Burj Khalifa 125th Floor, Lunch or Dinner at Rooftop Burj Club

Amazing experience!!

A must see when visiting Dubai. It took a while to walk around the mall to get to the entrance though.

What a lovely day. It was an amazing experience and the lunch was lovely it was really easy to book. I will never forget the experience of going to the top of the Burj Khalifa

Queue for a view, Burj Club dinner excellent experience

Went here as part of the At the Top package which included dinner after coming back down from the 124th floor. At the Top is incredibly busy and chaotic as they let too many people in, huge queues and waits, and 2 floors at 124 and 125 with a couple of tacky shops. Heavy rain the day we were booked and no one told us Rooftop at Burj Club was closed and we had to rebook - disappointing given the cost. Had to rebook which took a few calls and no real instructions how to actually get into the Burj Club, just told to get in the normal queue for the tower (which are huge!!) Thankfully we spoke to some of the staff at the Tower entrance in the Mall, and we were thankfully fast tracked via back entrance to the Burj Club (other diners we met had to queue for the main tower for over an hour to get to the restaurant) . However, all forgiven when you actually get there. On level 3 overlooked by the tower and ring side seat for the fountains (so go after 6.30pm for the shows). Staff excellent, and reasonable set menu as part of the package which was good - you don't really go here for the food, it for the experience. We took our time and had some drinks (very expensive ) and enjoyed 3 or 4 different fountain shows Incredible location for dinner

Disappointing. Far too busy to be enjoyed

We went on a Monday evening 7:30. Crowds were massive, queues everywhere. Ok it's a very popular tourist attraction so this has to be expected, but seriously..... this was excessive. When we finally got up to the viewing platform, again it was packed and we simply couldn't enjoy the views. Dinner was ok, food quality and service acceptable but given the price paid, overall not good value

Good experience ruined by queues.

Queuing for 2 hours just to get to the elevator. Food good but we were rushed by staff. View was great.

False advertisement, and Very Long Lines.

Long lines to get in and out, almost 3 hours in lines..... False advertising about the lunch, The description shows you eating lunch on the 125th floor, when in fact we had lunch on the first floor.😡

Dinner and show

Its was an overall fun experience and was definitely worth getting the dinner at the top restaurant the view and water show was great. The only drawback was the wait times to get into the tower going up to the top and coming down took over an hour

I didn't expect to get...

I didn't expect to get there an hour early, and still be in the queue for over 2hrs. When we eventually got to the top, there was no control. A lot of people had been allowed in such that it was hard to walk around or even admire the city through the windows.

Visit Burj Khalifa if you have enough free time

It took us more than an hour to wait for the elevator to go up Burj Khalifa and another one hour to line up to go down. There are only two elevators to bring the thousands of visitors up and down! They should solve the problem before selling their tickets.

Burj khalifa and dinner

The views were amazing, we took so many pictures. We ate dinner at the roof top burj khalifa was such a beautiful place. Watched the fountains whilst we ate. Food was very nice too. Drinks are not included which is a bit of a shame considering the price

Unfortunately, the dinner was nothing special in terms of views and service. The food was not good. The experience was disappointing and I would not waste time and money on this experience.

Not worth the money

No memorable parts this tour guide should be struck of your books, they do t answer you, expect you to find your own way, and don’t tell you that you will need to stand in a queue for about 2 hours

Birthday celebration

It was a very great experience being able to learn so much as we went up towards the top floor. Music was awesome and dinner and the fountain show were amazing

Top of the world

The burj khalifa is the most iconic building for me in Dubai. This is the second time I’ve visited and it doesn’t disappoint the views are tremendous. I don’t like heights which is bizarre but it didn’t bother me going up to the 124th floor. The trip also included lunch at the Burj Club on the 5th floor which was excellent too

Just book dinner without the top tour (was pathetic)

The restaurant. The food was good value for money. With the view. The experience to get to the too was TERRIBLE. No advise was made on the website to wear comfortable foot wear as A LOT of walking was involved.

I’m in the sky oh so high !

This was nice but felt very pressed to purchase pictures before the viewing started . I didn’t like that but I did enjoy the dinner. I just wish that better instructions on what to expect and go would’ve been clearer. All in all a great experience a must see and do for everyone . I would advise to add the lunch or dinner option because it makes it more worthwhile .

Amazing

The view was breathtaking and also the dinner at the restaurant was very good the fountain show was able to be seen from our restaurant table.

Once in a lifetime

We chose the evening to view as there had been some fog. The experience was breathtaking. The lights of Dubai is just astonishing. We finished off our visit with dinner at the restaurant. The fountain was superb. It’s an experience that shouldn’t be missed.

