Excellent enjoyed the view from the observation deck. However we really enjoyed the aquarium and dived with the sharks, first time SCUBA.

Great views but long wait

Be aware of the long lines getting in and getting out. 45 minutes each way. Great views but plan ahead getting there as the entrance is inside the mall. As a first time no one said this.

Iconic skyscrapers

The elevator all the way up in 60 seconds. Incredible indeed. The view from the top was really spectacular. One of the best and tallest of all.

At the top...with exhilaration!

This was a wonderful experience and opportunity to wnjoy!! Even though the line to get unto the Burj Khalifa was a bit long, the reward was definitely worth it!! I must say, it was indeed, the fastest elevator ride I've ever had!! I would recommend this excursion to anyone wanting to do something different and memorable!! It was very impressive to read about the history. The view is spectacular and I would highly recommend it.

A must just for the aquarium & zoo alone

We didn't use this tour company but it's the same experience. I'm not a fan of high places so I didn't spend much time on the observation deck which felt like it had the weakest floor boards underneath me. You could feel the floor give with each step. I was with a group that really wanted to go so I had to go along with the crowd. The view was a bit underwhelming due to it being smoggy outside. It was very sunny but I'm guessing that was smog blocking the view. Now the aquarium & zoo in the mall were amazing!!! So beautiful!!! That mall... highly impressive. Go hungry so you can enjoy all the delicacies that mall has to offer.

Outstanding view🤩

The place is not big like the CN Tower here in Canada but the view of the city is breathtaking. The Architecture is unique. It is really a must see🥰 I love how clean the place was and the staffs were very polite. The only bad thing the souvenir pictures are too expensive…OMG!🤪

Very bad experience and Company

Very bad experience. We had no guide, the photos cannot be taken because of the reflection of the people in the glass, and there are so many people that you can't see anything.

Brilliant and a must see

Apart from the fact that the queues were long it was well worth the wait as the views were amazing, the lift was amazing as you didn’t feel anything and all of a sudden you were up at the top

A must-do with a great company

Obviously the Burg Khalifa is a must-do while in Dubai. I like that this also included a ticket to the aquarium, which is a pretty impressive experience for being inside a mall. Both I and my 18yo son really enjoyed it. And the booking company was great...we were delayed arriving in Dubai and actually missed this booking as it was supposed to be on our first day. I figured we would just have to eat the cost since there's a no cancellation policy, but the company rescheduled and rebooked or tickets with zero hassle. Highly recommend!

Great View from the top

It was a great time, the observation deck was fantastic and the 360° view was quite breathtaking the underwater zoo wasn't quite as expected however was still an awesome time for the money

Book ahead

We booked ahead and would definitely recommend this. Our booking included a hotel transfer which again I’d recommend especially if staying at the Atlantis which is far out of town.

Amazing view

We went early, 11am, to avoid the lines. I'm sure it's more magical at night, but I hate waiting in lines. I would say there is no need to pay for the combo because you can see the big, amazing sea creatures in the mall for free. Unless you're interested in otters and turtles, skip the combo and only pay for the Burj Khalifa only.

HORRIBLE

this was a HORRIBLE experience....they need to be more coordinated with the heavy traffic of visitors....I REALLY wish I could get a refund....the customer service at the Aquarium & Zoo was horrific, the representative didn't know which voucher to use, this was an expensive feature and the absolute WORST

Burj Khalifa - WOW

We booked a transfer from our hotel to Dubai Mall, our driver was on time and really friendly. I would highly recommend visiting the Burj Khalifa, this is value for money however I wouldn’t say the same about the Dubai Aquarium… The staff weren’t helpful which already put a downer on the experience, it was very cramped and you either had to wait a while to see the underwater zoo or skips parts, it wasn’t explained that we wouldn’t be able to see the sharks so that wasn’t ideal either. The Burj Khalifa and the whole experience from start to finish was memorising, I really enjoy this part of the trip. More information about the Dubai Aquarium would be helpful next time and issuing a QR code for tickets might work better as we struggled to get our tickets and at first was denied entrance to the Dubai Aquarium because of this! Tips for travellers would be to spend the afternoon enjoying the sights and stick around for the fountain light show in the evening!

Excellent except the ques.

Excellent views but the only problem is the ques. The hanging around is awful. The left hand don’t know what the right hand is doing.

