Arabian Desert Tour was an exciting tour event

Abo Sanan was a very patient tour guide and did an excellent job of taking us to all the right locations and made sure that we had a great time. He was always available when we had questions and needed help. The ATV bikes riding through the desert sand is an absolute must n very exciting. The show was perfectly organized n had a great balance of fun performances. The sand dunes riding is rough but gets really fun after the first minute and food was good also.

Phenomenal

We had a wonderful experience with our guide Abo Sanan. I highly recommend using him as your guide because he shows u everything and tells you everything u need to know.

Amazing

The guide cum driver “Alam Khan” was so polite and cooperative. He picked me up from my location then he had to pick one more Indian family. Everything was good except the food that was horrible. However the trip got amazing captures that will be a great memory for a long time.

A disappointing day

Our guide barely spoke any English, could not answer our questions or give any details. After he picked us up, he stopped to pick up an Indian family. They kept us waiting 30 minutes without any explanation. Then he took us to an outdoor theme park where there were dune buggies and ATVs. He told us to wait in a room. We did not know why or what the agenda was and he couldn’t explain. He played music videos on his dashboard screen the whole drive and only conversed with the others (which we could not understand). After 30 - 45 minutes we went to another stop and saw the camels and horse rides. Then we went inside where there was a buffet. We had to pay extra to be able to eat whenever we wanted and to sit in shade. In fact, every activity was extra and there were people constantly trying to sell things. The food and entertainment was good but the whole experience was not.

A must do in Dubai

Outstanding, would definitely recommend everyone to do this. Our driver was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was great fun from start to finish.

Was crowded, we didn’t do sandbording, quads are les than 30 min (counted by timer). The driver was really really kind, 5/5 stars for him. Abt food isn’t worth it, I got stomachache after the “bbq”

Disappointing desert experience.

Very disappointing and I will tell you why: - After a 30 minute ride you will stop at a store for a short break. Here they will try to sell you everything for a high price. - The guide was silent and could barely speak English. Never had a silent guide. - You will not go to the desert as on the picture. This was the most disappointing part. You will be next to the highway on a semi- desert place with a lot of grass and bushes. - The included camel ride is for only 1 minute to take a photo. You could do a camelride for 10 minutes, but will cost you more money. - The food wasn't tasty. Usely I don't do reviews, only when the experience was very good or very disappointing. This one was unfortunately disappointing. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go with these guys, only when they would bring you in the REAL desert.

Safari trip

We loved the experience, our driver Waqas Ahmad was very nice to us and very patient to our 2 small children. He really offered us a great trip. I definetly recommend!

Khalid Khan is a one key person well guide about desert safari helpful all the time sharing all information about the spots while going for dessert safari keep smiling delivered excellent service 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tourist Trap and not worth it

They picked us up from the hotel and already had 5 people in the car plus the driver, they shoved 7 people in a car. They don't say this when you book but the desert drive is about an hour and half. So 7 people in one car, the 3 in the back extremely cramped. The luxury vehicles are Toyota SUV. Then take you to the first stop and even if you choose to not do the ATV but anyone in the group wants to do it, you'd have to wait around for them to do it before you can get to the next stop. They sell you VIP sitting once you get there, if you don't pay for VIP sitting then you have to wait about an hour and half for food. I don't recommend this tour, it's a true definition of tourist trap.

Best Tour guide - Abu Sanan

We had booked the jeep safari with 1 hour Quad biking and although we had some complications with the cancellations due to the weather we still had a blast. I would highly recommend Abu Sanan as your tour guide. He was really welcoming and an amazing individual. I had taken my child with me and Abu Sanan was very helpful and trustworthy. He had ensured we had made the most of our trip and make up for any complications we had faced.

Best adventure day to Desert of Dubai

Desert adventure was amazing, I was with my friend and we really enjoyed whole experience, our guide and driver Abo Sanan was really attentive and taking care of us. We really recommend this tour and our guide as well.

Amazing Desert Experience

The desert safari was pretty amazing, very nice views and fun time with family We had an amazing experience with Waqas Ahmad, very informative and helpful guide. He made sure we were comfortable throughout the experience.

It was overcrowded. Food...

It was overcrowded. Food was so bad couldn't even eat. I would choose another company for Safari....

Good activities. Crazy queues.

The activities were good but the venue is extremely overcrowded - you have to queue up for 30-90min for each and every item here eg camel riding, getting food. Ended up we upgraded ourselves to the VIP area for a buffet with better food and no queue (50AED/ head), otherwise the whole experience would be even more unpleasant. I also opted in for the package without 4WD while others did, and ended up I wasted more than an hour waiting for others to finish. All in all, I think the activities are good and the tour guide is nice, just far too crowded.

