Burj Khalifa at the Top admission tickets in Dubai

Terrible

We paid 385 aed (£87) to enter The staff member told us "we're open until 11pm, you'll have plenty of time to see everything!". Even on the website it says they're open until 11pm. So, Imagine our surprise when we're walking around at 10:06pm and all the lights go off one section at a time! Desk operator not guided properly, and driver language but also a massive waste of money. I feel robbed by agent! Please do not waste your time or money, it is a total rip off.

Will not recommend you.

Almost 2 hours long queue to get in and 1 hour waiting to get out! No where to sit after such a long standing, agent have to inform us for before selling the tickets, our children health is very important, your business is not important. Very disappointed.

We had a great time with the other tours we had with you. We never received our confirmation. Operators at the tower try to help us by contacting you to see what happened to our confirmation. Even if it was changed to our account you had no details. I’m waiting for the Viator to correct this error. Thanks

Excellent views. Well organized even though long lines. The staff was helpful. We went during the day and enjoyed the views from both the floors.

Contact person do not bother about the coustomers and humiliate once you are traped.... irresponsible person and can not be trusted at all.... profit is her only Moto.... In Dubai to they manage to cheat and misbehave with the tourist...

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Burj Khalifa at the top through Tripline Tourism, and it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment I booked the tour, the hospitality extended by Tripline Tourism was exceptional. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a memorable experience was evident throughout.

2,5 hours waiting in lines with prebooking

We have two days in Dubai so I made sure to prebook our visit to Burj Khalifa. When i booked a 5 pm time slot through TripAdvisor I received the confirmation within minutes. 20 minutes later TripAdvisor’s Tour Operator Company in Dubai contacted me that they didn’t have that slot for me anymore and I’d have to rearrange. As we wanted to see the sunset (and had paid that extra money for the prime time) 6pm was not an option and all that was left was one time slot at 4pm and one at 4:30pm. We got there at 4:15pm as recommended by TripAdvisors cooperative Company i to get in together. From there on in every line we had to be in we moved so slowly and stood most of the time. There was a constant second line with travel groups. That line was a fast track and they were basically always allowed to move before all others. But that line never broke off and those groups were coming all the time. People and especially children got annoyed by waiting so long and seeing the others pass. I myself had difficulties standing so long due to back problems. So WHY do I book a time slot, being informed that the ticket is valid only during this specific time, when I have to wait in line forever??? The compliance of the time slot seems to be a one way street. In the end we waited 1,5hours to get up, caught the last glance of sunset and had to wait at least another hour in line to get back down. I recommend to take drinks and snacks with you. As we hadn’t planned this to take three hours we got really hungry waiting. Didn’t help for our patience. So this was highly unprofessionally organized by Burj Khalifa. Especially when taking 180€ for two persons for 2,5hours in line and 20minutes for enjoying the view. If I am going to book through TripAdvisor again in the future I’m not sure either. As I discussed our time plan with that cooperative Dubai Travel office (due to the offered, confirmed, but not held time slot) I wish they had informed about the rest of the time disaster as well. Hopefully other cooperative companies are doing better.
