Absolutely amazing. Worth the money. I was in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend it. Loved Dubai.

Great experience

Top place to see cool building and the views are spectacular. Need to arrive 15 minutes earlier than scheduled time, expect to wait another 30-45 minutes in line during weekdays. Weekends worse. Walking from Cinema drop off takes at least 10-15 minutes to arrive at the ticket office. Schedule enough time. They have free luggage storage. It was very warm standing in line for 3 elevators. Ride is 1 minute to 126th floor in dark elevator.

A Different View of Dubai

Nice view especially at night. The lines to get in or out was not good. To see the view at night was breathtaking.

A bucket list must

Great scenery even though it was windy and dusty. Recommended booking tickets before arrival as we tried a couple of days earlier without booking a couldn't get in. Very easy and quick booking service

Requested a refund due to the flooding

Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to fly there due to the flooding and had to cancel my plans. I kindly requested a refund and was denied. I would appreciate reconsideration as the natural disaster is why I was unable to attend.

Great activity and straight forward to enter.

A very easy journey up to the view point, was fairly busy but we didn't have to wait too long. We nearly missed the stairs up to level 125 from 124. but lots of photo opportunity's and very clean and tidy, worth a visit while in Dubai.

Don't miss it!

A must-do if you visit Dubai. The view from the 124th floor is astounding and the whole experience is effortless due to the slick organisation. So glad we did this.

Unable to go for trip due to extreme weather conditions

Please refund, as it was impossible for us to come to Burj Khalifa for our 7 p.m booking on April 16th. There were no taxis available and no hotel shuttle. This was a major weather related situation. So kindly refund our tickets. Ms. Padma Bogard

Worth doing this

We went at the 10am slot. I felt the whole process was smooth because going earlier its not as busy. Fast moving queue to get in and once at the top we were able to admire the amazing views, wander around, take photos. My advice is go early and enjoy it.

One off experience like no other

Amazing experience to view Dubai from 124 floors up. The viewing area is amazing and you don’t feel rushed or herded. Lots of information about the building of it and the internal workings of it.

Breathtaking

Breathtaking views and very efficiently organised. The fountain was also spectacular. Very glad we went at night as the light were gorgeous. An amazing feat of engineering. Could have had some seats at the top and somewhere to buy water

Lifetime experience

The view from the 125th floor was incredible, especially at night. The staff were very helpful throughout our visit.

Super view

Very stunning view …. It starts already with the lift going up. Well organized and also we were able to stay as long as we wanted

Please don't bother!

Perhaps I went to the tower at the busiest time ... Too long queue and the lifts were not big enough . Personally the Frame is much better value and more interesting.

Fantastic views

The organisation of the trip is exceptional . Unfortunately through no fault of the Burg Khalife the queues are long and the majority of the 2 hours at the visit is spent queuing for the main event . As a OAP some seating would have been welcomeWhich is not time dependant which was good . There were several activities you could participate in ( at an extra charge ) but good they were available !!

The Burj Khalifa

The view was spectacular from the Burj Khalifa. The entry point was easy to find. Ticket collection was quick and the queue went down quickly. Viator ensured I had all the details I needed and sent me a reminder also.

Awesome building

Incredible experience We went to 124 and 125 floor. It was easy to get the tickets to go in. The company tour send me a voucher and then we access inside of the Dubai mall.

Burj Kalifa - At the Top!

Awesome, fully recommend visiting!! Went to the burj kalifa around 11am and didn’t leave the whole area until 10pm. So much to do in the mall and the fountain shows in the evening are a great way to spend the day

On top of the world

Beautiful experience at BK where you feel like you’re on top of the world! Buying tickets beforehand helped to avoid the long queues at the front desk and allowed for a smooth process!

Nice views

Views were excellent. Bit disappointed that my ticket said 10am . Must be there 9.45. If not on time will loose spot. Got there then and had 50 people infront of me buying tickets. Can see no reason to buy before and then lady had to turn on a separate computer and search for my ticket.

Brilliant experience

The view is amazing and the exhibition on how it was built was interesting. The off peak time was ideal the queues were not that bad.

You can see the entire Dubai. It’s amazing architecture and the extraordinary planning and maintenance . A futuristic city!