Great view and love the animals!

Our driver was fantastic and full of great information! The best part of The Top was the view, of course! Be prepared to walk a lot, though, and see the city from miles in the sky! The aquarium and underwater zoo was also excellent. Have been a few times and they always have new exhibits! Love seeing the critters.

Food all the way up!

Imagine you go all the way up to level 125 of Burj Khalifa, and you see group of people sitting down on the floor in front of the window (the only place most people take photos) and eating the food that they brought from home!! other than that seeing the outside view from level 125 was great.

Top of the world!!

I mean to see the tallest building in the world and elevate to the 124th floor in 60 secs, well I’d be telling lies if I said it wasn’t worth it. Does get a little crowded when on the top levels as far as getting souvenirs go. They are pricey so I opt to get later from other places for cheaper price.

Not worth the money

The whole experience was about 10min and most of it was waiting online to go back down on the elevators. The aquarium was just a walk through arch not a true aquarium.

Highly recommend

Transfer was easy. Lines weren’t long. View was absolutely amazing! Our group enjoyed both attractions soooo much!

Look at it from the outside!

Lines were too long, 1.5 hours to get up and over an hour to get back down. So crowed at the top, couldn’t even take pictures… best to look at the tower from the outside.

Organise Online tickets

Good opportunity to see the Mall. Bit overwhelming for me but then I am not a shopper. Aquarium - it’s good but probably appreciated more if you have children. Personally, I think standing in the Mall you can see what you NEED to see. If you WANT to see more, then yes, buy a ticket. The online tickets purchase is a bit confusing. The online voucher says you have to swap the voucher for a ticket but it gives an address which my husband and I found difficult to find. In the end, it turns out you simply take your online voucher to the main ticket desk in the Mall and they swap it for the ticket. You can swap it early, go to the Aquarium whenever you want ( that day) and then return at your allotted time for the Burj. Afterwards, head outside for the fountain show

Awesome experience at BurjKhalifa & Aquarium

In nov-22 I have visited this world's highest rising building Burj Khalifa. The visit to 124th floor on top was mesmerizing. What a view of Dubai city you get from this top floor. Dubai's infra & glass building shines everywhere. Most photogenic spot, tons of photo clicked by everyone. Only thing is there is long queue at the Lift/escalator to reach the top 124/5 floor, at both times (up & down). Having early booking at 10am, helped us to reach top floor w/o any queue waiting. Now in the same dubai mall, Aquarium& underwater zoo was nice experience as well. My kid enjoyed at lot at this Aquarium. Tons of fishes, even penguins are there to pay & visit. Overall I will highly recommend to visit Burj Khalifa topfloor view is must. For kids the Aquarium visit is the best you can give them as a gift .

Not So Impressive View

This is my 3rd visit to Dubai and finally I got to go up to the top of Burj Khalifa. After all the minutes waiting in line for the lift I went up and wasnt that impressed with the view,

Lot of effort for a poor experience

Huge lines - had to wait nearly an hour to get in the lift up and another hour to get down. People were crammed in the lift like animals. All you get for the effort is to click some unclear pics in very hot weather with 100s of people jostling for space. The underwater aquarium is a tunnel 50m, so not really worth it unless you have kids

Burj Khalifa Visit

The Burj Khalifa is a wonder in itself. The view was amazing, it was very crowded, but the security made it as efficient as you can get when managing such huge crowds.

It was okay

The Burj elevator was cool. Nothing else special about it... If you've seen one observation deck you've seen em all. This Aquarium was nothing to see... Trash 🙄. Everything was just average...I will say the Building is beautiful to look at from outside.

Excellent event not to be missed

Booked the dual ticket Khalifa and Aquarium Marina just glad we booked on-line as queues so long. Well organised Lord the top of the Khalifa and walking round the aquarium spent a good afternoon then watched the fountains. Would definitely recommend a visit if in Dubai also to book in advance.

Done it twice before

The very very long wait. People waiting to buy ticket on the day, people waiting to receive their ticket on the day and people already with ticket to enter all queued on the same very long queue when the front where you buy and receive ticket is totally empty. Nothing they could do about the queue but separating the people from the start would have helped instead of waiting on a line when the ticket points are all empty till you get to the front.

