Awful and bad tour organizer

We booked Rayna Tours for the aquaventure waterpark on a private basis. Rayna contacted us regarding details such as timing for pickup and driver’s details. On the tour day, when we were supposed to be picked up from the hotel at 10 am, the driver came at 11 am. When asked about the tickets, the driver had no idea. So, all the way from Jadaf to Jumeira, I was in constant contact with the sales guy from Rayna Tours. Guess what? They hadn’t purchased our tickets and it was at the time i was talking to them that they were trying to buy the tickets online. And guess what? The system had a bug and they couldn’t buy the tickets online. So We reached atlantis at around 11.45 am. My daughter of 3 years old was crying as she was seeing everyone entering and not us. Rayna so innocently told us to buy tickets from the counter and they will refund the amount. In all these hassles, it was already 12.30 whereby we finally entered the park. Now the driver messaged me asking me to come by 3 pm while the tour should have ended at 6 pm with the drop off at our hotel. We agreed to go back from the park at 3.30 and were dropped at our hotel at around 4.30 pm. The next day, we had city tour abu dhabi. We had a driver names Avtar Singh who was punctual and conversant in english. He is the only good thing in rayna tours. I have been refunded the amount after 4 days! I DO NOT RECOMMEND RAYNA TOURS! It is a scammer and irresponsible tour agency. My holidays in Dubai have been a nightmare just because of that tour agency. I have been in dubai in 2018 and had booked Orient Tours and got absolutely no issues with it, they were really professional. Do not go by cheap prices guys, Rayna is just a scam!

Stay away from snorkeling in the aquarium!!! It is overpriced and not value of money

The setup is not value for the money you pay. There are no toilets or proper change facilities. For non swimmers there are no guard rails, no gradual decent. In some reviews, it was mentioned that they are good for infants. That is not True!!! Please consider in detail before paying . The reviews may not be true.

Disappointing experience

So disappointed with this company. We booked the aquaadventure and aquarium with transfers from Rayna. We were told pick up was 10:00. Only to wait for two hours in the hotel lobby waiting for the driver to pick us up. The driver arrived just after 12:00. By this time we did not arrive at the park until 12:30 (opened at 09:15) and the park closed at 6pm. We paid 700 australian dollars for the day only to really have half the day at the waterpark. On complaining this company has taken no responsibility. Would never book with them again.

Unforgettable, spectacular, good value for money.

We loved this water park as theres so many slides and activities it can keep you entertained all day including a little private beach they also gave there. Then at night we got the 5 min monorail over to 'The Point' and ate at one of the restaurants while watching the water show which happens every 30 min. We found that booking through Rayna Tours was by far the cheapest prices we could find. Very happy we went through them.

Transfer Was Nearly 3 Hours Late

For ease & convenience, we booked shared transfers to Atlantis. What a mistake. Our booking clearly stated that pick up was around 10am and drop off around 4pm, however our driver turned up at 10.43 and took us on a lengthy detour around Deira & Dubai, picking up other passengers, so we didn’t arrive at Atlantis until noon. We didn’t depart Atlantis until 5.45pm so we’re almost 3 hours late back to our hotel, arriving just before 7pm, not 4pm. As a result, we missed our dinner reservation and my son was late taking vital medication. I spent the whole afternoon on the phone to Rayna tours trying to get a refund, but no one answers the phone. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Great Day

We were a party of seven and we loved Aquaventure! Five young adults (ages 20-22) so the rides were right up their street, and queue times were really very good - a few minutes for all but the Leap of Faith, which is I think their signature ride. A few of us ate in the park and found food and drinks reasonably priced too. Floors are hot so remember either slides/flip flops or to pick up your free pool socks in the park - enjoy!

service is very poor, there is no cancellation and refunds accepted, these tickets where bought by 2 people who barely understand English they read Aquaventure when they realized that it is only for Lost Chamber they couldn't cancel and get any refund.

La atención recibida fue muy buena, compramos los pasajes y al poco rato nos enviaron los tickets por TripAdvisor y por WhatsApp. La atención de Nikita fue muy buena y nos ayudó a resolver todas la dudas que tuvimos de manera rápida. Respecto al parque, sin duda es un lugar donde debes ir si vienes a Dubai. Idealmente es que logres estar ahí todo el día pues es muy entretenido.

Um dia inesquecível. Eh caro e, uma agua de 1,5l custa 25 dirhams pra se ter uma ideia. No entanto as atrações sao de tirar o fôlego. Se no verao de 50 graus estava cheio, imagino na alta temporada, so com o fura fila para curtir mto, e ai vc paga mais outro ingresso. Voltarei de certeza
