Desert safari

The trip was very good and excellent desert safari Mr Majid was has excellence driving and explained all about desert safari and polite man. Food was Par Average Pls bring More tastes in future. Dance program was too glamour and when we r going with friends we not able to watch with kids. Finally trip was good and driving was excellent by Mr Majid. Pick up timing and dropping time was very sharp.

Avoid at all costs.

An absolute waste of an evening. We were promised a grand evening and it just turned out to be some cheap show. They refunded our money to a small extend but the experience etc waiting for the food etc was pathetic. The entertainment was below par. All in all avoidable.

I would suggest all people reading this post to never ever go there. They book your package on a certain price to get everything. Once you reach there, they will offer vip table for more money. Vip table gives you waiter service instead of putting lines on buffet. But if you refuse vip service, you will be treated like dogs!!! vip will get food first, you have to wait for more 1 hour to get food. Same applies for drinks and shisha. For live performance, regular client will see the bum of the performer and vip will get front view. They start to give food at 7:30 for regular client and transport will take you back at 7:50. You will get only 20 minute to put line in buffet and eat in rush. I don't know how dubai government is permitting something. This place deserves to be closed. bad service.

I went for the Dubai city tour. It was great experience and nice atmosphere. All credit goes to Mr fazal. I learnt lot of things from him. Thanks sir for your time and directions.

Great experience! Helpful tour guide

Great desert safari tour! Our tour guide is Fazal who is really friendly and helpful. I was solo so he helped me take lots of nice photos and looked after me. Pick up at hotel from 2pm-3pm. The safari drive to the desert during sunset is spectacular! However it’s quite bumpy you may get a bit sick. We had to pay extra for the quad bike ride (200 aed) and upgrade to premium buffet dinner (50 aed) but it was worth it overall. One thing i would suggest to improve is the cleanliness of the toilets at the camps.

Avoid at all costs

They promised sand boarding, but was not offered. Dune bashing was done just 15 minutes, but promised for 30 minutes. Don’t go for their plans. They say the 220 AED includes quad biking, but you will only be allowed to use the quad bike at a flat road. Come on, everyone wants to experience quad bikes on sand dunes, not flat roads. Overall, I find their pricing very deceptive. Don’t fall for it. Better to choose an operator with a clear upfront pricing. In my opinion, they are a bunch of liars. The pick-up guy Tanweer behaves with a lot of arrogance and attitude, prompting us to get down midway so he can reach home earlier, drop-off at a hotel location is promised. Avoid.

Breathtaking desert safari experience

The overall experience has been breathtaking, the most important aspect which makes Oasis Palm stand out is the customer service, the experience of the driver. You should try atleast once and see the difference.

Our tour guide Faisal has been fantastic. Most recommend for those who are visiting Dubai. We had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed the drive by our Driver Mr.shoukath, really he drove in the desert mind blowing. He raced the car in the dunes of desert. I would highly recommend that driver with oasis while booking the slot. Dinner food was average but over all we had a wonderful time at dubai desert.

Desert Safari 4x4 with BBQ Dinner - Oasis Palm

We booked desert safari from Oasis Palm and our driver was Mr. Majid, who picked up for the desert safari, this safari begins with dune bashing in the open desert near Lahbab and finishes with dinner accompanied by dancing and fire shows. In between, travelers can ride camels, try sandboarding, don traditional Arabic clothing, get henna tattoos, and more. This experience includes round-trip transportation from anywhere in Dubai, And Mr. Majid is a really good experience driver for the desert's safari, and he really take care of me and my family in whole trip and me my family thankful to Mr., Majid and Oasis Palm for this beautiful evening of desert safari.

Worth the experience

From pick up at hotel to drop off end of the night our driver was v good 👍very good experience dune bashing was great Camel ride brilliant. Falcon bird to have picture with charge you 10aed per picture which you take with your own phone camera 😲 Camp for v nice table carpet beanbag to sit on we had soft drinks but each person had to queue to get there own drink each time 🙄 Best act on stage was the man with fire his performance was outstanding The toliet blocks was extremely clean 2 items of food was Snacks and main buffet was good variety and tasty. Overall night v good

Not worth for money. The buffet dinner is sheer disappointment. One Dune Bashing was worth it,

Other than dune bashing, the whole tour was pathetic and not at all justifies the price it costs. Two main causes of my disappointment: 1) My tour included two quad bikes. But the bike person gave me one bike for 20 minutes. When I asked for another bike, he said you package had 2 bikes of 125cc, I have given you 1 250cc bike. Like seriously?? How can you take this decision for me? 2) The buffet dinner was planned as if they don't want us to eat any expensive items. The beans and rice were available unlimited just like any buffet. But for the chicken and BBQ, you need to stand in a long queue. And even after that the staff will give you "literally" two bites of chicken BBQ and "literally" 2 inches of Kabab. Which doesn't even give you calories that you burnt standing in the queue. After I complaint, they gave us some BBQ that you can see in the attached picture. This is the BBQ they gave us for 6 people, that too after we complaint about it. You can see their sick mentality and the lust for saving more and more money. Clearly the tour organizer was so cheap and narrow minded that he didn't want the guests to eat. They made the process of getting meat so difficult that you give up on meat and only eat beans and rice to deal with hunger. I don't recommend this tour at all. If you still want to book it, my advise would be to take your dinner with you.

It was just 5/5 main credit goes to our car driver MR Majid. He put the sparkle in our tour with his good behaviour and guide.

The drive in the desert...

The drive in the desert was a good experience. Although we were encouraged to upgrade to VIP experience for the BBQ I don't feel it was worth the extra money. Dancing was good to see. Was disappointed re the camel experience it was literally about 50m and no paid experience was offered. People very friendly and always happy which we really appreciated. Maybe we should have paid more for the total safari. Overall we enjoyed it.