Great Experience

It was a great experience I really recommend. Kamran and Asad were very helpful and provided very good service they were the best!

Not as advertised

We bought this experience and had a good time, although it didn't include the snowboarding we had anticipated. Instead of the advertised 10 shows, there were only 3-4 provided. Additionally, the henna tattoo that was included was disappointingly small. Safe to say, we got less for what we paid, which leaves us feeling quite disappointed with this experience. This is definitely not a tour, you are just left to find out what is going on and that too is difficult as our driver gave very limited information in very limited English

Hated it !

I did not enjoy this experience. 1. The driver spoke little to no English. When we were picked up he didn’t tell us anything just drove us to each place. The very first stop people just started rushing to us putting things on our heads not telling us what’s going on being pushy. I had to stop and ask what is going on to realize that they were trying to make us buy things. I instantly advised I didn’t Want the things just for them to keep harassing me. Me and my boyfriend both were uncomfortable and ready to go back to the hotel at that point. 2. We were under the Impression this was a guided tour it was not !!! We got to the second location the driver walked us to atvs and said get on , we’re like wait so what do we do once we get on he pointed to a field and we seen a bunch of people just riding in circles ! This place was very chaotic and people were literally about to crash into one another .. HATED IT!! 3. We got to the camp where they do the food. The best part about this was the food, the show was decent. How ever we were told when we got there that unless we paid for vip we would eat LAST and we would be sitting on the floor eating. We opted to pay for vip. We never got on the camels no one took us to sand board this was a complete rip off and I would never recommend this to anyone ! 1/10 and that’s only because of the food and show at the end !

Very poor experience. Poor desert safari. Only 3 shows instead of 10. No sandboarding. Everything cost extra. Good food.

Very tasty food. Very poor experience compared to the one I had 2 years ago. Desert safari was just driving a bit extremely on the desert road, not on the dunes and edges of them, but that takes a trained professional for that. Minimum service was very poor, not entertaining at all. Everything costs extra and it was designed ao that you are kinda forced to pay extra to get not just benefits but normal basic service. For example included henna tattoo was a of a size of a match box. There were supposed to be 10 shows for the dinner, we got 3. Because of Ramadan. But there was no information about that. And if you cannot provide the specific service - please replace it or provide the info on the booking. We did not get any sand boarding attraction, but it was on the list. The camel ride was a joke - two camels tight together and went in a circle max 10 meters, it took 3 minutes all together with getting on and off. Photoshoot was at some camp around the bushes, not in the desert on the beautiful red sand during sunset, as it was 2 years ago. Team was doing bare minimum to ensure the comfort, and doing a bit extra once you pay them extra.

Desert adventure🥰

My overall experience with desert safari is amazing.. I love the entertainment though the fire dance was cut short. Salute to the performers. Good food and drinks. Big thanks to our driver Islam, very professional and kind, make sure everyone was comfortable. Dune bashing was very short. It would have been great if it was done longer. Thanks to the driver as well.

Worst experience

The driver came too late so we didn't make good and bright photos and sandboarding. All the way driver was using his phone while driving which is not very safe. Show was nice. In general, it is not worst your time and money

Very nice!!! We had the best time with nice people. Went to the desert and had a bbq in the evening with nice shows. It was organized very well.

Amazing

This experience was amazing! The driver was excellent. He picked us up from the hotel on time. The ATV ride was amazing. Then we went for a dungie ride in the desert in a SUV. They go really fast to give you the full experience, but they’re professional at what they do, so don’t be too worried. The camel ride was short, but still a great experience, and something to cross off the bucket list. There were three show segments afterwards, which included belly dancing and a couple fire shows. So be prepared to stay another two hours after the camel ride ends. During intermission, there was a buffet with various foods. There wasn’t many options of food, so be prepared to grab a bite afterwards. Overall, it was a great experience, and something to cross off the bucket list.

I highly recommend this to anyone. The food and show was great. I would definitely be ready for an experience. I loved the rides through the desert, camel ride, and falcon. I would recommend using Kamran kami. My family has done this many times. He was hands down our best guide. He made sure everything was to a high standard and would handle everything for you.

The experience given by kamran kami was absolutely exceptional. We had a really great enjoyable time with a lot of fun good food and great vibes. The journey we had from when we was picked up from the hotels and until we done all of the activities was excellent and exciting . This included a great fire show and amazing food as we as many other things you could buy as a present or something you could use in the near future .

Our pickup was too late. We arrived very late at safari. It was about 17 h. No good fotos are made because we had no sun. No time to walk.

Had a really nice time. Abo sanan was the driver and he was really helpful. He provided great service and guided us very well throughout the safari.

It was a great experience. Very good tour , highly recommend. Our guid, Ibrahim was also very helpful. I recommend to book the VIP seating. The food was excellent.
