One elevator, forever wait time, and you weren't even at the top with this booking. It's only half way. I'd recommend another provider. Make sure you go to the 200th floor! Just book online directly.

Best trip in Dubai

I recommend everybody to visit Burj Khalifa in Dubai. Morning and afternoon time is good discovering, because in evening so many people. Good luck 👍🏻

Great family experience

No hassles at the actual location . The tickets were revived on time . The directions to reach the point were accurate .

Amazing experience in Burj Khalifa and Dubai aquarium and Underwater zoo combo. These are must visit while you are visiting Dubai.

A unique experience

I was as excited as a kid, being so close to the stingrays & sharks, to be able to almost touch them when I was in the tunnel. I also enjoyed the zoo with all the other underwater creatures.

Unfortunate circumstances

Unfortunately we could not make it due to a visa problem and the tour operator unwilling to change the dates or cancel for us. This was expensive for us and would have been our first time. We are in Dubai next week but wont be able to afford another ticket as this is not in our budget.

Amazing

Amazing Beautiful the city view from the Burj Khalifa was just amazing. The aquarium was great and beautiful. I love seeing the royal blue parrots.

Horrible experience Misinformed about the time and had to buy a different ticket. I was told I wouldn’t get a refund. Very upsetting

Good combo but not for the cost.

The experience was very good, great views and beautiful aquarium. Gave 4 stars because I do not believe it was worth the cost. Pretty high cost for what was received.

The views were amazing and we took so many pictures! The entire set up is perfectly organized. A great lifetime experience

At the top

The technology there is amazing. You dont even feel the elevator going to the top. The view is amazing. You can see everything. I expected more out of the aquarium.

124th floor on Burj Khalifa, a bit expensive

The view from Burj Khalifa is no doubt breathtaking but having said that the overall experience of waiting for about 40 minutes to enter and 40 minutes to exit, we just got 10-15 minutes of pure viewing but that was interrupted several times because of the crowd. Aquarium is also within the Dubai mall and is well curated experience for kids, however there is a Dolphin Aquarium which is much better than this one. For first timers, would recommend atleast going to the top once but during sunset time else the experience is ruptured

Good family fun!!

Everything was awesome!! Burj Khalifa was absolutely mind blowing with is beautiful architecture ! The underwater zoo and aquarium had so many different species of fish that I have never seen before! It was both beautiful and educational!!

Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall aquarium

There were many different tickets of Burj Khalifa with many different variations. I was overwhelmed and wanted to give this one a shot. This was very basic- although it was mostly aimed for ‘peak time’, all I got is huge crowd 🙄. It was already dark, so there was no chance of seeing further, or any magical sunset hue. After waiting a lot, I got to take the elevator. From 125th floor ( I suppose), saw all Dubai lights. It felt like aircraft landing experience ( except the moving sensation). It was all glass walls - no terrace experience. And then again long line for taking the elevator for coming down! I felt this one as overrated and a bit hoax. Next, the Dubai mall aquarium - if you have already experienced larger aquariums in the US ( for eg, in Atalanta, or, Dallas) you can easily give this up without any FOMO - you are not kissing out anything. This is the tiniest aquarium I have ever visited. This is also quite overrated - instead, I could have invested the time in exploring the mall. Dubai Mall is much better.

Can do it without tickets.

Not really worth doing this excursion. Overpriced for what you actually do. The Bhurj Khalifa was a 2 and a half hour waiting experience to get up and down with a ten minute view at the 124th floor. The crowds of people and standing were exhausting. Staff not friendly at top either. It’s on the mall where you then get to go to the underwater aquarium and underwater zoo. What a waste of money. You can see the whole aquarium from the outside of the Mall. All you do for the ticket is walk under a tunnel looking at what you saw outside for about 70feet. Underwater zoo is a few otters, crocodile, see turtles and penguins. What I didn’t like are these poor 1 or two parrots locked up in a cage where they couldn’t even fly squawking for sound effects I suppose. Thought it was cruel. All in all don’t waste money on this. Bhurj Khalifa beautiful from outside lit up at night

Wonderful combined experience

Thoroughly enjoyable experience. As it was getting a little busy at the Burj Kalifa we managed to be sent up and down in lifts that aren't normally used. I'm taking this as a positive as we got to see areas normally not available to the public. The main downside on the viewing deck is people hogging the window space for that perfect shot of themselves, instead of just taking in the amazing view. The aquarium and underwater zoo is fantastic.

