Slightly underwhelming,still fun

Overall, fun experience a bit underwhelming however. Staff was nice, although during dinner, they came by and asked for a review, which is ok, but they strongly persuaded us to connect to the wifi to write a review that very second, and even waited a little right next to us while writing said review, and even checked if it worked and we posted a review up. Thought that was weird, would have wrote one if they had just asked. Atv rides were in a group, but still fun, camel rides were as expected/good, sand boarding was definitely underwhelming, would be fun for kids however, and the live shows were good

Splendid.

Muneer was our tour guide for the safari and all of it! I would definitely suggest anyone to approach him for a wonderful experience. He ensured everything would be safe and just requested us to have fun. He plays great music too 😅 definitely should go for the ATV and safari!

Best all-around tour

I would recommend this tour company not only for the tour, they are awesome I had tons of fun being on one of them and great pictures to prove. I would also recommend them for how they care about their customers/clients. This business actually has a soul unlike most businesses today. I am going to tell you a story of what happened to me while I was on one of their tours. It was my second to last day in Dubai and I was on one of their tours. I wore a bracelet that meant the world to me and I lost it on one of their buses. I called to ask if anyone there saw it surprisingly they said they found it. I was supposed to get it the day before I left Dubai, However, with time being an issue it didn’t materialize. I stayed in contact with someone from the company for four weeks after I left Dubai trying to get them to send the bracelet to me here in the United States. Never once did the person who I was talking to over the phone got annoyed or impatient with my situation. They went above and beyond to figure out ways of getting the bracelet to me. Finally one of my clients were on vacation in Dubai. I gave the person I was speaking to from ABC Tours his number so they can have the bracelet delivered to him. It happened today and my bracelet will be coming home with my friend in another couple days. I have experienced a lot of good things in my life But this act of kindness from ABC Tours goes above and beyond most of the good things I’ve experience in life. Thank you ABC Tours so much. I wish I had a name to put to the conversation. That’s funny I still don’t even know the persons name that did this magnificent act of kindness for me. One day I’ll put a face to the conversation and a name as well. Thanks again, thank you guys so much. When you are in Dubai choose no other tour but ABC Tours. They are the best in more ways than one.

Amazing Safari experience for a corporate booking

Reena from ABC Tours helped throughout the booking for 22 people. She gave all information correctly and make our visit stress free. They promptly picked us from hotel and then we went in jeeps. Arif was our driver and he was amazing. The dune bashing with loud Arabian music was an unbeatable experience. Also the ATV ride was awesome while we got to drive through the open desert and not in circles. The shows were good and food was average. But overall highly recommend this safari.

The desert safari tour was amazing! Our tour guide Asif was so much fun! He catered to all our needs. He knew all the good photos to take that captured all our great memories. The dinner show was awesome and the variety of food was good. The sand dunes was fun and the camel ride as well. Thanks ABC tours for such an amazing experience

Best experience ever

THIS WAS AMAZING! It was worth every dollar, the tour guides are amazing, super funny, and extremely nice. Ansar works here and he’s just great, I told him it was my birthday and he told his coworkers to do something nice for me, which they did, it was perfect. He also took all of my pictures, he definitely knows what to do! They do such a great job here. This is definitely an experience, you won’t regret it at all!

Definitely a must when visiting UAE. The service is outstanding, they went for me at my location. The driver was very professional and passionate. The tour is a marvelous experience. The sight of the desert is unimaginable, have to see it once in a lifetime.

Simply amazing!

We had an amazing time and everything was great. There were some restrictions and things we could not do because of Covid, but everyone made sure that we spent a wonderful time. Our driver was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly!! The quad bikes and sunset was amazing! Definitely worth the money for the experience.