The views were incredible! I took photos and videos from every angle. I would definitely recommend viewing the city from the top. The queue is very long so do expect a long wait time of up to an hour or more. Unfortunately the dinner didn't live up to my expectations. I expected a lot more in terms of the quality of food, considering I paid for a 3 course meal. Once again the views were incredible from the restaurant too. It's a great opportunity to take some photos.

Amazing View

The view was breathtaking. The only thing I would recommend is to have a separate line for people who have dinner reservations for their restaurant. The line were too long and my son and I almost miss our reservation. There is no one to guide you or ask if you have dinner reservations, once you are at the bottom getting off the elevator. We had to exit and go to the entrance. We had to be ex courted back in. If you are not familiar, you would not had know. How to get to the restaurant.

Go to this place If you hate life

This place is absolutely horrible, I've never had such bad food my entire life. Limited menu, bad food ( I couldn't even swallow it) views were nothing out of the world either - the name rooftop is misleading - they put you on the 3rd level. Also I fell sick after having the fish. An absolute waste of time and money.

Burj highs…. And dinner lows

A trip to Dubai wouldn’t be complete without a visit to the Burj Khalifa. Was a experience to savour though. The meal after was a bit of an anticlimax……..at low level. Thought it was a bit overpriced, but glad we done it

DON’T VISIT

Don’t visit this place. Dis has to be the worst place you can visit in Dubai. The staff are rude and not helpful at all. The food are also the worst food I have experience in Dubai. Don’t visit this place.

Killa view

The view was unbelievable but the tour was a bit chaotic, too many people and too few guides. The food was good

At the top Bhurj Khalifa Brunch

The view was good and we too pics but for the price I paid and the food which got served its probably world's most highly rated places. Earlier I stayed at Ramada Wyndham with Bhurj Khalifa view and hence thought 528AED for lunch got wasted. This can be skipped without an eye drop and you will not miss anything.

Spectacular Burj Khalifa visit!

Amazing time visiting this wonderful building. We went to the 148th level Sky lounge, enjoyed their specialty coffees, pastries served with impecable taste, chic lounge area, spectacular views of all building.

Do it for the view, not the service

Value for money this is a good option but the service was poor. We booked for 7pm so had night time views from the 125th floor after the sunset crowds had gone and then down to the roof top bar terrace next to a pool for an evening 3 course dinner (this is probably on floor 3) Getting to the top is fine and the views are great but trying to work out how to get to the restaurant was confusing. Albeit once we asked a staff member at the top we were put to the front of the line for a lift and then down to the bottom where you ask someone else who then takes you through fire escape doors to another lobby where they then take you in a lift up to the rooftop area. Once that's done you get a great view of the fountains and that's why its worth the money for the combo ticket. The view on the ground doesn't show it as good as this. But the service was bordering on miserable. Easily the worst we had anywhere in Dubai and we were served 3 courses in 25 minutes!! The setting is superb so its worth doing. Just be prepared for fast and uninterested service.

Terrible

Absolutely disappointing! There is more hype about the Burj Khalifa than what it really is! It was dingy and dark and quite smelly! Given the number of tourists who visit the Burj Khalifa, one would think they would have it better lit and cleaner. The dinner was absolutely disgusting and our server was rude! We were waiting for over 45 minutes for our main course and the explanation that the server had was that we were not "a la carte" diners!!!!!! For the insane price we paid for this rooftop dinner it was an absolutely disappointment! The wood planks around the pool on this floor were creaky and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting! I would never recommend this to anyone!

Food was OK but would of saved money and gone elsewhere

View wasn't quite as good as we thought it would be, food was pretty nice but very small portions and felt very rushed as the plat was moved before we even put the folk down. Floor is really not good as it moves and flexes under any movement so when someone walks by the table the whole thing moves. Espresso martini was pretty nice but not the best iv had but certainly one of the most expensive

Don’t do this it’s false advertising

It says dinner at the rooftop. It was dinner at the bottom of Khalifa. Very dissatisfied with this tour.

Wonderful lunch!

The lunch was outstanding! The staff was very attentive! The view from Burj Khalifa is awesome! I loved it all and recommend it to everyone.

Was not worth it!!!

We were not able to eat at the restaurant. We were seated in the lobby to eat. VERY DISAPPOINTED, VERY DISAPPOINTED. Did not contact us regarding weather changes.

Disappointing - not what it sounds like when you purchase

The view from the Burj is nice and worth the visit but the lunch is awful- it’s in the ground floor leisure club and has nothing to do with the burj. Food was very very average and there was zero atmosphere as it was empty. Save your money - get a ticket to burj and forget the rest as it’s a gimmick

Over priced for what you receive

Really long wait time (over 1 hour) to go up to the top. Wasn’t clear that restaurant wasn’t on top of building but was actually on bottom floor.