Worth going

Burj Khalifa is amazing! Incredible views.We booked a 19:00 trip,so we were able to watch fountain show from 125 level.And before going up we watched it from the ground as well. The only sad experience -not enough signs in Dubai mall how to find the entrance to Burj Khalifa.But we were happy to buy very nice souvenirs on 125 level.Really nice prices

In the mall of madness

Do get your ticket times at an early time or the latest. I made the mistake and got them at noon and had to wait hours on line just to get to the top… and this was during the off season! The tower is connected to the mall and the mall is huge so be prepared to get lost. The aquarium (also in the mall)is okay kinda smaller than I expected. And you have to pay extra to see the sharks and penguin show

The view from 128th floor is breathtaking.. Aquarium was very interesting. Good variety of species.. well presented.

Burj is overrated, but aquarium a big hit

The zoo and aquarium are really worth visiting, the tower less so. If you get a misty day, you can't see anything. You also have to fight past everyone trying to get 'influencer' shots.

Unhappy customer

We was only able to enjoy half of this package. The Burj was great, but no one told us we had to keep the Burj tickets for the aquarium and zoo. We only had one physical ticket and they did not accept our eticket given by visitor. We were denied entry. Very disappointing.

Overcrowded

Overcrowded and folks would jump in front of you when it’s your turn to take a pictures. However, I was able to purchase some nice pictures in which it’s very expensive to show.

Definitely worth it

We had a great time at all 3 attractions. Its really nice that everything is in the mall. We didn’t have a tour guide so we could take our time and walk around the mall.

Disappointing

Our experience at the top of Burj Khalifa was disappointing given the haziness. You can skip the tickets to the aquarium. We all felt it was a rip off. You just go through a short clear tunnel with fish swimming around. You have a better view of the fish from the Dubai Mall side.

This was a really great experience! One thing about say about it is go early because it's inside the dubai mall. And there so much to do inside the mall. Just make the half of day about this. You will thank me later.

Tickets booked through Viator. No Pick or drop off involved. The smooth operations insure to go on the top and enjoy safe

Late but accepted

I had a 6 hour layover and booked to go. Because of delays getting though customs and car service was late, my 8:00pm booking was missed. However the counter accepted my voucher and was able to do both in the time I had before going back to the airport for my connecting flight.

Advertising trick

I'm always using viator on my vacations and usually it's a great experience . The reason I bought this deal because it says "avoid the long line with a premier admission" . But it's not true ! I paid a $190 for 2 tickets to avoid the line and after I spent more then 3 hours in line I contacted the viator . They told me I didn't understand the meaning of "avoid the long line with a premier admission" it's just an advertising and doesn't mean nothing . So, before you get something from them please make sure you understand them completely and it's not the advertising trick other way you'll waist your time and money 💰 . I'm extremely disappointed and won't use the viator again.

Headache with Views

The process to get in was terrible. It had 1 person at the front of the line Que. because of how long it took to get into Burj , the aquarium was closed by the time we came out. Luckily they let us go into the aquarium another day. It did have good views but they needed to clean the glass. All the finger prints were in our photos🤦🏾‍♀️

Worthy experience

It was a fun experience with the highlight being the zoo and Burg Khalifa view. My son (18) enjoyed the afternoon and also a plus not having to leave the mall.

If you just want someone to buy your ticket. This is ok.

I'm tired

It's really tall, but the wait is long... The whole process took about 4 hours, but we waited in line for 3 hours and 30 minutes. It's the best in the world, so I think it was worth it...