Iconic Experience

Bought our tickets in the mall for the early afternoon. Decided to splurge for the premium tickets right to the top (145 floor) which included aquarium entry. Quite expensive but made for a very calm and unhurried experience. We timed it perfectly for an aerial view of the fountains which was a bonus. It was hazy and i had expected to see the palm and world islands. The view was spectacular in any case and it was very interesting to identify different landmarks and the general layout of Dubai. The lounge also included one alcoholic drink and unlimited softdrink and juice and beautifully presented canapés and desserts. As the tickets included entry to the aquarium we took the advantage and enjoyed a quick visit there as well. Was a great way to spend a few hours out of the incredibly hot sun. The queues did not appear to be great on our day but could see that on occasions they could be significant. I had not thought much about it prior to today but the engineering effort and resources to design and construct this building are mind blowing. I thought the photographs of various members of the team who made it possible was a great touch.

Unique

AT THE TOP - is a wonderful experience. Its one of a kind activity which is unparalleled by anything in the world. Certainly the only thing you get from up there is the view, and boy it is beyond words. At every hour of the day you get to see the best of Dubai from up there. Just make sure you visit the top on a clear day as other wise views will be restricted. If you have more money to spend you can still go higher at 140+ floors for dinning options. But genuinely view doesn't change much by going 15 floors higher. Comfortably spend an hour up there. Avoid noon hours as it gets pretty hot up there, at least in the open area. Sunsets are beautiful from up there and so is the whole Dubai. Make the most of it by clicking as many pics as u want from up there. As far as the Aquarium is concerned, its beautifully made and has very exotic marine life in it, but a lot of it can be seen even without entering it from the Mall side. You can figure that out once you are there actually. But if you are a fan of marine life or have kids along who admire fishes its a must do. wont take long. These both activities one under the other will comfortably take up 3 hours of yours.

Do not bother buying, please read!!

The wait just to the top is over an hour which is very annoying especially when you see those who have booked at the cashier walk passed you as the are top priority. The view at the top is amazing however, there is just way too many people there spoiling you shot. There is no control of how many people come in and out. Now the best part, leaving. This will take about 2 hours minimum. Yes that's right, I said 2 hours to leave. You will be ask to wait in front of a lift just to watch those people as mentioned above to walk passed again and exist. After about an hour you will be asked to enter the lift and only go one floor down (122 floor) again you will have to wait for the lifts to clear before going down to floor 121. Once at 121 it's only a 30mins wait will you go to floor 2 then wait again to go to the ground floor to exit. It's a joke.

We got an amazing view of Dubai. The city has beautiful building and the Burj Khalifa gave as an opportunity to see the top of the tall building.

A wonderful tour of an incredible hotel. I highly recommend it. The views are amazing. We did it with the cocktail afterwards and it was delicious

The offering is a scam - they send you a ticket for a different time slot, so you can't go in at the time you've chosen and planned for.

Must do activitity when visiting Dubai

What a view! Even on a hazy day you can still see for miles. My only advise is to purchase the skip the queue tickets as the wait to get to the top can be lengthy (over an hour). We also purchased the aquarium ticket and once you find the aquarium (situated on the ground floor in the Dubai Mall) you wont be disappointed. The aquarium is huge - spanning 2 floors and there are so many sharks, rays and fish to see. Make sure you head uup to the second floor to continue your experience where you will find more fish, otters and crocs to name a few! We had a really good time and felt this was money well spent.

A must do in Dubai

A must do experience! Both aquarium and at the top were brilliant and good to do as a package. Only suggestion is it took us 50 mins to get down so book your slot in preparation for the time the aquarium closes and if you have the chance go Thursday to Sunday when aquarium is open later to avoid rushing.

Quick efficient ride to the top. View was a little hazy but Stuart good time. Gift shop had lots of items.

You need to see it once how they make this miracle …confusing about the combi tickets with the aquarium, sorted it out before you buy otherwise you pay a lot for visit the Burj, take a fast lane otherwise you must wait along time ..also strange to pick up your tickets , put them directly in your app..

Good combo and impressive sights.

Floor 125! Amazing. The world looks so tiny. I was expecting to feel scared and apprehensive but it feels so safe and solid. No scary window lift or anything on the way up. Beautiful. But as with most places in Dubai, even if you pre-book, there is quite a lot of time spent in the queue. The aquarium is spectacular and we loved it.