Amazing experience

It was a great experience from beginning to end. My wife and I got to have the 4x4 SUV all to ourselves because the other family had a sick child and weren’t able to make it. We felt safe throughout the trip. We stopped at souvenir store for a few minutes. Then we headed to the safari to ride around for a while. Lastly, we were taken to a camp when it was close to sunset where we were entertained with drinks, henna hand painting, camel riding, belly dancing, there were three entertainers that day. It was quite an unforgettable experience. Our driver was a wonderful chaperone.

I thoroughly enjoyed the dunes bashing in the 4x4 and our guide was so friendly and charming. The food was delicious and we met so many people from other countries as well. We also did the grand mosque tour which was an amazing experience overall. I would definitely do this trip again when I am visiting Dubai.

Great experience

Initially we booked the normal experience but was given the opportunity to upgrade to VIP and were glad we did! Everything was as advertised the food was plentiful, many options, the drinks were great including the alcohol and the excursions themselves were fun for us all. I’d recommend this tour to everyone!

Daring the dunes was fun!

The entire experience was AMAZING!!! We were a party of 5 and so we opted for private pick up by car (7 seater). This proved to be an even decision. Communication from the company was prompt and consistent once our trip was booked. Our driver and guide (Razak) deserves not 5, but 10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 He was prompt, informative and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. We thoroughly enjoyed the ATVs, the dune bashing, camel rides and entertainment. A couple of persons in our party got to participate in the dance. It was so much fun! The snacks and dinner served at the desert camp was delicious! I know the sun has been practicing every day for eons, but the sunset was absolutely perfect! 😊 There are artisans that make and sell beautiful and talented sand art as well as a lady that does henna. We definitely recommend ABC for the dessert safari. We were so pleased with their service, we booked them for a private guided Abu Dhabi tour too. I attached a few photos but they are just a glimpse into the awesome entertainment offered.

Experience which will stay with you

An excellent experience with an exeperienced guide Mr. Abdul is one memory which will stay with us forever. Mr. Abdul has been extremely courtious and was able to answer all our queries. An excellent 4 wheel driver with whom we felt safe and enjoyed the fun of running a 4x4 in desert.

Not considerate of health issues and a waste of money

Although I do not believe any part of this tour was worth the cost, my biggest complaint is that I notified ABC Tours that I had a neck issue. According to their write-up, they will come up with an alternative plan to sand during for expecting mothers or those with serious health problems. Despite my notifying them on at least 3 occasions, they failed to respond to any of my queries and hence no alternate plans were made. On our way to the BBQ, we stopped in the middle of the desert to let air out of our tires. Our guide confirmed that we would begin sand duning immediately. I advised him that I had neck issues, had advised his company of this, and asked that he be careful. He did not acknowledge my concerns at all. In fact, as we were making hard left and right turns going up and down the dunes, my head hit the side window. Our driver was clearly not concerned about my stated neck concerns. I spent the rest of my vacation with a stiff neck and had to visit my doctor upon returning home. There was a sign on the back of the driver's seat stating that they would give us a briefing and safety information before we started sand duning. This was not done even after I asked the driver about it. The food was mediocre at best. Nothing was served hot. The food arrived in our tent and we were served communal style with no utensils. The camel ride lasted less than 2 minutes as you rode in a small circle. We spent more time getting on and off the camel than on an actual "camel ride" itself. ABC Tours states that you will be offered an "exclusive table in the front line area where the live show takes place". In fact, you are in an elevated tent BEHIND the rest of the crowd. Some staff members stood right in front us blocking our view of the performances. Furthermore, several poles were were wrapped with lights at the path between the "exclusive tables" and the general seating area. The lights were so intense that they blocked anyone in most of the tents from seeing the evening performances. Our guide was uncommunicative during the ride to and from our hotel, grunted responses at questions asked during the ride, and unconcerned about my medical issues. Save your money and remove this activity from your itinerary.

