason for the 5star review. The only negative is the seating, its very far from the stage and the view was blocked by the plants. It would be nice if the seating was around the stage just like other safaris

Its was good all round

Sand dunes. We had the best driver jim shad. Who deserves a mention in this review. Made our trip very memorable Food needs improvement for cost paid especially upgrading to vip. Workers there were so helpful and very attentive .

We had a blast

Great trip over all. You get to do a lot. All the things are on one little camp site. They are great with customer service, take tons of pictures of you. Be prepared for about an hour ride to the desert but other that that. GREAT!

Asif was an excellent guide. The event was very well organized and lots of fun. Well worth doing! Memorable activities and the food was plentiful. The show was entertaining too.

Phenomenal Experience!

We traveled to Dubai with 20 of our guests for my mother’s birthday. Our guides Zahir & Arman we’re absolutely amazing. They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They made us feel so comfortable and reminded us that even if we were a little scared to take in the moment and enjoy life. If you ever get the chance please ask for this staff they will make you feel like family. I would definitely recommend

We received such great customer service from the beginning to the end. Our driver was super attentive and made sure we were all good and happy. Everyone was truly amazing and beautiful experience. Each activity was amazing and so memorable experience I highly recommend them. They stayed in touch with us since we booked our tour to made sure they kept us updated with any info needed.

Ansar is an awesome guide!

I had booked the tour to have some fun with the kids and do something active. We had Ansar as our guide. The great thing about him that he 's very good with kids and kids can feel that and were completely at ease. They did not stop laughing :-)! Each activity was great. We had our experience and laugh at each of them. Moreover he has helped us to take some amazing picture. I strongly recommend this organization as everything was well planned and executed above expectations. The judges were my kids - they adored it and want to come back. Ansar gave us also lots of tips for activities to do or visit with kids and he knows the surroundings very well! I have to say that each part of the trip with the whole team was enjoyable and well done with all Covid and safety rules in respect. In the end like Ansar said: Madam, let the kids be. You are building at this moment great memories. And he is right... you never know when your next great memory will be created so enjoy each little moment of it. See you next time Ansar!

Loved it and pictures come out phenomenal- definitely worth it but the best times to go is winter as the dessert is not too hot 🥵

Safari Desert Dubai

One of the best activities I have done in Dubai. A complete programme full of fun and good memories. Our guide Zaher is too nice and a professional driver. I recommand this activity with ABC tours.

Wonderful Dubai experience

After arriving from our extreme safari ride my husband and I was greeted by nice staff in the desert. We had a romantic table for 2 sitting arrangement where we enjoyed refreshments and snacks. We then enjoyed a camel ride as the sun set, our tour guide took amazing pictures of everything, it was beautiful! After the camel ride we took a 30 minute ride on the ATV's afterwards we went to Dinner at the camp. There we watched 3 shows. I enjoyed this trip. It was a beautiful experience!
