The 4x4 experiences im the desert ware really amazing! At first driving a quadriclycle by myself and them into the driver show from our guide Haroon Khan up and down the dunes!!

Wonderful and memorable!

Sajid was wonderful! We had only the morning so he picked my husband and me up from our hotel and we had a private tour guide! The desert was amazing!

We had an amazing time with Adnan! His music selection was spot on, setting the tone for a fun and energetic journey. He was incredibly entertaining, sharing interesting stories and facts along the way. But what really impressed us was his photographic skills - he knew all the best spots to capture stunning memories and even offered to take photos of us, which turned out amazing! The combination of his knowledge, enthusiasm, and creativity made for a truly unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Driver Adnan was good in all

It was good as expected, just a suggestion that safari time should more as its the main attraction other wise everything was good

We booked a desert safari. it was a very cool experience, especially our guide Harun Khan, who made our trip very enjoyable from start to finish. During the car ride and on the spot! He takes all the time to take nice photos and to make us comfortable!

Dessert tour

Abdelmalek Ibrahim from our hotel Vida Creek Harbour advised us to do this amazing dessert safari tour. The whole package was amazing. We started with a great ride to the dessert and ended with a nice bbq dinner and light/fire show.

A great day out in the desert

Excellent service from our driver , he help us to get the best photos too!. Exhilarating dune bashing experience! Loved the camel ride. My son did the buggy driving which cost extra but he loved it! The buffet dinner was fantastic and we enjoyed the belly dancing show. I didn’t get the henna tattoo due to the long queue but that’s a minor point, it was a great day out!

Amazing trip and an amazing guide

It was a super amazing day with our tour guide Adnan Saber. He’s a super good driver and he cared a lot about our safety while driving, especially since we visited the day after the Dubai storm. He also took amazing pictures on the sand dunes of me and my mom. The activities as well were super cool to do and the dinner was very delicious.

My wife and I had an extraordinary safari experience—worthy of more than five stars! Our guide, Sameer, picked us up from our hotel in a well-equipped Toyota 4WD. He was not only friendly and knowledgeable but also incredibly accommodating. Our adventure began with a thrilling drive through the desert, where Sameer skillfully maneuvered the vehicle down steep dunes at 45-degree angles and over dramatic drops—his driving was impeccable! The day continued with a series of cultural performances including belly dancing and fire dancing, complemented by delicious food and excellent hospitality in a breathtaking setting. We even enjoyed a brief camel ride. Before we knew it, it was time to return to the hotel. Overall, it was a remarkable day, offering great value for money. A huge thank you to Sameer for making it so special!

Dessert Safari Experience - Booking Discrepancy and Poor Service

Recently, we made a reservation for a desert safari excursion through Rayna Tours. Despite specifically booking a Red Sand Dune Desert Safari, we were misled and ended up at a White Sand Safari location instead. Additionally, the behavior of the assigned driver was disappointing, as he consistently displayed a rude demeanor throughout the trip. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of Rayna Tours' senior officials, no action was taken to address our concerns. The sheer lack of professionalism, honesty, and hospitality exhibited during this experience was completely unacceptable. Overall, the unethical practices leading to the mix-up in safari services and the unprofessional conduct of the driver greatly detracted from what should have been a memorable experience.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT EVERY COST, they are scammers and all they want is money. You'll spoil your trip with them

Avoid this company, they are a bunch of scammers with no respect for their customers. They have unprofessional, liars and racist drivers who don't shy off from making derogatory remarks towards their customers. I made a reservation through Headout and to my badluck this company was assigned to me. Nowhere in the ticket it was mentioned that the Dune Bashing is going to be in a shared car, when the driver (Adnan) was questioned about this by both the families (pickup 1 and pickup 2) he started shouting at us and was frustrated to answer any questions. He started passing derogatory remarks that we wouldn't be having money to use our phones to make calls so we should use his phone to do that. FIrst family who were picked up half hour or 45 minutes earlier also mentioned that when questioned if dune bashing and the tour is going to be shared the driver started scolding them. He threatened us that if we raised our voice he would call Dubai police and then the police will show us how we need to respect drivers in Dubai. The next minute he got a call from his company he started acting scared and told his company that we are threatening him to call the police, which was totally a false claim. He closed/smashed the second seat of a car on my wife's foot twice and all this happened while I was on a call with Headout team over my phone. Only mistake I made was not to call Dubai police right there, I was busy in sorting the whole matter out with Headout and his manager. Management of Rayna tours is also a bunch of liars - as our tickets were through Headout they were not ready to talk to us and asked us to go back and speak with Headout. They told us that Headout team has told them that they don't want to talk to us. This feedback was also passed to Headout team as I was already on call with the Headout team. Heated argument did happen between myself and driver which only happened when the racist driver Adnan from Pakistan started passing comments on us. In the end we were asked to come down as he didn't wanted to take anyone for Safari and told the same to his management as well. His car no is X57627. We didn't received any calls from management or other car was arranged. I'm still in discussion with Headout about 475 AED refund but this Rayna tour is trying to make every possible excuse, driver even blamed us that we started abusing him and threatened him. WHY will I do all this when I'm on holiday, my whole day was wasted cause of them and Adnan. They are bunch of Scammers and will take your money without delivering any thing. I've already sent an email to Dubai Tourisim about their driver and this company, hopefully if more people join then they will look into them too.