Fairly busy. Long queues. Best to arrive early. Everything is extremely well conceived and executed. Amazing attention to detail. A stunningly beautiful building with stunning views at the top. Plenty of time to enjoy 360 views of Dubai. Not to be missed.

A visit to Burj Khalifa.

It was a good experience & all went well. Shame we didn’t see fountains working they don’t start till 1800. Shopping Mall was huge. Easy to get a taxi back

Fantastic experience

Impressive building and amazing views! it is worth to go up to the highest building in the world. The only problem is the queue, even if you book it online, you need to go to collect the ticket and wait the long queue.

Disappointed

I found it quite disappointing. The view isn't that beautiful, the lines are extensive both to go up and down. After sunset, there are many lights inside the building that reflect on the glass and don't make the photos look nice. I was disappointed, wouldn't go again.

Spend the money on waiting!

Waiting time is toooooo long. Spend 2 hours to take the elevator to go up. Stay at the top for few minutes., very crowded and unable to take pictures. Waited another 2 hours in line to go down.

Really long lines to get ticket and get into the elevators (both to go up and to go down). Views are ok, nothing spectacular.

Incorrect ticket time

Tickets time in the system was incorrect. Burj ticket window was showing a different time than my booking time in Viator

What a view

The views were phenomenal! The gift shop has better prices than the mall, get your souvenirs there. We arrived a little earlier than our scheduled time but it was not a problem.

Splendid experience

The elevator and the level 124 deck. Splendid experience! My parents enjoyed every moment of the experience. Will repeat someday!

Berg Khaliffa

A fantastic trip up in the Berg Khaliffa with my wife on her birthday, an experience we will not forget. Take away all the security and queuing a brill time had .

The view is indescribable and you should try and go around sunset time as this is even more spectacular

Good experience

Definitely worth a visit. Interesting to see how it was built etc. Although it was too busy on the observation deck to take decent photos. The queue to come back down in the lift took a while and the air-con didn’t seem to be working.

A must see experience

Fantastic Views of Dubai. Great experience. Definitely recommended. Well looked after and was given priority due to needing a walking stick to walk.

Had no problem accessing the ticket, your website is very efficient , on going support to clients. Constant reminders of upcoming events is great for clients.Very efficient

Disappointed with the tour, false promise of 125th floor

Couldn't go to the 125th floor as mentioned in the voucher. Instead my ticket was provided with 124th floor and complementary cafe (ground floor).

Great experience

It was a little confusing figuring out where to go but once we got there, all was good. We went to the 124/125. Lines were long, but the view was excellent. I recommend this excursion.

Completely inflexible, no refunds or changes regardless of illness

I called Viator as well as the local touring company a day before the Burj experience to let them know my children were sick and I’d like to change the dates. They had a zero change policy - no refund, no change of dates, wouldn’t even let me give the tickets to anyone else to use. Lost USD$250. Terrible to be so inflexible, especially with a tourist attraction. I’ve always had a good experience with Viator but on this one, I really wish they had very clearly laid out on the booking page how inflexible the policy was.

At the top

Easy process and the overall experience was amazing right along with the breathtaking views would definitely suggest that if your ever in Dubai this is a absolute must

No great shakes at the Top.

Nothing great. The buildup to the experience was more than the actual experience. The view is same as from a 40,50 or 60th floor window. The cost does not justify the trip at all. I dont recommend this trip to anyone. Better to book a table at a resturant and see the views fron there.

The best 360 degree view in the world

The view at 124 floors! Also, the walk through the Dubai Mall. It would be helpful to have some information advising us that we may need to arrive approximately 1 hour before our schedule time. We expected it to be crowded but it takes quite a while to walk through the Dubai mall to get to The check-in area and the elevators

Poor trip badly organised. Do Not recommend.

Very poor tour. Far too many people in the facility at the Same time. Huge queues to get to the elevators. 1hr plus wait. Badly organised queuing system with masses of people on top of each other. If there was an incident goodness knows what might happen. Spent 15 to 20 mins at the top in 3 hrs. Had to then queue to get back down again. Another 45mins. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Certainly not family and children. OVERALL POOR.

Nice view, it was kind of over crowded which makes it hard to get good photos but worth the visit!!!

Disappointing thought I was going to the next level?£65 to go to floor 124not value for money!!! No one to ask for help or any details apart from a cleaner!!!! Working on the stairs.
