First Aquaventure Experience

Aquaventure is truly an amazing place where you get to spend family time. It’s not just the name but the exemplary customer service and attitude they project to their guests. Special mention to Adonis- Guest Services for giving his utmost customer service and giving us points where can we best go at a certain time. Whatever question you have, he know it! This shows great knowledge and dedication to the company he is in.

Happy Patrick is doing an amazing job leading the aqua fitness at the pool! This guy is the best. Atlantis should be happy with this guy he makes everyone smile and have a good time at the pool 👌🏼

Best Experience with our Host Reshma

Wowwwww!! It's a very very great experience !! We had a very amazing experience in the waterpark , we booked cabana and our host Reshma gave us all the knowledge about the waterpark and also serve us food she was always smiling and helping us with everything 😁 very friendly and professional ☺️

Atlantis Experience

Had a very wonderful trip! We stayed in the hotel and the staff were very lovely :) quite a family friendly environment and Kainat was very helpful at assisting us in the locker rooms. Would recommend going again!

Visit

I spent our family day in aquapark and we had fun specially my daughter. There’s a special area for kids alone so it’s good to watch her over there. We loved the place although the weather is getting hotter now summer is coming. The magician Adonis showed us some of his tricks and we’re amazed. Lifeguards are everywhere so we feel safe. Thank you Atlantis.

Worth it

The rides were really good and fun. There was a lot of rides to go on. The staff were friendly and kind. Will definitely visit the aqua water park again. Afreen was friendly and kind.

Amazing day at the water park. We upgraded to a cabana and it was definitely worth it. Madhav was such a good host and made our day perfect. He worked so hard to make sure we had everything we need and was very friendly. Thankyou!

Amazing waterpark

We have enjoyed a lot at aquaculture all was lovely I love to come again and again specially thanks Mr ahsan he was very friendly with us and he provided a awesome service

Too much waiting time

The park is for sure huge and has big slides, but me and my cousin didn't have the opportunity to try all the slides even though we spent around 7 hours there because of the long queues. Maybe the problem is that we went on a Sunday. There were a lot of people, but in our opinion the problem is that too much time passes between two people sliding and it is not well organised, so we spent most of the time just waiting in line. The second problem is that some people buy the AquaExpress (more than doubling the ticket price), which allows them to skip all the lines, so you have to wait even longer. At the end of the day we tried to do the long queue for the Odyssey of Terror, and after 1 hour of standing waiting, they told everyone something was broken and they just closed the slide.

Racist

I am 40 and have wanted to go to Atlantis since I was a kid. So I was super excited. However my Wife had an injury in the ocean. Lifeguard was helpful and so was aid station however the “aid report” could never be found later by staff after I had issues and the “executive” employees kept asking about it and I said I never got it and they could never find the report. Why would I have it? YOUR employees completed the report and kept it. Was ignored multiple times by staff. I’m not one to say I was a victim of racism and have never said I was, but they were obviously racist towards me and my family while there. One staff member I was talking to and asking how to get help to get my wife to the transportation bus in time and they turned away from me, then another employee came to them and they started talking, I was ignored and treated different due to my skin color. Went to security office, it was obvious they did not want to help me and I was a pain in their side. I was ignored for at least a few minutes before they asked what I needed Was told I could get a wheelchair from security for my wife after her injury, and they did not help. We needed a wheelchair for her so she could get back to the Disney Cruise ship on time. I had to carry her most of the way which is very far cause after 2 hours we had no wheel chair and NO employees were helping or could understand where my wife was on THEIR property. Once we got to front of Atlantis to take shuttle back it was gone. We missed it due to me running around trying to get a wheelchair. We took a taxi. I was courteous and my voice was plenty loud for multiple workers. After trying to inform Atlantis about all of these issues including their RACIST EMPLOYEES and me contacting them multiple time from October to April they said they “could not substantiate any of my claims” and offered me $200. $200 after calling and emailing after 7 months. We paid to enter Atlantis through Disney Cruise Lines cause we were on a Disney Cruise. After being pushed around for 7 months by Atlantis I contacted Disney Cruise lines cause I had insurance through them. They contacted me directly and refunded me almost $700 due to Atlantis employees being very uncaring unprofessional and racist Thank you Disney. And I will never suggest Atlantis to anyone, I will never go back and I will spread the word of how they are racist.

Atlantis Aquaventure Fambond: A Great experienced

Aquaventure was an amazing experience with my family. The slides with different levels of extremeness were really fun, and chilling with the waves of the rapid river was great. Great hospitality was shown by Adones throughout the whole day of adventure. He really helped us with finding the best shady spot during the day, and he taught us to play volleyball, which was really fun.

It was an amazing experience, we took a lot of photos together and it was very fun. A big shout out for Sir Adones for guiding me and my family throughout the whole day .

Atlantis Waterpark

One of the greatest experiences ever and best waterpark, me and my family enjoyed a lot & definitely will be back. Shout out to Adones, it was fun playing volleyball. 10/10

Water fun

There was so many slides and it was so fun to be in there. Mostly I liked Hydraracer slide and the river with golfs, thank you for the stuff. You are amazing!

Great fun day out

The water park has some amazing rides !! I would say that you will need to have water shoes ! The ground was too hot and this is in may ! They sell water shoes/socks at the park for £25 each … complete waste of money they don’t protect you great , and end up with holes in ! Buy some from else where that have rubber soles you will need them and save yourself some money !! Great fun though at the park , aquarium has some amazing large fish , but I brought this as a joint ticket so only spent about 15 mins in there .

The ride is so amazing and we enjoy lot with my friends.. highly recommended best spot of tourist tour ever.. volleyball area is 1 of. Y best place also in there as i am a volleyball gamer. A big thanks also to Adones for accommodating us and being such a greet man. All in all perfect 👌

Friendly staff, good value for money great experience all over. Kenneth was an attendant in the locker room, really helpful and friendly. Helped make the overall experience a very positive one. We also visited the dolphins, an amazing experience, my wifes first encounter with them. A once in a lifetime experience