Brilliant family desert safari experience

We loved our Desert Safari with Shaifat from Rayna. We made memories to last a lifetime and Shaifat took some beautiful photos of us all at sunset - not easy when there were three children and four adults! Thank you.

10/10 wonderful experience.

Amazing time was had in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. Yousef planned everything for us perfectly. We did the Dubai Desert Trip, Abu Dhabi Trip to the grand Mosque & Palace, as well as a Yacht around the Dubai Marina. All was perfect and he couldn’t be more helpful with all the planning and activities. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

A ride you have to try in Dubai!

We have the fortune to have Mr. Brown (5*****) as driver, he was very polite and a fantastic guide. The Ride through the desert was awsome!!! A must do😉 after the ride we were brought to the camp. A delicious dinner and a great show wäre waiting for us.

My family and I had the best time, the tour was simply amazing. I recommend asking for a sand board, it’s really fun. Our driver Malik was the best, super helpful, a true guide. I’d recommend asking for him as well.

Perfect safari

I have been on a safari before but the recent was absolutely perfect, well organized and everything we wanted. What made our day even more special was our driver, Mr Abdulla, he was welcoming right from the beginning, very attentive and he took care of us and made us really comfortable. Food was excellent, whole trip was wonderful and made possible by our wonderful driver Mr Abdulla 🙏🏾

Scammers! Do NOT book with them!!

The worst 4250aed we’ve ever spent. Please do yourselves a favour and book with another company. One that places importance on customer experience and not just taking customers money. I very rarely write a review - but I feel like it’s important that other customers are aware and can avoid these scammers. Picked up an hour late. Sat in traffic for 3 hours and had to drive through flooded streets Missed the sunset (the whole reason for our desert trip) Unable to do the quad bike riding Dune bashing impossible due to the heavy rain the day before Missed the first 2 performances Did the camel ride around a car park Queued for dinner, to find only scraps left over Everything served on plastic plates with no way to recycle We were told on the day to speak to customer services as we deserved a partial refund for the poor experience. One month, 16 emails, 4 phone calls later … Rayna Tours tell us they will not offer us any compensation and as we are back in the UK there is nothing we can do about it. Please don’t make the same mistake that we did. 💔

Awesome and very entertaining.

This was the first time we experienced this type of activity and it was great. Especially the Atv/Quad rental at the dessert location was amazing. Special thanks Harsh Ramnani for doing an exceptional job organizing all our tours. He was a great help, very welcoming, and had honest opinions which helped make our trip to Dubai so great and stress-free.

Amazing Desert Safari

When I checked in at my hotel, I met Ozair Hussain travel consultant from Rayna Tours at the tour desk and he convinced me to book this desert Safari tour and he promised me that I will have great time. And indeed it was a great experience. pick up on time and driven by our guide Zaman. He was very friendly. My package included the drive through the desert which was thrilling, soon dune bashing which was amazing and fun, camel riding again a very short round, and time at the desert camp where we experienced the authentic cuisines and entertainment. The food was just amazing. We experienced the cultural dances and an amazing fire dance as well. Special thanks to Ozair Hussain as he was coordinating everything so that I will get picked up on time and providing me all the information that is needed

Good for money

Rayna provided us with an excellent service with pickup at the said time (without delay), the car was clean without any issues of some sort. The driver Manoj was very nice and been helpful such as taking pictures, explaining us different things and prevented us to fall in tourist traps in the desert. Manoj also made sure we get a table right in front of the show. The only downside was the lack of options for the buffet but in overall we had a great time. Highly recomended

Mr Brown was an awesome tour guide. We learned so much about the city from him and he took amazing pics of my wife and I. The food was only so so but everything else was outstanding from the driving to the entertainment. Definitely was well worth the time and money!

Nightmare tour

Shocking. The driver not only wrote his jeep off with my family and young children in the car - the promise to return the payment for the terrible experience has since been withdrawn and they are now no longer communicating with me. This experience was supposed to be fun and safe, instead we spent our final evening in the hospital being pressure by their staff to join them at a police station some 45 minutes away. No support and you apparently sign away any liability when attending the excursion. Not worth the money or stress.