Visionary

I had absolute breath taking moments, the amazing transformation of a desert to a masterpiece. Museum of the future 🙆🏽‍♀️ is a must see. Ride with the 🐪 😍… try the local food too 😋

Hurry up and wait

Waited hours in queues to access an observation deck that was overcrowded. The dinner was rushed and located on 3rd floor with views of the fountain only. Recommend you order off the menu and not the three course package and be prepared for very costly drinks.

Touring the city!!

This was an amazing experience!! You must go on this in Dubai. It was very informative, the tour guide was great and the sights were beautiful!

Let down

A lot of waiting around before getting to the top. Views were great, but not better than in NYC. Had dinner included at rooftop restaurant (ground floor?!) Food was ok, but felt very rushed. Great views but no ambiance. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately

Poor experience, badly organised, needing an overhaul

The trip to the top of the Burj was fine, it is much better having tickets in advance. The 124 and 125 levels are obviously touristy, a little busy, but usually able to get some nice photos and admire the views. In essence, you can spend as long as you want, but its a relatively quick photo opportunity really as there is not nice seating or relaxing spaces. My main reason for the 2 stars is the experience we had with respect to the dinner. The process is really complicated. When you finish your tour of the top and come down in the lift, there should be someone looking out for you to direct you for dinner. This did not happen for us, as a result we followed the signs and left, and exited. It was not obvious how to get to dinner as this can only be accessed via inside the Burj itself. In the end we had to queue up again, and the reception had to reluctantly find someone to escort us back in through the rear doors. This process took 30 mins, when we reached the restaurant we were told that we would have to wait and that the waiting times could be substantial. They do not book slots, its first come, first served. After all of that we did not wait and left. This experience needs a complete overhaul. I hardly leave reviews, but this experience was particularly bad. As you will see from other reviews, for some people it works fine, but if you want a no hassle, elegant dinner, this experience is not for you!

Best time ever

One of the most amazing site that I've been able to have was being on top of the Khalifa an being able to see the sites of Dubai. What an amazing site it was.

Nice place but safety is not a priority

LOCATION: The view and easy to access location. The entrance is in the mall so very convenient. DINNER: Rooftop was great and a much needed escape from the crowds. We got a frew great pictures and enjoyed the fountain show from the enclosed terrace (not really Rooftop). BURJ TOUR: The "tour" is self guided and not pleasant because of the number of people. Covid restrictions are not followed AT ALL. Personal space does not exist which I am shocked that there weren't any problems or arguments. My anxiety was high and if there was an emergency God knows how help would arrive. In my opinion if stuffing as many people as they xan in the building and elevators was the goal then they should not charge admission. It was loud and the voice over for videos could not be heard much less enjoyed. I expected more from my visit. Try to go early in the day because the night is just to packed to enjoy.

The only way is up

What a great experience a little bit of a queue to get in but nothing to worry about (weekends are worse) The views are breathtaking and it’s all done professionally. We opted for the luncheon at the roof top cafe it was wonderful food was lovely and well presented more a restaurant then cafe just the thing to make someone feel special (wife’s birthday)

Best of Burj Khalifa

This was the Best of Everything! I got to go to The Top of The Burj Khalifa and then have a delightful Dinner overlooking the Dubai Fountain. The Dinner was very nice and Jimmy made sure that all guests were well taken care of! The Fountan shows were beautiful. Again, this was the Best of Everything!

A must visit landmark in Dubai

Burj Khalifa had great views but long queues both going up and down. We had lunch afterwards but poor organisation so took ages to get to the restaurant and have the meal. The meal itself was nice and a lovely relaxed setting. However, expect to take 4 hours or so for visiting Burj Khalifa and the meal where the service was slow.

Second time's a charm

Second time to visit The Burj Khalifa, but this time I visited during the day time and added lunch in. Paid approx €70 for the observatory ticket and 3 course lunch and I thought it was quite good value. The weather was very humid and visibility was dull which was unfortunate, but that can't be helped. The staff managed the queue very well and very promptly and it took approx 30-40 mins from entry in the queue to being on in the lift. The restaurant isn't accessible via a public route, make sure to ask a staff member to show you where it is as it's quite private. Staff were very friendly and work very well to get us seated promptly. Food was very tasty and 2ltr water came with the table (all other drinks are purchased separately). Very enjoyable day and I'm glad we booked the ticket with lunch today.

Crowded, mediocre and Expensive

Poorly organised and very long lines. The Burj Club lunch is mediocre at best. If you want great skyline views, go to the Sky Views Observatory. As for lunch, anywhere would be better than in the Burj Club. Not only was the food mediocre, but the staff are indifferent and unhelpful. Getting to the venue requires extensive planning, you will get lost. Avoid!

Terrible experience

Awful experience, too crowded, we paid for the at the top and also for the dinner, we had to wait for 2 hours just to get inside, people paying for the dinner should be treated special!!!! Very bad experience