Well, inside the jeep where I was with my husband was also a family of 4 they should have been in an exclusive jeep, which was at a hotel approximately 30 km away from our hotel. Exclusive services does not describe the tour, it would be better if such words did not appear in the title. We had a trip to the other side of the city twice, before and after de safari. We were very pleased to have a very good driver, though, and the camp experience is really fun.</p>

<p>I would definitely recommend this desert safari, since it's a perfect complement for the activities usually developed in the city. Originally I had some doubts on whether to make it or not since temperatures were very high end of August 2017, therefore summertime in Dubai, but since the weather was dry and vehicles had air-conditioning my decision proved to be right. A rush of adrenalin was felt when the expert guide drov in the towering dunes, and after that, there was a chance to ride a camel and see menay more throught the safari and to enjoy the beauty of a belly-dancer performance. Don't miss it when you visit Dubai.-</p>

<p>We were picked up from the hotel and were pleasantly surprised to discover we had a private car for just the two of us. Our driver, Amjad, was very friendly and helpful throughout the trip. My partner particularly liked meeting the camels in the desert and we both enjoyed Amjad's skills at negotiating the dunes at high speed. The evening finished at the camp where we enjoyed a shisha and some excellent food while being entertained by various traditional dancing. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and made a welcome break from the bustle of Dubai city.</p>

Expérience inoubliable avec un service au top, tout était parfait ! Je recommande sans aucune hésitation.

Super excursion dépaysante

Pick up à l'hôtel parfaitement à l'heure. Super excursion dans le désert avec notre chauffeur Ansar !! 4x4 dans les dunes, environnement dépaysant avec quelques chameaux au milieu des dunes. Parcours légèrement sportif dans les dunes qui amène un peu d'adrénaline. Petit tour en chameau court mais suffisant et très sympa. Une fois arrivé au camp, boissons à volonté, mise en bouche et repas à volonté. Super de pouvoir manger un barbecue en plein désert. Le spectacle est vraiment sympa, avec la musique, cracheur de feu, danseuse orientale. Encore un fois merci à ABC Tours Dubai et à notre chauffeur Ansar avec qui nous avons beaucoup échanger pendant le trajet !! Je recommande cette excursion sans réserve...

No puedes irte de Dubai sin haber hecho un Safari por el Desierto

Si querés llevarte una linda e inolvidable experiencia fuera de lo común, deberías realizar un Safari por el Desierto en Dubai. Primero voy a contar mi experiencia, luego unos tips. Si bien Dubai está en el medio del desierto, eso no lo apreciamos hasta que hacemos una vista de 360° al horizonte y lo único que ves es arena!!!. No solo vas a tener esa oportunidad sino también la de andar por las dunas en una 4x4 es una experiencia con mucha adrenalina y segura, ya que las camionetas están protegidas con barras antivuelco y los conductores (al menos lo que vi) son prudentes. El conductor para en distintos puntos para que puedas realizar las fotos que quieras y ver el atardecer en el desierto, que es otro de los lindos recuerdos que te vas a llevar de esta experiencia. Luego del safari con las 4x4, el campamento en medio del desierto te espera con varias cosas para seguir disfrutando tomando un café árabe con dátiles, opción de hacer sandboard, dar un paseo en camello, vestirte como un árabe, probar shisha, presenciar muy lindos espectáculos (de fuego, danzas arabes, etc), comida típica muy rica libre y bebida libre (excepto el alcohol que es de pago). Como recomendación, mi experiencia con la empresa que contraté fue muy linda, pero independientemente de la empresa que contraten, si van a realizar el tour, les recomiendo que hagan el tour completo, que es el que hice, ya que los que eligen hacer solo el tour con las 4x4 te llevan por otros lougares y no paran en todos los puntos. Por otro lado quien quiera optar por andar en cuatriciclos en las dunas lo puede hacer pagando al momento de contratar el tour o en el momento donde paran para realizar esa actividad. Siempre es recomendable ir con ropa cómoda y llevar agua ya que las temperaturas son elevadas. Y por último...predispuestos a disfrutar!!!
