Dubai 5 Star Marina Dhow Cruise Dinner with Transfers

Handicapped people can pay, but not board

We booked for a party of six and paid USD 630. Five minutes later we were called from Turkey that the handicapped person was a problem due to company policy. So I said no problem, cancel and send back the money. The trip was cancelled but the money not repaid. No reaction from management or any 'life' person.

It was an awesome moment!!!

Excellent experience, all fun!!!! Fun!!!! Fun!!!!. I would love to come back again with others. The dinner was awesome 👌. Great pictures and dance concerts were a huge one. Finally, the Dinner Food Part Complimentary buffet and JAFOR served me well.

Could be better

Late pickup and late to boat, meant we were late leaving dock. Food was average. The cruise itself was good and the lights of the city were awesome

The pick up service was terrible,I was almost lost,I received different cheap cruise ,very bad food,doesn’t worth the money i payed

Dubai - Dow Alexandra - Better Evening Dinner Cruises to be found

Not many memories. As we had not been to Dubai previously we were not sure where the Dow Alexandra was moored so we booked transfers. 2 Days prior to the evening we received a confirmation email saying that our transport was shared transport, and pick up was 8000-8.30pm. Person arrived and we had to walk to the pier. No transport. Arrived and found man yelling at a customer about payment, then he yelled at us to follow another man. No greeting on the boat. Sat dawn. Meal was disgraceful. salads, which had been picked through by other guests, some penne, chicken pieces (cold), fish (overcooked). At the end of the night went to speak with manager and he was more worried about counting his money.

Everything goes well with the arrangemnts. pick up on time and food was good as well. do not miss the photos with the AIN Dubai and the jumeriah beach residence

Awesome dinner cruise from Dubai Marina

It was an awesome dinner cruise. The boat was nice, food was delicious and the weather & water front buildings view always awesome. I highly recommend it to every visitor. Free shuttle and very respectful Mr. Nawaz who drove very carefully and took us to then dinner cruise from the hotel and also dropped us off at the hotel. I highly recommend this company for your activities to do.

Enjoyable

To be honest we did not have particularly high hopes for this tour but we enjoyed it. Upstairs seating is definitely the best, there was a note on the booking to say we could request seats so we did and received an answer to say the request had been noted but nothing guaranteed. There was no sign that any note had been taken of our request so probably not worth bothering. I would advise avoiding the two front seats upstairs, they are both two seater tables but throughput the trip they were surrounded by people taking photos, many of whom had no consideration for the people sitting at the tables. The food was fine, plenty of it and well presented. The trip through he marina offered plenty of photo opportunities. There was no narration or explanation but most was self explanatory. Some brief entertainment from a dancer and background music. Not sure if there might be more outside of Ramadan but this seemed fine. An enjoyable trip.

Great experience

Treated to this by my friend. Great night, fabulous atmosphere on the boat, great night for a dinner cruise, lets you see some of what Dubai has to offer. Would thoroughly recommend, not to be confused by the main marina

Waste of time

Booked and paided for the dinner cruise, operator had no idea we were booked and we were not allowed to Attend although we had a paid for voucher, do not use as the entire operation is a shambles, trying to get a refund.

Very good experience in

Sightseeing of the water and beautiful buildings with light all over. The ride was smooth and nice. I enjoy the dancer . Food was good.

Fun Experience

It was a very nice experience and the driver was very nice and friendly. The boat and the weather was fun and amazing. I wish to come next time😍😍

Not worth the money

Unfortunately we did not enjoy this dinner cruise. Far too many people for the amount of food they had, no organised order everyone just pushes in there were 15 tables on top deck with around 10 people to a table by the time 7 tables were fed the food was running out, the ques were ridiculous by the time you got food from one end of the boat you have to go to the other side for your meat, the food was cold. The waiters only bother to bring you drinks if your in a large group, or a tour group , we went as a couple and was ignored as there were only 5 people on our table. The quality of food was 2* it's over priced, much better off on a smaller boat. Defiantly was no luxury, such a shame.

Food should be much better.

It’s sold as a 5* experience. It’s only 2* worthy. Food was cold. And not special. Sailing through the harbour was nice but not especially.

Dislike it

Driver left us in the marine, nobody did not tell us where our transfer will wait us after cruise end, food was horrible- macaroni and some boiled vegatable, we only got 1 small glass of drink. We saw prices there at the marine, and its a lot cheaper if you book cruise directly there.

Activity was amazing Food was declisious pic k and drop off was on time as well.... Well recommended

Poor attitude

We do not understand why the crew hold us up till the end of queue when get on the Cruise. Then the one to arrange table on Cruise was so rude for he instruct us to the seat as he planned even a lot of seat available and finally only 70% occupied.

Dinner cruise in th3 Marina

We were picked up on time at our hotel and when we got to the location of the dhow we had to walk a little way to join it. As I had hurt my leg the previous day our guide organised a wheelchair for myself to join the dhow. Excellent service and the dinner on board was fabulous too. Wo7ld recomm3nd this cruise to @nyone

It was a wonderful evening . Our driver was on time before and after . Good food , music and company we shared at the table . I recommend in the future to at least give folks a courtesy drink with meal at least 1 drink .

Croisière et repas pas du tout à la hauteur

Sur le pont très très chaud et dans la salle du bas trop froid. Repas moyen, ne vaut pas le prix de la prestation. Je déconseille fortement.

La experiencia ha sido...

La experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Pedimos durante la cena una botella de vino blanco 45€aprox. Un precio acorde con la zona que estabamos. Personal atento y buen show durante la travesia. La comida es buena pero mejorable desde mi opinion.

Überteuerte Aktion

Der Fahrer kam 40 Minuten zu spät. Musste 3x anrufen. Auf dem Schiff waren keine Sitzplätze, lediglich wurden wir zusammengewürfelt. Das Essen und Angebot waren klein - der Preis nicht wert!

Dîner tout à fait quelconque, quantités inadaptées, à fuir rapidement, on a l'impression d'être dans un cantine de collège, avec la vue en plus

Satisfaction et déception Satisfaction : pour la croisière d'une heure 1/2 dans les canaux. Superbe vue des grattes- ciels. Prise en charge à l'hôtel aller et retour très bien. Déception : le bateau " Marina Dhow 5*" prévu a été changé sans prévenir en "Alexander 3*" Repas-buffet semblable à un self-service. Les uns derrière les autres en période de pandémie à prescrire. Repas uniquement indien. Repas indigne de votre entreprise. Peu de choix, mauvaise présentation, peu de quantité dans les desserts. Personnel antipathique. Propreté douteuse du bateau. On s'attendait à être servis à table pour un 5* qui n'en était pas un. Grande déception pour ce repas et cet équipage sans empathie. A améliorer ou changer de bateau sinon je ne recommande pas. Pourquoi avez- vous changé de bateau sans prévenir le client ?

Dinner mit Transfer

Leider war das Essen enttäuschend und die Livemusik war ein Gitarre spielen. Hätte mir mehr arabisches Flair gewünscht. Es glich eh einem Abfertigen von lästige Touristen.
