We visited Burj Kalifa,the experience was stunning which ended with the fountains show în front of Dubai Mall....it was amazing,for sure i will be back în Dubai! 200 guests in a crowded space, all trying to take pictures of the amazing views, but standing is each other’s way. The long wait was as if “Disney” had designed the serpentine line that snaked through the galleries of the designer’s models and videos. Wow, what an elevator ride! 125 floors in super fast speed. The views were amazing, and worth the wait. Half the viewing area was in an observation area half way around the floor, but the best views were in the second half in their retail gift area.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!

Booked online for Burj and Aquarium tickets. Tickets and confirmation email never appeared. Tried calling the customer service several times and the number always rang out. Also tried the wattsapp messages and no reply. Have now raised a fraudulent payment notice with our credit card company.

Breath taking views

The view is spectacular up there. We had an opportunity to see downtown Dubai and many other places. It is a must see while in Dubai. So far that is my friends favorite place so far.

Great view of Dubai

We were able to tour the Burj Kalifa in the early afternoon. Although the weather was somewhat cloudy and visibility was not the best, we enjoyed seeing the city from this vantage point. The access to the 124th and 125th floors was quite orderly. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience.

Quick entry, didn’t feel too busy or crowded. Opportunity to grab a drink or snack upstairs nice experience.

I’m happy with my choice of doing 125th floor instead of the 158th because you will enjoy the same view of the city at a cheaper price

No Drama Booking

We received excellent service from the Rayna representative who works out of the lobby at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers. He arranged this ticket and for the Dubai Mall aquarium. Everything went very smoothly at both locations.

Mr. Vinay was so helpful and so friendly to help customer we just book online but with in 10min we got our ticket.

We booked while we are in the way and mr. Vinay was so helpful to book our ticket within 20min so thank you mr. Vinay and I will recommend to my friends too.

I really enjoyed my visit. Great view on the skyscrapers around without a queue and less price. However, I had to call and wait when the ticket will be confirmed after the purchase for more than a day. Was worried without instent confirmation.

Awesome Family Holiday

Words cannot begin to explain the gratitude I have for Hamza Zubair our Travel advisor; having the kids on their first international holiday, Hamza took the stress away of having to find something fun everyday with my kids from arranging the Desert safari with Achmat who also ensured a memorable safari trip to doing combo deals for the Burj and Aquarium to helping us get our Covid tests done to return back home...there are too many to mention. My family loved their holiday. Thank you once again Hamza for being patient with us making our vacation the best one ever.

Worst trip!

I had booked 2 skip the line burj khalifa tickets for Saturday the 25th of january 2020 at 2.30pm. When I first arrived, I was told I had to queue up despite having 'skip the line' tickets. I was really frustrated by this due to the extra cost I played to ensure I would avoid all hassle associated with queuing. However, we got through this and eventually were served to issue the tickets. To my surprise, my tickets had already been claimed at 11am and used under my name which meant I couldn't use the tickets I played for. The staff had said the only way we could clear this issue was to call yourselves up. I tried 3 different number for around 40 minutes which cut into our valuable, limited time in dubai. Finally, as the manager at the burj khalifa called another number which wasnt stated on your website, he managed to get through to someone who gave us the correct booking number however, I was told these tickets were infact standard ones and if I wanted skip the line, I would need to pay an extra fee. There was no concern from your company, nor was there any direction or apology for wasting my time and issuing a used booking. Overall, I was highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the service we received. This is the worst experience I have ever had with booking from a third party company who were happy to take my money but weren't concerned about my experience. This was false advertising and I will be taking this to the advertising standards authority.
